  Comments: I stayed in Jess' apartment for five days and had a wonderful time. The flat is really clean and in a handy location for getting around Sydney. There's some really nice coffee and brunch places nearby and it's close to the redfern station. Jess is a great host and her communication is excellent. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

  Comments: Had a great stay at jess's apartment. Place was sparkly clean, bed was comfy, pool was nice. Everything is as Jess said in the description. One stop to central station but spent most of my free time neandering newtown and erskineville. There is some street noise but it wasnt enough to bother me if you keep the windows shut its fine. This place was really a pleasant surprise after my last air bnb experience. Thanks for having me Jess 10/10 would stay again.

  Comments: Perfect location, close from shops and train station, literraly in front of bus stops. Even walking to the center is easy. Redfern/alexandria is a lively neigbordhood, with pubs, barber shop, cofe, etc. The apparment is really good, everything necessary, just perfect, nothing to add. And Jess his a really nice host, respond super fast and there if needed. Higly recommanded.

  Comments: This a spacious, surprisingly quiet unit given its location on a main road. The amenities are nice with a spacious balcony and outdoor setting at the back. Would stay again!

  Comments: I do not normally care to write reviews but I had to after staying at this apartment in Redfern. The entire apartment is lovely and it is directly near the train station. The value of the property is great. Unfortunately, just about every Airbnb rental does not allow you to have parties or any big events, including this apartment. However, this apartment complex has a pool and a place to grill out (where you can bring people) which really sets it apart from other Airbnb rentals. What really surprised me was the excellent hospitality. Jess is extremely trusting and nice because she would always help me out with any possible inconvenience that I encountered. For example, once I requested to stay one night less because of my financial budget since I am a broke college student. Jess said that's fine and asks if she can pay me electronically (for the night that I would not be staying), but I had to ask her if she could pay me in cash because I had zero in my bank account (It takes a few days to transfer) and I needed the money for food for that week (However, I didn't tell her that). I felt bad asking for the cash to be delivered because I knew she had to take care her 3 - week old baby but it was like essential. Without hesitation, she dropped off the money the next day in cash and she didn't know how much that helped me out. Also, they provide you with a pamphlet that lists places to eat nearby, they give you privacy, jess constantly responds to your text messages immediately, and they have the place refurbished with every possible necessity. You would think that they wouldn't care about you and your stay after you give them a down payment, but unlike most Airbnb's, they want you to have a great stay even after you pay. It's like staying at a hotel. I highly recommend this place in particular because I researched all of the possible Airbnb rentals for hours and this was by far the best-valued one that I could find.

  Comments: It was an amazing place. Very close to station. Close to supermarket and shops. Clean, quiet and safe place. Well Done Jess for helping me out and my parents for staying there. You made them feel more than like their house. Would strongly recommend it and i look forward to come back again!!!!

  Comments: Spacious and very comfortable apartment. Large terrace that allows you to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. Very quiet community area with pool to enjoy in summer. There is also a BBQ in the communal area but it is unusable due to dirt. Apartment 10 minutes walk from Redfern station, with bus stop at the door and very well connected. It is 30 minutes walk from Town Hall and 20 minutes from the University of Sydney. Quiet neighbourhood although somewhat noisy due to traffic. In the neighbourhood, you can find all the necessary services. We were in the apartment for 3 months.

  Comments: Jess was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t meet her but we talk by message. We arrive to the town at morning and leave really late and she organise to leave us the appartement at 7am when we arrive and leave us to leave the baggage until we fly back at night that make our couple of days to Sydney easier. The appartement was clean and nice. The bed is really comfortable. It’s really good place to stay when you want to be close to town but not in a middle with all trafic at night.   Comments: Great location and facilities. Plan ahead however if you require parking - as with most of inner-city Sydney locations availability is difficult to come by. I pre-booked with Wilson Parking and caught a 10 min Uber.
