  Comments: The room was really clean and comfortable. There were some guides for how to use that place , it helps well. The location is nice to go Chelsy market and quite place . Easy to contact with host and especially I was impressed the day before we got snow storm. They told me to prepare for it and some good stores. Thank you guys !! I really recommend this room :)

  Comments: I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and I've worked for international luxury hotels, so my expectations are high but reasonable. This was my first airbnb, and I was absolutely delighted. Clean. Upscale design details. Clear communication from the hosts throughout the stay. The host went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed, provided me with great tips for exploring the city, and the minor requests I had were quickly resolved. By the end of my visit, I felt as though I was staying at a dear friend's home rather than a stranger's. I would highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates high attention to detail, proactive communication and access to great NYC tips. Thank you Simon, Shane and Dan for ensuring my trip to NYC was memorable and fun!

  Comments: HI Everyone, My daughter stayed with Dan, Simon and Shane in the Chelsea location from May 15 - August 12, 2017. She was a summer intern for the Today show at NBC. Her experience was amazing at the Today show and with the Air BnB. (Julia stayed at NYU last summer for another internship and their is NO comparison.) This was the same price and we did not have to basically restock a dorm room for 12 weeks, there was wireless, and it was exceptionally clean. (The bathroom is amazing.) I had a million questions as we were making the decision and Shane answered every single one, promptly. Julia was safe and secure, she met some amazing people this summer at the Air B N B and her life was enriched. The internship required her to leave as early as 3:45 am and occasionally return very late at night. There were no safety issues. (Shane, Dan and Simon checked on her frequently and on the occasional bumpy day , they were right there. ) This place is a gem and I know that Shane, Dan and Simon will be Julia's friends for life. We truly are filled with gratitude. THANK YOU!!!!!

  Comments: The hosts were such warm, welcoming and respectful people, who were always very helpful in offering local information. The apartment was extremely well located; venues within walking distance included the Highline, Whitney Museum, Rubin Museum, Chelsea Markets, Chelsea Piers, underground stations. There were a never-ending number of eating places within a few minutes walk, a bodega downstairs and a pharmacy across the street. A pleasant surprise in the apartment was the luxury Toto toilet (which did everything except whistle), as well as the rather amazing shower. I definitely plan on staying here again on my next NY trip.

  Comments: Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und ist an alle wichtigen Subway-Linien angebunden. Der Raum ist etwas klein, jedoch zum Übernachten für zwei Leute komplett ausreichend. Die Kommunikation war super. Jede offene Frage wurde sofort beantwortet. Diese Unterkunft lässt sich nur weiterempfehlen.

  Comments: Excelente ubicación a pocos metros del metro. El sistema de entrada y salida de las llaves es muy cómodo. El apartamento es muy lindo, cómodo y con el espacio suficiente, aunque en las fotos par de un poco más grande de Lo que es. No llegué a cruzarme con Dan en ningún momento, pero los intercambios por los mensajes instantáneos fueron rápidos y efectivos.

  Comments: Pongo la nota en español a parte de porque soy española porque quiero invitar a españoles a acudir a este (Website hidden by Airbnb) solo tiene una ubicación excelente, a 15 minutos andando de time square, los enlaces de metro son geniales, y está muy cerca de su casa.La zona no muy ruidosa...Simon es genial, atento, simpático,amable...nos recomendó muchos sitios y fue super atnto.El Baño muy limpio y las habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas. Volvería sin duda!! A Dan no le conocimos pero la comunicación por teléfono también era muy buena.Un 10 os pongo chicos!!

  Comments: It´s been a perfect location to stay at in NewYork! The room is exactly as shown in the pictures, so, small but very comfortable. The flat is nice, everything you need is there and the bathroom is super clean, everyday. The location of the flat in Chelsea is awesome, it was super easy to get around and explore the city. Nice cafés and restaurants around, galleries, museums, the high line, just around the corner. But one of the best things was the easy conversation and help you get from these guys. Every question and every need answered within a short time and always to make the stay easy and comfortable. Thank you!

  Comments: The place is great! Good location and very clean. The shower was amazing too. Only thing is the heat can’t be controlled so the window needed to be kept open, which obviously will be noisy in Manhattan. Other than that no complaints!

  Comments: Je suis restée 10 jours dans cet appartement et je ne le regrette vraiment pas ! Il est extrêmement bien placé, à un bloc du métro et à 20min à pied de Times square pour ceux qui marche un peu vite. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir chez soi même si la chambre est un peu petite pour 2 mais le tout reste correct et très design. Je le recommande vivement !

  Comments: We stayed at the apartment during our one week New York City Trip and definitely recommend staying there. The apartment is located in Chelsea which is really central and in a great area nearby the Highline and the Chelsea Foodmarket with lots of nice restaurants and bars around. Everything was perfectly organised (check-in/check-out and the pick-up of the keys at the keycafé) and the communication was really quick and uncomplicated. Collin who lives in the apartment is very welcoming and great to chat with. The apartment/room is small but very clean, neat and stylish and in comparison with the average price of a hotel room in NYC it is an awesome deal. We had a great stay and would recommend staying with Dan to other travellers!

  Comments: The flat is well placed, in fact we are in Chelsea where you will find the Highline, a lot of restaurants bars and market like ChelsieMarket or the Gansevoort Market. The flat was maybe just a bit small but very stylish, clean and comfortable and the host was always friendly and helpful. We really stayed well.

  Comments: The location is perfect, Chelsea is a really fun area, but also quiet and safe at night. The apartment itself was everything I needed. The room is small but cosy and fit me and my partner fine! The only downside were the pillows were very flat and the a/c is very loud, when you turn it off the room gets stuffy very quickly. Overall I loved staying here and would recommend to anyone!

  Comments: A clean, stylish space in a fantastic neighborhood. KeyCafe works great for picking up and dropping off the keys. Easy access to the High Line and plenty of entertainment and dining options within a short walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

  Comments: Expect a very nicely located place close to most of the things one would need - Metro, Attractions, Eateries, 7*11 etc. V comfortable stay that ways. Concerns are two; 1. One has to go and collect keys from some distance and then drop them back also. So dragging luggage all this while is painful. 2. Rooms are not locked from outside and thus cant leave valuables inside just like that. Have to lock in bags etc.

  Comments: Dan's apartment is a nice and clean place, that's perfectly located. Really close to two trains and in a nice and safe area. Keep in mind that new York apartments aren't big, but the room is big enough if you travel by yourself. The room is layed out that you have enough space for your stuff and the closet is also spacious. What I absolutely loved about this apartment is how clean and well organised it was and the location of this apartment. I was traveling alone as a woman and I didn't feel unsafe once! You share the apartment in total with 3 other rooms but you really don't notice it. Everyone is really respectful towards each other and also you don't hear a lot. The room is located at the street side, so if you're a light sleeper keep this in mind, because you're in New York! They do provide ear plugs for you if you want. Colin lives in the apartment but you never see him, because of the self check in you can easily let yourself in and if you need anything you can just email one of the guys and they'll help you really quickly. If you're looking for more interaction with your airbnb hosts this might not be the apartment for you. Anyways I would highly highly recommend it to anyone and I was really sad to leave. A big thank you!

  Comments: This apartment is in a great position, on the first floor, walk up no elevator. Check in/check out is so easy. Kitchen is well set out and has everything you need. We had the front room, which was very noisy, I slept with ear plugs and it was still loud... yes NYC is noisy. There is no lounge/sofa so it’s not conducive if you would like an evening in after a huge day out exploring. My husband n I stayed 7 nights and in my opinion the room is too small for 2 people for more than a couple of nights. The mattress could be a little better n the pillows are thin. Also there are 4 bedrooms so there is the potential to be sharing 1 bathroom with no separate toilet with 7 people... awkward if someone is having a shower first thing in the morning and you need the loo!! Communication with host is brilliant and the apartment is spotless.
