All the bedrooms are spacious, features double beds, blankets, pillows, sheets, dressers, chairs, and bed side tables. The bedroom 5 and 6 don't have a window. The living room is great with its sectional sofa, and its HD TV with Netflix and a few free channels, perfect if you want to relax after a day out. The kitchen is very spacious and has everything you need to cook, and enjoy a good meal with its big dining table. The hand towels and bath towels are included. A crib can be provided for the stay if requested upon booking the apartment.

Neighborhood Overview: The neighbourhood is amazing, as the apartment is located in the center of the Plateau, the trendiest place in Montreal. Everything is close by : just a few steps from cafés, bars, restaurants, grocery stores (a supermarket just 100 meters from the apartment). The apartment is on a residential street, so it is very calm at night. The apartment is just 1 min walk from the Jeanne Mance Park, which is the perfect place to chill during the summer or winter if you like iceskating. The Mont Royal Parc is very close too, and if you want to go downtown, it will take you a few minutes walking, or faster with public transportation.

Notes: PARKING If you think you will use your car while in Montreal, you can still park it on the commercial streets during the following hours (max 3 hours each time, 3$ per hour): Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm Saturday 9am to 6pm Sunday 1pm to 6pm You can also find free street parking (not a lot though) in the residential streets, and there are 2 parking lots nearby (I will send you the info once the place is booked). CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT When there is someone before or after you : Check-in is at 3pm and Check-out is at 11pm. Please contact me if you want to have an early checkin, or late checkout (I can't guarantee it, except if I say it's okay).

Transit: The metro is pretty close (Mont-Royal Station, less than 10 minutes walk), and you can take the bus 55 or 80 which takes you downtown 10 minutes. The bus 11 which can take you at the top of the Mount-Royal within minutes.

Access: You will have full access of the apartment, as no one will be there except you and your group.

Interaction: I can be reached almost 24/7, via Airbnb, before your arrival and during your stay.

House Rules: NO PARTIES ALLOWED - You are responsible of any disturbance coming from the unit during your stay. - A 500$ fine per night for any party or disturbance reported by neighbours. - Please act as you are at your own place and do govern yourself accordingly. - Please act as you are at your own place and do govern yourself accordingly. - If you use the kitchen please do not leave any dirty dishes or glasses when you leave. A dishwasher is provided. - There is no smoking in the apartment, you can smoke outside, If the smoke detector turns positive after your departure a smoking penalty will be charged of 150$ on your security deposit. - Late check out penalty Fee is 50$ (without notice). Please advise me if you want to enjoy late checkout. In the event where it's possible, there is no charge, otherwise please respect the 11:00am checkout since cleaning crew must prep the place for the next guests.
