Space: Fresh, clear and sunny apartment, newly equipped. Each room has a separate AC unit. Two balconies, one oriented to the sunrise and other to the sunset. Room 1 has a double bed(140x200) Room 2 has a single bed(80x200) that can be turned into a double(160x200) All rooms have an exterior view, panoramic floor plan.

Neighborhood Overview: Poblenou is a gem in Barcelona, with a laidback beach atmosphere and the feel of a traditional Spanish village. It has some great local bars, cafes, and eateries, but is also well-connected to the city center by metro or bus.

Notes: The cost of the monthly rental covers up to €100 of electricity consumption, which is usually enough, the guest will cover any cost above this.

Transit: The area has everything you need, just a stone throw from Rambla del Poblenou, a boulevard full of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Supermarkets are very close by, as bakeries and the Mercat del Poblenou(traditional market) is a definite highlight for groceries, meats and fish shopping. Bus H16 stops right in front and takes you to Plaza Catalunya in 15 minutes. Closest metro stop is Poblenou, yellow line, 6-8’ walk.

    Comments: Для нас это лучшее место в Барселоне! Квартира расположена идеально, совсем рядом с морем. В тоже время автобус возле подъезда довезет в центр (пл. Каталунии, пл. Испании). Район очень спокойный, до метро 10 минут пешком по Рамбле Побленоу, где много кафе, магазинов, аптеки, банки...Хозяйка Регина очень доброжелательная, хорошая. В квартире есть посудомойка, духовка, микроволновка, стиральная машина. Мы жили месяц , остались очень довольны! Рекомендуем (Website hidden by Airbnb) For us, this is the best place in Barcelona! The apartment is located perfectly, very close to the sea. At the same time, the bus near the entrance will take you to the center ( Plaza Catalunia, Plaza Espania). The area is very calm, to the metro 10 minutes walk along the Rambla Poblenou, where there are many cafes, shops, pharmacies, banks ...Regina is very friendly, she is the best. The apartment has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, nice wifi. We lived a month, were very satisfied! Recommended!

    Comments: Me and my boyfriend were for 7 weeks in barcelona and we lived in this beautiful flat, near the beach and Rambla de Poblenou. The surroundings is the best, you have everything in the near what you need. We are very happy and want to come back next year. Thank you!!!

    Comments: el Piso se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, cerca de la playa pero también cerca de la movida en la Rambla de Poblenou. Bien comunicado, cerca de dos estaciones de Metro y varias lineas de BUS que pasan por la puerta. Es perfecto para 4 personas, pero teniendo Sofa Cama, acepta recibir algunas visitas. Hemos estado 1 mes alli y hubiéramos deseado quedarnos por mas tiempo. La respuesta de Nu fue siempre al instante cuando lo hemos requerido. Perfecto para unas vacaciones o para largas estadias.

    Comments: This is the best AirBnB I have ever stayed in! It looked recently renovated, it was very spacious, good size living area and it had two balconies. The kitchen was very well equipped with a lot of attention to detail, even kitchen foil and freezer bags were provided. The beach is less than 5 minutes away and it is the cleanest city beach that I have even seen. The best part about the place is its location. It is literary in the centre of Poblenou, and within seconds you have a lovely pedestrian area with lots of restaurants and bars. The whole area has a great buzz about it! If you like both having the beach nearby and a wide range of eating options, this is the perfect place. It is much better than staying in the centre of the city as you get to experience Barcelona as a local. Plus, the flat is about 20-30 minutes walk to the centre of the city. It is very well connected with a number of buses and a metro line that will take you to every central location within 10-30 minutes. Nu was a great host, very responsive and we checked in without any problems. Thank you so much!

    Comments: Don't be put off by the external appearance of the building. The apartment was great, quirky, but just perfect and a home from home for me for five weeks while visiting from the UK and working locally. Super close to the beach and all the amenities of Poblenou. A very responsive and helpful host. Highly recommended.
