Huge rooms and living-room, kitchen, appliances, (to discuss).

Neighborhood Overview: Very beautiful area ... if you get the "resident" and "home" idea. Excellent for someone that appreciate the fun and then wants a good sleep, contrary to the last trip when they reserved "the best room" in "the heart of Downtown" and they notice too late it was on top of "The five Owls" Nightclub. Highway 4 mins away takes you to Downtown in about 12-15 mins. The condo and it's inventory is offerd for use under your own responsability. Booking means you agree. Although, we keep a high standard - see our ratings- and we assist to your needs. Some special needs and amenties (ex: kids, health and mobility issues etc) has to be discussed in advance.

Notes: My bussines is 2-12 months furnished renting. Exception could apply ocassionaly.

Transit: 3 busses available. As said Highway is 4 mins away takes you to Downtown in about 12 mins.

Access: Hole Upper duplex is yours, separate entry, like a house. (and quite the same surface ~1500sf)

Interaction: I'm am available for all that you need.

House Rules: More or less like at your home (pls wipe/ clean the floor asap if you wet it, no dicing on the counter, clean the ceramic plate stove asap if overboiled, keep the home clean at al time). Thank you very much. Keep in mind this is not a hotel. Same space in a hotel would cost 6oo $/night, and yes, it might me a bit more "neat", every little corner might shine, all the sheets would be in 1000 thread per inch and perfectly ... well, no, that's the 4500$ Royal apartment where Angelina goes :). I don't say it's not clean but it's clean like a ... house (200$/night), not like a hotel apartment (600$/night for the same space) and not at all like a luxury hotel apartment (4500$/night, but it's not available because Angelina is there). You get a huge space for your money, 4-5 times bigger than a hotel room... at same price.
