  Comments: Very good location in waikiki. The room is also private and has large closet and hardwood flooring. Bathroom is shared. Chico is very nice person and provided with a microwave in the kitchen.

  Comments: The bedroom is dark & quiet for sleeping at night. We did not hear any noise at all. It is a "bare bones" room. There is no air conditioning, but the ceiling fan kept us cool. The bed is very soft. Not suitable for older couples. The bed is best for only one person, because we both kept rolling toward the center. The room would suit a single male best. Sheets & towels were very nice, clean & left in our room. We felt safe as we were able to lock the bedroom door. We did not meet the host at all, but we arrived past midnight. We would not recommend this room for single females. You would need to take a bus or have a car to get to attractions. It's in the Waikiki area.

  Comments: Chico was the best... He was always available to suggest places to eat, and places to explore. He even took me himself to explore the island multiple times. Chico has a very welcoming and warm personality, and wants to make your trip the best that it can be. As I was travelling alone I was scared I would become bored of Waikiki. Not a chance with the location of this place and the help of Chico! This place is a close walk to restaurants, abc stores, the food pantry, and of course the beach!

Das Zimmer hat jedoch kein Fenster und bei Regen fließt ein Regenablaufrohr direkt am Bett vorbei, was sehr laut ist. Ansonsten hatte ich aber einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

  Comments: The stay at the Airbnb was amazing! The location was great and had everything within walking distance. The issues were that there are no windows in the bedroom so it has a bad ventilation issue, however with a ceiling fan you would not feel hot at night. The bed was also extremely soft, so if you have back problem I would not recommend. Overall the stay was great, since the host had great response rate and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

  Comments: 숙소의 위치는 매우 좋았고, 호스트를 만날 수는 없었지만, 친절한 메일로 체크인은 어렵지 않았다. 하지만, 주변의 숙박비 대비 저렴한 가격을 고려하더라도, 바닥에 먼지가 가득했고, 화장실 ,부엌, 휴지통 등 3일 동안 청소는 전혀 이루어지지 않아 개선이 필요하다.

  Comments: If you are flying solo or a young couple this place is perfect. Chico and Bennett who helped us get settled are both real mellow dudes. This place is literally 2 blocks from the epicenter of Waikiki beach front. You couldn't pick a more perfect spot if you want easy access to Waikiki. It's easily a 5th of what you would pay for a hotel room in that area. My girlfriend and I had a blast. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. This will definitely be a go to when we come back to HI.

We often used the kitchen and had everything we need plus the location was great. Its just a short walk to the main beach. Chico was really helpful with our questions as well.

  Comments: Value for Money accommodation with the hosts (both chico and Bennet) giving you the space to roam in and out of their apartment; but always there if you need them! their wifi is in superb condition (important for me as i need to answer work calls etc), and it is less than 5 mins walk to the bus station for diamond head hike; less than 15 mins walk to the beach and abundance restaurants; grocery store within 5-8 mins walk radius; the apartment lift needs some working though but no fault of theirs; apartment is very clean and bed is comfy - good to accommodate 1-2 pax max! there was sun block provided for by them, which is a delightful surprise; jogging trail along the canal; felt really safe as a solo lady traveler - thanks guys!

  Comments: The apartment is in a great spot for people who dont want to rent a car. You have the beach and restaurants within walking distance and for everything else there is a busstop close to the apartment and its an about 30 minute ride to honolulu for a 2,50$ fare. There are some small supermarkets near the apartment, bigger ones are unfortunately further out. I personally never met chico but he checked in to see if everything is okay from time to time. Bennett, who lives in the apartment, was easy going and nice. When we booked the (Website hidden by Airbnb) didnt realize that it has no window or airconditioning, but it has a fan so it didnt get too hot. The room has a very comfortable bed and a relatively big closet. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend it.

  Comments: The first communication for the check-in with Chico was straight to the point, short and kind of unfriendly. He just wants to make sure that no one else becomes aware that he is hosting AirBnB guests. During my stay Chico never approached or talked to me, even when we were both at home. I asked him if he has parking opportunities or at least knows where to park: he blamed me for bad communication and did not care at all. He did not provide towels, so make sure to bring one if you stay here. The most upsetting thing was on the second day, when he asked me if I checked out so he can host another guest. I booked and payd for three nights and did not even think about to leave earlier. The only positive thing about my stay is the location. It is in the middle of Waikiki and everything is in walking distance. If you do not care about all the above mentioned issues and just need a bed on Waikiki, you can book here. Next time I would rather spend my money on a hostel where I could get two nights the same amount.

It is less than five minutes away from the Waikiki Beach with a couple shops and fast food places in the area. It can get quite warm since there's no window in the room, but overall it's a great place to stay.

  Comments: You can hardly beat Chico's home location, as it's within walking distance from all interesting spots in Waikiki Beach. Convenient check-in which didn't require the host to be present: very convenient and time-flexible ; same for check-out, so you can easily arrange your schedule and catch your flights or anything. The room has a good size and lots of closet space, with two power outlets located right next to the bed. There was even a EU-US outlet adapter provided! Two clean towels were provided, and a whole set of various cosmetic products like soap, toothpaste etc. Chico is a very friendly guest, he even gave me a list of places to visit in Honolulu, as well as a taste of the special Hawaii pineapple Vodka!

  Comments: Good location - very good communication and kind host(s) - I underestimated noise but that is personal ! Location: ask roberts or VIP airport transfer to bring you to vive hotel (20USD for back and forth), and one minute walking later you are at Chico's. Close indeed to beach, nightlife, grocery shopping, restaurants ... Excellent communication before, during and after stay. Keen eye for needs of their guests. Chico does not live in this particular place (Bennett does) but he kindly came by especially to welcome me and make sure I settled in okay - very much appreciated. And in the few minutes we spoke he managed to pass me some good tips and information. Both Bennett and Chico are kind and respectful. They work evenings/nights. Keep in mind this is a 'bachelor's pad' - clean and functional but not 'homey' - for me this was no problem - but maybe could be for other guests ... The bathroom could use some TLC, but certainly more than acceptable on all fronts, no hygiene or bug issues in bathroom or kitchen. Kitchen well equipped with toaster, microwave, fridge, stove, pots, pans etc. The only downside for me was that I did not manage to sleep (even with earplugs and after living together with 4 people in one room previously). It seems I underestimated the impact of being smack in the centre of waikiki on thanksgiving weekend. I felt there was a lot of noise from traffic, sirens, neighbours on balconies, doors slamming in the hallways (very windy weekend too), and quite some party-people in the street all night, plus water pipes running just next to the bed (rain and/or shower drains from above). That is of course a very personal experience and out of control of the host! thanks for having me !

  Comments: Wer Sauberkeit sucht, ist hier falsch. Chico und Bennet sind super nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Leider wird bei einem Airbnb nicht die Persönlichkeit bewertet. Was Sauberkeit angeht war das Apartment nicht gut. Die Küche und das Bad waren sehr schmutzig, die Böden klebrig. Schlimm war, das die Bettwäsche benutzt schien. (Haare und Flecken waren zu sehen) Unser Zimmer war sehr klein ohne Fenster nur mit zwei Löchern an den oberen Wänden, keine Privatsphäre. Man hat kein richtiges Bett und schläft auf Matratzen. Wir waren froh als die 4 Nächte vorbei waren! Trotzdem legt Chico frische Handtücher, Badezimmerartikel , Strandsachen und Reisesachen bereit. Auch die Kommunikation mit Chico war klasse. Die Lage des Apartments ist unschlagbar! Deshalb empfehle ich das Apartment für junge Menschen die keinen hohen Standard erwarten oder Männern die alleine reisen.

It’s in the heart of Waikiki - you can walk to the shops, to the beach or to one of the many buses that takes you pretty much anywhere - all within 5 minutes from the space. Fresh towels and sheets were provided. The room was decent size with a big closet. There truly isn’t a need for an a/c in the room! Despite it being in the busy, touristy area I slept great - really comfy bed and I didn’t hear much of the noise in the room. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Honolulu!   Comments: Everything was pretty straight forward. You get for what you pay for. Nothing more. Nothing less. Listing is as described. His responses and communication skills were very well. He will check up on you to make sure everything is well and to make sure you are having a good time. The only thing I can offer for constructive criticism is cleaner kitchen utensils and maybe a better shower knob. Other than that everything was okay in my book. Especially for the price.   Comments: Chico was very communicative and made it easy for my partner and I to find the place. He checked in on us to make sure everything was okay, and was available to help us if we needed anything. The apartment is just like it appears in the photos: cosy, comfortable, we were able to feel right at home. There was coffee and tea for the mornings and we stored the food that we bought in the fridge (there's a grocery store nearby). Really close to the beach too!

Bennet也是很貼心的協助我們需要的東西!不常遇到他,住在這邊就像是自己的公寓一樣自在! We had very awesome time in Hawaii! The location very convenient. near Waikiki beach, we went there everyday!! The room is cozy, n bed is comfortable. I can use my laptop in living room, there have a nice table n sofa. They have a basket, can find many necessary stuff use on beach. Chico n Bennet are very kind n helpful! I have to said that they give us everything we need!!❤️ I really recommend this apartment. next time come to Hawaii, we’ll back again

  Comments: Chico was GREAT. Easy to get along with & Super helpful when checking-in. The location is PRIME Location. It is an old building complex with clean grounds and friendly people. Waikiki Beach is about 5 minute walk. ABC store is a few steps away (convenient way to stock-up on water, daily essentials. Restaurants/shopping and bars ALL walking distance! I did NOT use Lyft during my stay because everything is walking distance. Except for excursions I would make arrangements for that. They will provide keys to the Elevator and room so one can come and go as you like. I was happy they allowed me to use the fridge to store a few cold drinks. They respect privacy and they are also avaible via cell phone (including tex). Host is mostly out working during the day and night. Please be aware》Room is big enough for 2 adults no more. You can fit 2 large bags on the floor. It has NO VENTILATION (Extra Warm & Humid) NO windows. Plane room nothing fancy just a bed with a few pillows/closet with a fan. NO mirror or TV. They provided a few towels and iron (I was glad about that) If you plan to visit the beach, make sure to shower remove all sand and dirt before you walk-in REMOVE shoes and sandals. :) I had an amazing time in Waikiki!   Comments: I had a very comfortable stay at Chico’s place. I was out most of the day and used his place to crash at night. Even though it didn’t have AC, there were two fans that were more than enough for me. The place has all the basics, and would definitely stay again. Chico is great with communication and always responsive to messages.

I have been going to Hawaii for 38 years. I like the low hassle and ease of this location. Nothing fancy, but who needs that. I was outside every waking moment. It worked perfect for me.

  Comments: ｸﾋｵ通りから少し北に入った辺り､ﾋﾞｰﾁ沿いで言うとﾊｲｱｯﾄﾘｰｼﾞｪﾝｼｰの北方向辺りのｱﾊﾟｰﾄです｡買い物はｲﾝﾀｰﾅｼｮﾅﾙﾏｰｹｯﾄﾌﾟﾚｲｽを始めﾒｼﾞｬｰどころにすぐにｱｸｾｽ出来ますし､ﾋﾞｰﾁも真南に数分歩けば到着するのでとても便利です｡ 残念ながらﾎｽﾄのﾁｺさんにはお会い出来ませんでしたが､ﾍﾞﾈｯﾄさんは気が良く優しい方で､良い意味で放置してもらえます｡ 3泊の滞在でしたが､あまり顔を合わす機会もなく､ﾘﾋﾞﾝｸﾞを自由に使わせてもらいました｡ 建物が築100年らしく､古いですがﾜｲｷｷは大体のﾎﾃﾙが古いのでさほど気になりません｡ ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝは少し分かりづらいかも知れませんがﾎｽﾄから丁寧に写真含めてｶﾞｲﾀﾞﾝｽがありましたので全く迷いませんでした｡ 宿泊費を安く抑えて基本寝るだけの方にはとても良い部屋だと思います｡

  Comments: Firstly, everyone should visit Hawaii! It’s uniquely beautiful and so different compared with the mainland US. The main selling point of this Airbnb is its prime location near most tourist attractions. It is very convenient, walkable and is close to Waikiki beach, tons of food options, and stores. The room does get a bit warm, it is windowless- but fans help a bit. Cleanliness was fine. I briefly interacted in person with Bennett- he’s a chill guy. I didn’t meet Chico in person, but he was responsive to messages. It really does feel like you have your own apartment for your stay.

  Comments: Very nice guys! So friendly! They leave people alone but also take care. And located nearby the beach. Fantastic! I arrived in the night. Check in was no problem due to great instruction before (with pictures :) ). The only thing which I would mention is, that there is no window in the wall. But for me as I traveled alone, it was great. Thank you for everything!
