  Comments: This accomodation is located in a nice place near to the main road. Easy to commute on public transport or your own. Very well connected. My room was nice and cosy. It has your own big screen TV and an updated ensuite. Cleanliness outside can be an issue but considering other guests staying there is understandable. I generally kept to my room and was happy. Judy is an excellent host and is quick to resolve issues if you have any. I had a few hiccups the first day and she was quick to address them. I don't mind staying here again if required. Very reasonably priced for what you get.

  Comments: Judy's place is a Boarding house with many bedrooms. We had the bedroom with the on-suite. There was no-body to greet us and another tenant helped us. We called to get two towels for us and then for toilet paper but found that the TV did not work and we could not make contact the third time. The cupboard with the towels looked a mess just chucked in. The fridge was full of food and some looked as if it had been there for quite some time. The kitchen floor tiles are cracked and dirty, the rubbish bin is open and we found some cockroaches in our bedroom. No one there to organise the house in general. We had better value.

  Comments: House is in a quiet street. Lane becomes quite dark at night. Bus stop and train station are also near by. Good location for offices situated in maquarie park. As for the room, master bed is quite big and well furnished. The heater (split invertor) is quite noisy. Did use the kitchen but it was also ok. Laundry setup was also good. Communication with Judy was excellent. I asked for tv remote batteries and car parking pass ad arranged quickly. Restaurants and shops are not near by. Nearest is at Lane cove road opposite to marriot or at macquarie center.

  Comments: This house is shared house, host doesnt live here or I havnt met her during my stay of 6 days, only available through emails. Room was good but Shower was bit clogged n had hairs when asked to clean no answer. Same thing was with bed linen, was used before, host didnt change even when asked. Kichen was mess at times as it is shared house.

  Comments: The room with en suite is in a bit of a share house, so it's not like a lot of AirBnB places. A bit more anonymous and private. Judy, however, does respond super quickly to any requests, and I had no trouble getting what I needed. The street is very close to Epping Road, so there is a bit of noise that comes over from this busy street, but that also makes the location very convenient (so there's two sides to every trait). I would certainly stay again.

  Comments: It was a great experience staying at Judy’s. The arrangements were just perfect. The room was spacious with ensuite bathroom and had all quick needed facilities in the room. Best thing was it is a laptop friendly place. The room was attached to a porch which again was very pleasant and relaxing. The kitchen amenities were great too. All utilities were rightly labelled. The entire house and the kitchen were clean. I enjoyed my privacy here. Also, this place is pretty close to the train station which saved me from long walks. Judy was very prompt with her responses whenever I tried getting in touch with her. I would definitely opt for this place again for my next visit to Sydney.

  Comments: Thanks for a good stay! Room was big and clean - only issue was the shared kitchen space could get a little messy and there were ants in the bathroom but not a major issue! Heater worked well, bathroom big and clean, very close to big shopping mall with restaurants and close to the train line! Simple but good! Only addition I would include would be a mini fridge in the bedroom - there’s space for it and would make it a more private space without the hassle of a shared kitchen - especially as I was visiting on a work trip and had to leave very early in the morning and was worried I’d disturb other guests.

  Comments: I stayed at Judy's place for longer durations and it was quite amazing. The place' description was very accurate and it has various room types. Some rooms are equipped with private bathroom which was clearly described. Internet speed was good and decent coverage across all the room. For master bedroom M there is a separate wifi connection. I have found common kitchen space to be tidy. There is a separate portion allocated within refrigerator for all guests. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

  Comments: Judy's place is all that is expected, possibly more. The individual locks on doors and entry to the house is excellent and very safe. Even though there were other people in the house during my stay, I very rarely saw anyone else. I would definitely stay here again.

  Comments: The apartment was very clean and the Organisation between the other guests was good. The location it’s a little bit to far from the CBD. The train station was out of order for the time and we should take all the time the bus. The station for the bus was close to the apartment.

Kitchen and laundry facilities very good and clean - especially the 'fridge. I will be happy to stay there again.
