  Comments: William's apartment was the perfect place for my first ever visit to Hong Kong. The apartment's size was much bigger than I thought! For a 6.2 footer, I was surprised to see how spacious it was, considering how small the average apartments are in HK. Within 5 mins walk, I had the fame Kwan Kee Claypot Rice. As much as I'd hate to admit it, was better than what I was accustomed to in Singapore. Coffeeholics will be stoked to know 3 proper coffee makers within 1, 2 and 4 mins walk away from the apartment. Alcoholics can find local breweries scattered about with the closest being just 1 min walk away. I highly recommend visiting Ping Pong Gintonería. An old ping pong supply store turned into a popular Spanish drinking hole. MTR station has 2 exits just 3 mins walk/escalator ride away. Hats off to the Hong Kong Metro System, taking you to every part of the city within minutes. Definitely will be back again to William's apartment, this time to complete Lion's Rock.

  Comments: This apartment is in a great location, The apartment was very clean, and all arrangements and communication with William was easy. I liked the quiet building, with no noise and no cooking smells. The apartment is well furnished, with a comfortable bed. As usual in Hong Kong, it is a small space, but the pleasant decoration makes it feel like home. TV system is easy to operate. The location is the highlight, with lots to do the minute you walk out the door.

  Comments: I stayed at William's apartment for a month since I needed a place to stay on short notice as my new work visa was getting processed and while I was in between rental contracts. Communication with William was easy and he was very friendly, responsive and accommodating: I needed access to the letter box because I was supposed to receive letters from my bank and employer, so William let me have an extra key. As per usual in Hong Kong the apartment is small with a tiny bathroom, but just big enough for one person and it has lots of sunlight. Probably a bit crammed for two if you're staying longer than a couple of days. It has absolutely everything you might need during the stay, which is great, though a second set of sheets/duvet covers would be lovely for longer stays. One thing to consider is the humidity - Hong Kong in general is humid but it felt extra stuffy in this flat, compared to three other places on the island I've lived in over the past few years. The only solution was to run the AC even though it wasn't particularly hot. The location is excellent, right next to Centre Street and its escalator. Lots of eateries and cafes around, plus the market hall is just down the street. The MTR is a short walk away. The location comes at a small price though: while there isn't really a lot of traffic in the street itself, the shops will get their groceries delivered in the (EARLY) mornings right underneath the flat and across the street - the running engines are really loud and woke me up every day until I started sleeping with ear plugs. It's surprisingly quiet otherwise though. And Sai Ying Pun is an awesome area to stay in when visiting Hong Kong!

  Comments: My parents stay in William's apartment for a month, and their stay is a great experience. Ricky, the co-host, is really helpful. My parents appreciate his prompt response to their questions and requests, and with good manner. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It's a bright apartment with multiple windows. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and is a good size for a couple. With more space alloted to the bedroom and the living room, the shower & kitchen appear relatively small. However, this is understandable for an usual apartment in Hong Kong. WIFI functions well in the apartment. The location is very convenient: numerous choices of restaurants downstairs; a few steps to supermarket & fresh food market (where my mother particularly likes as she likes to cook fresh seafood and veg); short walking distance to mass transit railway station; and a number of escalators connect the streets to the north and the south.

  Comments: My husband and I stayed at William's apartment for 14 days. I am afraid that we found more negatives than positives. The place wasn't clean (filthy actually), end up William has arranged the cleaner came to clean it again...Not the Best Outcome still. The unit is very small, particularly the bathroom. My husband who is 183cm tall and 93kg found it impossible to have a shower without brushing against the cold wall tiles. The basin in the bathroom is best described as a miniature (half of the A4 size paper) The location is good, plenty of restaurants and close to Sai Ying Pun MTR.

  Comments: William's place is as it is described. Great looking very location near MTR in a small apartment, that has all you need. It's a little dated and not dazzling clean , and the curtain rail tends to fall off if you open the bedroom curtains, but overall, for a HK apartment at this price, you can't grumble. If you are a big person you may seriously struggle in the bathroom.

  Comments: Nice flat in a great location near the MRT, with a nice double bed, sofa and kitchen, and a friendly host. Only downside is the small cloakroom-sized washbasin in the bathroom.

  Comments: As mentioned in other reviews, this does have a small lounge area. This isn’t a problem though as you’re likely to spend more time out of the apartment than in it. It’s a very convenient location to many different style of restaurants as well as to the MTR (trains), trams and taxis. It’s also a very walkable location to many places. The bedroom is larger than a lot of HK bedrooms and is plenty of room for a couple. The bathroom is on the smaller side and the shower area is more of a long and narrow one rather than wide. Small bathrooms are also fairly common in HK apartments of this size (as are kitchens) so if you’re concerned about the size of this one, you may want to ask the size of the bathrooms at the other places you research before booking. It was fine for me and I didn’t expect it to be any bigger than it was. If you are looking for something bigger, it is likely you would also have a bigger lounge area and it would also be more expensive as a result. William and Jackie were very helpful throughout my stay (and even prior) and answered all my questions promptly. They were both very helpful and I’d be fine with staying here again. Great location, small apartment (all I needed!) and great hosts.
