  Comments: The apartment and Greg are just amazing. He made everything really easy, communication was fast and he was very flexible about checking in and out. Greg was rarely home, so we pretty much had a whole apartment for a more than fair deal. The apartment is comfortable, cozy, clean and really spacious for NY - the private living room is a huge plus. The neighborhood is really safe and quiet, while there are a lot of shops & restaurants around, and Williamsburg is an easy walk away. All in all we had an amazing stay, thanks for everything, Greg! :)

  Comments: We loved our stay here! It was in such a great location and Greg was an awesome host. He was super fast to reply to any of our messages and was super helpful when we locked ourselves out. He even invited us to a rooftop on Independence Day, super dooper nice. The place was really great. The aircon worked really well and the bed was really comfortable. We absolutely loved staying here and would defintely stay here again. Also, the place is covered in really awesome paintings which was nice considering we came to New York to look at art. Thanks so much great! You were awesome.

  Comments: Very well placed. The subway station (Line G) is at 5-10 min by walk. There is a lot of restaurant and store near the apartment. It is clean and convenient. Greg is very busy with his job so it was like the apartment is for us :) and anyway he has his own private entrance. Highly recommanded

  Comments: El lugar es excelente si uno considera el precio. Es como tener un apto para ti solo. No conocimos a Greg pero todo fue muy bien. Se pone unos 40 minutos en llegar a, manhatan y laa.paradas de.metro estan a 10 y 20 minutos (Website hidden by Airbnb) a que parte se va. Pero si no quieren caminar pueden usar un bus que pasa (Website hidden by Airbnb) y los lleva a la.parada del metro. Muy recomendable

  Comments: A perfect base to explore both Brooklyn and Manhattan. Greenpoint is a safe, vibrant, area with lots of places to eat, drink, and grab a slice! Greg's place is spotless, quiet, and private with lots of artistic touches, a fully stocked kitchen, and a really comfy bed. Check in was seamless and Greg was easy to communicate with. We would really recommend this as a place to stay, and hope to return in the future!

  Comments: Greg's place looks exactly like in the pictures and is very close to the G subway station making it super easy to get in and out Manhattan. We haven't actually met Greg but the communication regarding check in and check out was super easy, also it felt like we had the place to ourselves which was nice. The street and the area felt very safe, plus only a short walk from Greenpoint's best bars and restaurants. Overall a great stay.

  Comments: My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Greg's place in Greenpoint. The location was ideal for Greenpoint, very close to Williamsburg, and not too far from the L (20 min) and G (10 min) subways. We stayed for two weeks and went to Manhattan almost every day via subway. The unit was clean, the private bedroom was comfortable, we had full use of the living room, and were able to prepare a lot of meals and coffee in the kitchen, which was great.

  Comments: Greg's place is super spacious, you'll get your own bedroom, living-room and kitchen which is exceptional for New York! Great value for money, I really appreciated the location in Greenpoint. The flat is surrounded by great coffee places bars and restaurants, but still located in a quiet cute street. Regarding transports, Greg's flat is located a 10-min-walk away from the G train (Nassau Avenue) and 15 minutes away from the L train (Bedford Avenue) so it was very convenient to commute to Manhattan.

  Comments: We had a wonderful time at Gregs place. We didnt meet him but he answered really quickly and let us check in early which was amazing. The place is clean and spacious and we had it practically to our selfs. Be prepared to carry up your luggage two flights of stairs. We struggled a little bit but managed in the end. The neighborhood is really nice and safe. It has a lot of shops, cafes and delis. That made the 10 Minute Walk to the subway shorter. We would definetly recommend!

  Comments: Het was super. Het huis is schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Een erg gezellig appartement. Prima douche met bad ook. Tv ook met Netflix voor wanneer je wilt ontspannen of amerikaanse tv wilt kijken. Het is een toffe buurt, er is van alles te doen in Greenpoint en Williamsburg. Veel jonge lui, beetje alternatief en hip. Ook veel clubs voor wie er van houdt. En leuke winkeltjes. De straat zelf is erg rustig. Geen overlast van auto's of buren. Het vervoer is erg simpel. Je bent overal snel met een metrokaart. Tip: wij hadden er een voor 7 dagen onbeperkt reizen.

  Comments: Don’t think take it!! Place is really spacious, cozy and clean. Greg is a very nice host and always helps when you need something but at the same time you have a lot of privacy. It takes 15 min to get to the subway station but the area is very pleasant so you even don’t notice the way :)

  Comments: With the exception of the shared bathroom, Greg's place is a comfy one bedroom apartment. I slept on the bed , in a substantial sized bedroom with large closet, writing desk, and bedside table. My daughter slept on the couch is the roomy living area. The kitchen has a table for four, and full sized appliances, as well as a coffee maker. In this apartment, you are only steps away from a lovely park, and full sized supermarket. There are also many other places to purchase items such as fresh fruit, deli meats, and fresh baked breads and sweets. We enjoyed the many shops, and eateries. Since I have vegetarian daughters, it was a bonus that there are so many veggie/vegan choices. The subway is about a half mile away. I give Greg's place an A+.

  Comments: La casa di Greg ha un bell'arredamento ed è adatta per la privacy . Il salone, la cucina e la camera da letto sono a vostra totale disposizione. Il bagno e' condiviso con Greg ma, lui è molto riservato e non l'abbiamo mai incontrato durante il nostro soggiorno. La cucina dispone di tutti gli utensili necessari al soggiorno , per prepararvi degli ottimi piatti. La televisione in salotto, dispone di Netflix gratuito e YouTube, con i quali potrete dilettarvi e vedere film e serie TV in perfetto stile americano. L'appartamento non è vicinissimo alla metro, dovrete fare una lunga passeggiata per arrivare alla fermata di Nassau . Inoltre, la pulizia va migliorata. Ma, la casa e' economica e va bene per due persone.

  Comments: Prima appartement op een super leuke locatie in Brooklyn. Rustige straat, en dicht bij de metro. Alles was voorzien en de communicatie was snel en duidelijk. Greg hebben we niet gezien maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. We komen er zeker terug bij het volgende bezoek aan NYC!

  Comments: Greg's place was one of the best we had in NYC! Very well located in Greenpoint, only a couple of corners from bars and restaurants + adj East Willliasmburg. We had a whole small apartment just for us (except for the shared bathroom) and didn't had the chance to meet Greg, but all the communications about the apartment were very clear and Greg was quick to answer. It was also very clean and -- a huge highlight -- the bed and sheets were amazingly comfy!! We highly recommend it!
