  Comments: This is a very clean, airy and comfortable place to stay in what is arguably Sydney's best area. The hosts, Yvonne and Cary, are very welcoming and convivial yet respectful of privacy. The house is modern with all mod cons. The large bedroom (with very comfy bed) is on the ground floor with a good deal of private space in which to relax. There's even a saltwater swimming pool in the back garden! The location is great for getting to the best of the city's beaches and Eastern Suburbs, with Bondi just 15 minutes walk and Rose Bay about 20. The nearest bus stop is just 5 minutes away. From here you can easily reach Bondi Junction, the city and beyond. This is a quiet area, with the nearest shops and bars 10 - 15 minutes walk away, so maybe not an ideal place for the party animal. As far as I'm concerned, after 7 weeks staying here, this place is perfect. My only negative is that any B&B from now on will be a compromise.

  Comments: We had a great stay at this beautiful place. The pictures don't do justice to reality. In real it's so much nicer! We couldn't wish for a better place to end our trip in Australia. Everything is so luxurous, cosy and tidy. We were sorry we didn't stay longer. Yvonne & Gary are a nice, social couple. They even provided some stuff for breakfast, great! Highly recommend this place!

  Comments: This is the best Air Bnb I've ever stayed in; excellent value for money. It's lovely to have a private area with bedroom and living room. It's a wonderful house and the photos don't do it justice! The bed is very comfy, and the bathroom is great (amazing shower). The kitchen is very well stocked and great to cook in. We made good use of the washing machine, which was very helpful as we're travelling for some time. Yvonne and Cary are incredibly warm and welcoming; they really made us feel at home. I cannot recommend this place enough!

  Comments: Spacious, clean and stylish accommodation, that you would never get in an hotel. Loved the congeniality, the coffee and the ambiance. Great location in between the bay and the surf and close to restaurants. Great value for money. Very accommodating hosts. Will be returning.

  Comments: Yvonne was the perfect host; she provided us with an Opal card each, as well as breakfast goods to keep us going through the week. The house and location are absolutely superb and it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Special mention has to go for the bed, which was something out of heaven, the comfiest thing we have ever experienced in our entire lives! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

  Comments: My wife and our little daughter (7 Months) stayed for 10 days at Yvonne's and Cary's beautiful house. Especially the garden and the open plan kitchen and living area are wonderful spots to rest after exploring Sydney. Their location is great and we enjoyed the very pleasant and quiet neighbourhood while you could still easily get to other areas by public transport. Yvonne and Cary are both great hosts and welcomed us warmly. They managed the balance between intimacy and socialising very well. We can definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to explore all the nice spots in Sydney but likes to enjoy a lovely residential area close to Bondi beach afterwards.

  Comments: This was my first experience of staying in an Airbnb & Yvonne has certainly set the bar extremely high! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house which was situated in a great location (10 min walk to Bondi) with friendly & attentive hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome (including driving us to our friends wedding to save us getting a taxi!) We had initial reservations of sharing a house rather than get an Airbnb to ourselves but these were diminished as soon as we walked in, with the hosts giving us the right balance of privacy whilst also being able to have some lovely chats (mostly when gathered around the amazing coffee machine!) Would thoroughly recommend to everyone & look forward to returning again soon.

  Comments: Yvonne’s home is amazing and she is a fantastic host. We found the room and adjacent bathroom perfect for our needs, a really lovely space. We were in town for a wedding in Watson’s Bay and it was very easy to get the ferry up and then uber back. The house is ideally located only a 15 min walk to Rose Bay and 20mins to Bondi Beach.

  Comments: A perfect location, walking distance from both Bondi and Rose Bay. A spacious and private area with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful modern bathroom in a stunning home. The outdoor pool is an added bonus. Yvonne and Cary are excellent hosts and hopefully we will be able to return next year.

  Comments: Our stay at Yvonne and Cary’s incredibly beautiful home was beyond any expectations we had. My wife and I felt so at home here for the three days we had. The photos don’t do this house justice. It has been exquisitely and tastefully renovated and we wanted for nothing whilst here. Both our hosts were kind, warm and welcoming even to the point of offering us a ride to the railway station should we have needed it. The whole house was spotlessly clean and we had access to all amenities one could wish for and a couple of luxury items I wouldn’t have even thought if seeking. Cary is a dab hand on his rather superb coffee machine and as a coffee I must hasten to add, he knows his machine well and produces what can only be described as a top shelf brew. My advice to anyone searching for a place in this price range is just book it and enjoy.

  Comments: Was a Great stay! Yvonne is a very Helpful host. The home is beautiful and extremely large, was great to have the laundry, kitchen and swimming pool. Location is pretty perfect, It’s situated in a quiet street but still pretty close to Bondi/Rose Bay. The room is downstairs at the front of the house, with its own lounge room. The bathroom is just outside the room. So pretty private. Would love to stay here again when coming back. Thank you!
