Neighborhood Overview: The apartment is located a few minutes’ walk from Wailea and Ulua Beaches. Take a morning jog or sunset stroll along the long paved beach path, which is fronted by five-star hotels, or drive 10 minutes to the world-famous Makena Beaches.

Notes: Steve is a firefighter for the County of Maui and Tamara is a stay at home mom who manages our vacation rentals.

Transit: You will need a car so get around. You can take a bus but to see all that Maui has to offer we recommend renting a car.

Access: Two pools area with out door gas BBQs, Hot tubs and out door dinning. Two blocks from Wailea and Ulua beaches. 10 minutes drive to world famous Makena Big and little beaches

Interaction: We live five minutes away from our condos so if you need anything we are here to help.

House Rules: 7 night minimum stay (14 night minimum over Holiday Season Dec 15-Jan 6) 14.42% state tax included in nightly rate $85 clean fee Cancellation policy: 60 days prior to arrival - full refund less $250 cancellation fee. Less than 60 days - no refund unless unit is re-rented in which case refund will be made only for those days re-rented less the cancellation fee.

Comments: DO NOT TRUST THESE HOSTS. TERRIBLE RACISTS. We loved the location but the room was so small and smelt so bad. Room got no sunlight. The shower only ran cold water. The pools were all dirty and had lots of kids. Originally the post said "flexible checkout" but then it was changed randomly to 10am when the racist couple Steve and Tamara kicked us out on our last day in Maui. We had no where to go with our luggage and our flight back home was at 3pm

Comments: We absolutely LOVED this location and space. It was WAY better than we expected and the location is walking distance to the prettiest beaches, restaurants and yoga! We stayed in 4 airbnb's on Maui and this was our fave! Please drive to Makena and hang out at the gorgeous beach or take the boardwalk walks in front of the fancy hotels walking distance from Tamara and Steve's place:)

Comments: Everything was great while staying at this cozy studio. The condo was very clean and well kept. There was also nice touches such as allowing us to borrow beach chairs, boogie board, etc. And there is a washer/dryer in the condo which was great! The complex is minutes away from the beach and a grocery store. Pretty much everything you would need.

Comments: Our room was clean and very roomy. I greatly appreciated all the little extras that were available: beach chairs, blankets, umbrella, lunch box, ice packs, little packets of mustard for sandwiches, tupperwear, snacks, etc. We loved watching the little geckos scuttle around on the banana tree outside and listening to the birds in the morning/evening. Such a great little space, I would go back and stay there in a heart beat! (:

Comments: Amazing place to stay. The "studio" is HUGE. The lanai is in the back which makes it extremely private. It was truly like having another room. The front door also has a screen door which allows for a cross draft with the tradewinds. The pool and grills are essentially across the driveway. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The complex is extremely quiet. The location was perfect for walking to Ulua Beach, the shops at Wailea, Wailea Center and Monkey Pod. Tamara and Steve are lightning fast to respond. Loved staying here.
