Notes:

Transit: There are trains just 1-2 minutes walking distance from the building. Also ferry could be a fantastic choice to get to many more places including Darling harbour and Circular quay.

Access: Master bedroom, kitchen

Interaction: As I'll be on a trip the whole time there would be no interaction with me , but the guest will probably meet my very lovely flat mate, which has a full time job and would be at work during the office working hours.

House Rules: Just basic things as simple as keeping the place clean and tidy. Using the kitchen is okay as long as keeping everything clean.
