  Comments: Everything was great. The host was available to meet me at last notice and was accommodating with providing a much needed iron (for evening wardrobe). Also, once messaged Louise would reply right away which was helpful. We had a very clean and nice room plus an amazing pool available to us. Downtown was just going out of the building. Restaurants and shops were minutes away from this place so it was super convenient. Our only small hassle was turning in the room keys, no other copies were available so we had the only two but managed to leave one in the room and the other at the front desk. The lady there (not affiliated with this rental company) was hesitant to keep the key, for various reasons. That wasn't enough to ruin anything - our family vacation was still awesome! Thanks again.

  Comments: My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We definitely recommend this place. It's super clean and has all of the things you would need for an extended stay (i.e. Pots and pans, bowls, etc) The location is also really great, since it's super close to waikiki beach and all the good food.

  Comments: When we arrived Hawaiian Dream A A rep from Hawaii Dream Realty was sure to greet us upon our arrival at the airbnb. The building is centrally located and is very close to the Sheraton, Dukes and Sky Waikiki; however, the room is a much older unit. We actually had some issues with the water upon arrival. After a lengthy flight from the East Coast we were looking forward to a shower, but to our unortunate surprise the water was brown. In addition, we noticed that the blinds above the AC unit had gaps. We were concerned about mosquitos getting in. We brought both of these concerns to our Hawaii Dream Realty rep and she went out of her way to try to find us somewhere else to stay. Luckily they own several units and they were able to place us in another room until the water issue was fixed (we would have to just deal with the blinds). However, the room they moved us to (temporarily) only had one bed. We had specifically chose the original room because it offered two double beds for the three adults that would be staying. Our 3rd friend was taking a later flight so Hawaii Dream Realty offered us the smaller room for the time being. The water was a major concern so we took the smaller room. They told us that it was technically an upgrade because it was a newer unit. It must be said again that they did make efforts to be as accommodating as they could be; however, we were paying for a room for three adults. After being moved back to the original unit (water issue resolved), we mentioned this to Hawaii Dream Realty; but they offered no additional compensation because they said that they had to cover cleaning costs for the alternate room that they provided. We accepted the situation, but it had not been our fault that the displacement occurred in the first place and this was slightly bothersome. The room that we returned to after two days continued to provide some unpleasant surprises. The last two days we were visited by 3 cockroaches which probably got in through the blinds since we saw one on the balcony one evening. We were careful not to leave food out and were pretty clean since we spent minimal time in the room besides bedtime and showers. Also, the building had only one functioning elevator during our stay so we always needed to leave extra early to account for the amount of time it took for the elevator to get to us. Hawaii Dream Realty did check up on us throughout the rest of our trip, but we had a packed schedule. We do not recommend staying in this particular unit; however, Hawaii Dream Realty has other more promising units and they were very pleasant to deal with.

  Comments: 子供連れで宿泊しましたが､ﾛｲﾔﾙﾊﾜｲｱﾝｾﾝﾀｰやDFSも5分以内で､買い物やﾄﾛﾘｰの乗車､ﾋﾞｰﾁまでのｱｸｾｽがとても便利｡ お部屋もｷｯﾁﾝ用具､ｱｲﾛﾝなど滞在に便利なものはすべて揃っており､子連れには過ごしやすかったです｡ ﾎｽﾄもこまめに連絡をくれたりお部屋の説明も丁寧にしてくれました｡ﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄの日は朝早く出発のため鍵を直接返せず心配していたのですが､それも対応してくださり助かりました｡ 駐車場が無料なのもﾜｲｷｷではありがたいﾎﾃﾙでした｡

  Comments: Fantastic value compared to hotels in the area. Just a few minutes walk from anywhere in Waikiki. Has the best breakfeast spot next door. The room was very clean, and seemed to be recently updated. Parking is a big plus. Would stay again.

  Comments: It was a great apartment, located downtown, we were able to walk to the farmers market, grocery store, etc Sometimes you can hear people partying during the weekend, there's a club across the street. The shower kept on changing cold/hot by itself depending on other people taking a shower in the same time. Great place after all, will stay again

  Comments: We arrived late as the time that we scheduled . The host is nice and she gave us a really really good welcome. The hotel is good too with the price on it. Near to the restaurants, shopping centers and night life. We'll surely stay again in this hotel someday. Mahalo for accomodating us!!

  Comments: Hawaii dream realty team place was very clean, roomy, and we liked that it had a kitchen that we were able to use. This place had secure parking for the car, it felt safe since you need your key fob to access the floors. We really enjoyed that it was also right in the Waikiki area. The malls, restaurants and store were all easily assessable by walking. We were always able to explore/eat easily at anytime without having to drive around. We would definitely consider booking here again. Thanks :)

  Comments: Great condo, really equipped and the parking is just perfect to avoid the crazy parking rates in Waikiki Really close to the beach and the main shopping street of Waikiki. There is a McDonald’s, JambaJuice next door but there is better choices of local food walking distance.

  Comments: Loved this unit for my family and me. Pros: -Free parking!! -Close to everything in Waikiki -Comes equipped with everything you need (cooking utensils, dish soap and sponge, tide pods and so much more) -Very safe (must use key fob to access floors from elevator) -Very friendly and accommodating staff -there’s a pool! -laundry/dryer on every floor ($1.50/wash;$1.50/dry) -powerful A/C -unit smelled clean throughout entire stay -there’s a trash chute on every floor so it’s super easy to dispose of trash! Cons: -ascending to upper levels in parking garage will scrape the bottom of low sitting cars. Make sure you free your car of all extra weight/people before entering parking garage and drive slowly if you have a car that is low to the ground. -limited supply of things like toilet paper and trash bags (wasn’t too much trouble at all) -room not equipped with laundry money card. You have to go to the lobby and buy a laundry card ($5) and then load money onto it. All in all, this was a great unit and I would definitely consider purchasing again. Mahalo :-)

  Comments: Excellent! This place is in a very good location!! The Hawaii Dream Realty Team was very nice, accommodating, quick to respond, and even allowed us to check in about an hour early. There were a total of 4 people and we were all able to stay comfortably. The only thing that I want to note for others : above the external AC unit are actually wooden shutters instead of a wall so it can be loud at night. It wasn't an issue for us as we were super tired after our long days of exploring but just something to keep in mind for light-sleepers.

  Comments: Overall stay and location were great. Shower temperature would fluctuate a lot and the pillows were sub par. If you are a light sleeper there is quite a bit of construction outside but nothing crazy! Would definitely consider staying here again.

  Comments: There’re 4 big pluses and 4 minor minuses that I’ve noted during my weeklong stay at this property- Starting off with the big pluses: 1. Location: the location of this property can’t be beaten. It’s within minutes of walk to the Waikiki shopping plaza, International Marketplace, Waikiki beach, and popular eateries such as Marukame Udon, Marugo Brothers, Masubi Cafe, etc. There’s a Cajun shrimp restaurant right on the first floor of this apartment as well! 2. Free parking: since we rented a car for our vacation, having a designated parking spot in the apartment definitely saved us a lot of money and hassle. 3. Responsiveness: the property manager was extremely responsive to my messages and always responded to my inquiries quickly. 4. Good AC unit: the air conditioning in the room was good and reliable, which was essential for the tropical weathers of Honolulu. Now onto the minor minuses: 1. Intermittent WiFi: we had trouble with the WiFi as soon as we checked in. When we called the property management office, we were given the phone number of the cable company and was asked to call them ourselves. I was a little put off by this. In my mind, this should be something that is resolved by the property owner, especially since we were not even the account holder and did not have the authority to call and inquire about WiFi services. 2. Clogged kitchen sink: we found the kitchen sink to be clogged during our check in. The property manager offered to have a handyman to come and fix it. But since we didn’t want to deal with the hassle, we declined the offer. 3. Shower temperature: the water temperature in the shower fluctuated a lot. The water got hot really quickly, but sometimes would turn lukewarm or cold for no reasons. 4. Check in process: in my check in instructions, I was asked to call 10 minutes before my arrival at the apartment so someone could come and hand me the keys. Well, I called 15 minutes ahead of my arrival, but still ended up waiting another half hour upon my arrival before someone showed up to give me the keys. A half hour wait was painstakingly long when you had two screaming 2yo toddlers in the car. All in all, we had a great stay at this property despite the small inconveniences. If the property manager can get on top of the negatives that I’ve mentioned, this could easily become a 5-star experience for us.

  Comments: The location is very convenient and having designated parking is a plus. Definitely recommend having internet connection or mobile phone signal on hand to contact the host if you need upon checkin. We had to meet with the host to receive the keys. (The hosts office is in a different location to the Airbnb) The place is clean, but dimly lit. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Overall the Airbnb is great value!

  Comments: Want something a great Condo with a great Proximity to almost every Places in waikiki? This Place is great...Convenietly Located on Seaside a Short walk to (Royal Hawaiian ) They have a Hula Show at 6pm Everyday..(.International Market ) Hula Show at 6:30 (Kuhio Beach) Hula show at 6pm short 2 blocks ..ABC..Local Store is everywhere to grab you shirt. Beach Towels... The Place ( Don't expect a first class Room) Its an Old Condo ..For us what's important is a place to stay with AC and and place to (Website hidden by Airbnb) most of the time we go out early in the Morning to Hike and hit back to just sleep... Communication with Therese is Great...Just read carefully the Instruction on how to check in...We never had contact with anyone except for phone and (Website hidden by Airbnb) went well..Just to get used to the building as how to drive in and out you'll be ok... Food is Everywhere....There you go...Try this place..Its reasonable and comfortable..Just don't expect a first class room and amenities

  Comments: The unit is in an older building, with dingy hallways and elevator. The unit and furnishings are dated - think motel style, with old dark carpeting, stained doorway trim that looks dirty, rust stains in the tub, broken handle on the desk. There is quite a bit of noise from the busy streets and night life, as the wall is thin where the AC unit is. The location is great, with many amenities and eateries on the same street. You are literally in the heart of Waikiki, which is great because the unit comes with parking and you can walk anywhere you need to! The pool is located on the 6th floor, closes at 7pm. It isn't anything fancy at all. There are laundry facilities right across the hall, but no information in the unit on needing a laundry card which you can only get during business hours from the front desk. Our check in experience was not great - no information was provided on the paperwork required, only one key provided which is inconvenient as you need the key fob to use the elevator, agent didn't know where the pool was located. There are nice little amenities provided - Hawaiian coffee, teas, small toiletries, paper towel, dish soap.

  Comments: MS608's claim to fame is it's location, it is an older property which could use a refresh especially in the bathroom. Parking is tight so I would suggest a compact car. The other thing to note is there is a lot of noise at night, plan on using ear plugs. It will get the job done of you want that Central Waikiki location and are ok the above.
