  Comments: Jordi was a great host - very friendly & was happy to answer all questions we had before we arrived & was quick at coming back to us. He also sent over information about local restaurants, bars and supermarkets. When we met Jordi at the apartment again he was very helpful & had even gone out & bought us some hairdryers as we had previously inquired before we arrived by email! The apartment itself is amazing - high ceilings, gorgeous authentic balconies & very clean inside. Plenty of space - much larger than it looks in the pictures. We stayed at the apartment for my friend's hen party - there were 10 of us & the apartment had ample room still. The apartment is close to Las Ramblas - maybe a 5/10 minute walk & there are plenty of authentic Spanish bars & coffee shops just a short walk away as well as supermarkets. I would love to come visit again & would recommend the apartment and Jordi to all friends and family who stay in Barcelona. Very happy customer :)

  Comments: This place was spectacular!! It was a million times better than the photos showed and the photos were great. It's in a great part of town central to everything. Jordi was an amazing host. Anytime we needed anything he got right back to us. I would absolutely stay there again.

  Comments: We spent a long weekend in late March this year at Jordi's place. The place was perfect for our needs. Very large and clean. Nicely decorated with 4 bedrooms and large living area. The location was very good - roughly midway between the Sagrada Familia and El Born and the Gothic district. Jordi was very helpful in getting us settled. We would definitely recommend this apartment to any larger group going to Barcelona!

  Comments: We loved Jordi's Gran Via De Luxe 5* apartment. It was stunning, spacious and in impeccable condition. The description was spot on and the photos are very current. The building maintenance is great starting with the all around handyman/doorman. Anything we needed was immediately addressed. Jordi is a great host and really saved us from an unfortunate situation -- we were in terrible rental that we desperately wanted to get out of. Jordi gave up his Sunday to help us make a change in accommodations. He worked with us via email that morning until we were able to cancel our other booking and fulfill a few other airbnb requirements. He had the Gran Via apartment cleaned quickly and personally checked us in that same afternoon. He was very professional, courteous, pleasant and very personable. My friends and I would highly recommend Jordi as a host and renting this apartment of course.

  Comments: This is the perfect place for a Barcelona visit. Great location at the Gran Via right in the center of the city. The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. Jordi is a great host. He received us very friendly and gave us a lot of great tips. Since the apartment is located right on Gran Via, it might not be ideal for people who are very sensitive to street noise.

  Comments: A beautiful, artistic, pristine home highlighting the peak of living in an European home. Individually adjustable air conditioning in each room definitely compensates for the hot temperatures of Barcelona, especially during the summer (we went at the end of June). The spacious home is tastefully decorated with plenty of storage space for longer periods of staying. The 3 bathrooms were perfect for our group of 8 and the fully furnished kitchen was great to cook in. The stoves are gas driven which means they are great for people who want to have better control and power over their cooking (though starting it up does require the use of either a lighter or a match). The building was well-secured with elevators available for those who may not want to go up the 3 flights of stairs. Both a plus and a minus, the apartment is located in a prime location with plenty of nearby restaurants, amenities, supermarkets, etc. for daily needs and is located close by to the subway. Unfortunately, that also means that being located on a main street does mean there is the average level of city traffic noise. Nothing that really bothered us, but for those who may want a totally tranquil location with zero noise, it might not be ideal. Jordi was a wonderful host! Well-mannered, sensitive to our needs, and also helped us to book a vehicle for getting to the cruise ship terminal. He was great to deal with, and even when there was a slight booking conflict when we first made the booking, it was quickly resolved with an upgrade to this particular location for the same price. Overall, a pleasure to deal with! All in all, you won't regret booking this apartment!

  Comments: I went to this apartment with part of my team for a work travel. The place is very convenient for a big group, ideal for work with a 100Mb internet, large table, paperboard, and separate rooms. Bedrooms on the street are a bit noisy though.

The apartment was huge and all the bedrooms were great. Lots of supplies upon arrival. We noticed later that day there was no ironing board and the very next day Jordi brought us an ironing board , already rebooking for next trip !

Tous les équipements étaient conforme à l'annonce. expérience parfaite. Un seul bémol : quartier très bruillant car l'appartement donne sur un boulevard et un carrefour, beaucoup de bruits de voiture la nuit, simple vitrage et fenêtre en bois très mal isolé phoniquement ... bon on y allait pas pour dormir à Barcelone en même temps !   Comments: Beautiful and spacious 5BR, 2.5BA apartment in central Barcelona. Jordi was great and we really enjoyed our stay. My tips for future guests would be to keep an eye on the elevator weight limit (there's an indicator that fills up as you get in) and to bring earplugs since there is a lot of traffic noise outside that filters in (the downside of its central location). There's a TV but no sound system. Corner stores, cafes, and great shopping are close by - we loved being able to walk to the hip Born area. Blackout curtains also a plus with our jetlag. I'd recommend this spot for your Barcelona adventures!

  Comments: There were 8 woman aged between 23-42 and we all had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment for my sister's hen do. Jordi was kind enough to let us check in early and let us leave our luggage down in the foyer the day we left. He was more then happy to give us a low down on the area and what direction certain attractions were. The apartment was well equipped and furnished beautifully. Great location, I honestly couldn't fault it, some peopl reviews have complained about the outside traffic noise at night but it's only a problem if you're a light sleeper. Thank you Jordi, this is a gem!

  Comments: Abbiamo alloggiato da Jordi nel weekend, 10 ragazzi. Casa al 3 piano, molto grande, pulita, spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Bagni entrambe con ampia vasca/doccia e sufficienti per gestire 10 persone (maschi!). Cucina con arredi ed elettrodomestici nuovi. Posizione comoda per metro. L'intero palazzo é destinato ad appartamenti in affitto. Non abbiamo avuto necessità di utilizzare l'aria condizionata ma ogni camera ne é provvista. Unica pecca gli infissi in legno vecchi e senza doppi vetri. A tutte le ore, notte compresa, si sente in sottofondo il rumore della trafficata via sottostante. Per chi é abituato al centro di Milano non ci sono problemi, chi ha il sonno leggero porti dei tappi. Jordi comunque molto disponibile ci ha concesso il late checkout.

  Comments: Jordi's apartment is a large, clean space decorated with modern art from local artists. We were really into the paintings and sculptures. I stayed there on a work trip for a week with 5 others and we were quite comfortable. All the bedrooms are spacious and have their own air conditioners. The front area of the common space was our favorite place to hang out. Big doors open up making it feel like the whole space is a veranda. The only issue we had was that the washing machine was broken. I was there for a week, and continuing to travel after leaving so I really needed to wash some clothes. Jordi was responsive dealing with this, however, and did offer to pay to have the laundry done by a service. There were also not many supplies in the kitchen for cooking or cleaning. But all and all, the apartment is a great find. Centrally located, right near the metro, easy to walk to lots of places. We used the local bike share to get around mostly and there were many of them near the apartment. I'd certainly stay there again.

It is extremely clean, bright and the bedrooms are lovely. The beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect! The only thing to note is that there are 6 beds, not 7, however Albert immediately brought up an extra bed for us within 3 hours to accommodate our family. They also provided local suggestions and were quick to respond for our entire stay. Would happily stay here again!

  Comments: We had a really great stay at the apartment. It's nicely located with easy walking and bus access. It was clean, had lots of A/C units and a coffee maker (which they left coffee pods for us) Note that the 5 bedrooms are actually 5 rooms that are all continuous separated by doors that can all be opened. It was great but not totally clear in the photos. Would stay here again.
