Neighborhood Overview: Our neighbourhood is always very quiet so no one will disturb you. We're lucky to have fantastic friendly neighbours, but we've never once heard any noise that's not our own.

Notes: Please note we have done a few renovations recently which have left the floors looking a bit worse for wear. The carpet is clean but old, and the hardwood floor has some marks on it. We have chickens in the back garden. Our neighbour pops by early morning and at dusk to open/close the coop.

Transit: There is always lots of street parking available and space for 2-3 cars in the driveway. There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk away which goes to the city, and another stop 7-8 minutes walk which goes to Gordon train station.

Access: Everywhere except the back garden below the deck (access via Laundry room only) and basement (access through back garden only). Please do not enter the back garden. There is a large deck which ensures abundant outdoor space.
