  Comments: Honestly speaking my stay at Esperanza's place was very amazing that I enjoyed it a lot. To begin with Esperanza and her family are very well coming people and socially interactive, that you feel to be at home. Esperanza's well come was special from the other places I stayed in so far that she explained me every thing including the bus and tram stations before my arrival. And also she explained me that when I arrive at her place, I will find some body to well come me and that was very true that she herself welcomed me. Up on my arrival to her place she explained me every thing regarding the use of amenities in the room as well as the facilities in the neighborhood. She printed out maps for public bus and metro transport as well as for supermarkets and restaurants in the neighborhood. The room has a heater, air conditioner, a very large flat screen TV, a very large locker, a light bulb near by the bed with a small locker. There is also a nice chair with wheels and a corresponding big table. With this spacious room and the various amenities it has, I have really enjoyed my stay as a student. There is also shared bathroom with alternatives(meaning two bathrooms) as well. There is secured wifi and a laptop friendly environment. Since I will be staying for three weeks and since I am a student she has specially allowed me to use the kitchen and the washing machine and that was wonderful for me. Regarding location of Esperanza's place, it is centrally located that you can get every thing including supermarkets, cafeterias , metro station at walking distance of less than 3 minutes. In conclusion Esperanza's place is a place I would like to stay in when ever I come back to Barcelona in the future and it is also a place I will advise my friends all other people to stay at.

  Comments: It is my second time to stay at Esperanzaz's place and for sure it will always be my first choice when ever I plan to come to Barcelona in the future. Esperanza and her family are a very kind and caring people, highly well coming. Esperanza's place is centrally located, very near for public transport access(just 2 min walk to the metro station), full choice of supermarkets and restaurants nearby including a 24 hr serving supermarket. Esperanza's room is a clean with all the amenities available as mentioned on the website. It is also a quiet place best suited for students like me. I could not believe when I finished my study and was about to leave Esperanza's family. I wish I would stay with and continue having a great time with such a respectful family, but as a matter of nature I had to go for my study in another country. But for sure Esperanza's place will always be my first place when ever I am planning to come to Barcelona in the future. I was very much astonished when Esperanza's Dad and Mom surprised me with gifts, not only this her Dad has also given me an all way lift right to the airway during my flight. I am very much grateful for their family. Finally I would say Esperanza's place is a place that I will recommend for my best friends and all other people. With the best regards!   Comments: This is the third time I am staying at Esperanza's place since I liked it very much. I have written my detail reviews during my previous stays. Worth while mentioning is that Esperanza's place is already a nice place and additionally each time there are new things which are added to comfort the guests. For example this time I found a refrigerator which is private for the bed room. There is also a boiler for tea etc in the room which is present since beginning. Thus I would recommend Esperanza's place for all who would like to spend a nice time in the center of Barcelona.

  Comments: My experience at Esperanza's place was flawless. The building is near Metro blue line L5 Entença station, many bus stops arround the corner and barely a 15min walk to the Sants train station if you get there by train R2 from the airport. There are supermarkets and restaurants in every block arround the building and in front of it. The prices are reasonable with good quality. The room is next to the door so it's easy to access, the beds and the sheets are clean and you get a bath size towel each. There is a huge smart TV with a Netflix subscription so you won't get bored in the room. You also get a mini refrigerator with drinks (water, colas, etc.) and some welcome candies and a big bottle of water. The bathroom is also close to the room's door and it has everything you need (hot water, soap, shampoo, conditionner, etc.). I really recommand this place and Esperanza for being such a friendly, very communicative and helpful host. Thank you for everything.

  Comments: Esperanza was very accommodating! She took the time to give recommendations on what to do - for example, she told us about a fair near the beach that only happens one week in the year. It was really fun and we wouldn't have known about it otherwise! Other pros: + clean room (exactly as pictured) + clean bathroom (gave us extra towels when we asked) + smooth checkin + high-tech TV + checked up on us regularly to see if we needed anything + free water bottles Some cons: - a bit far from the central area - keys for the doors are hard to use Thanks Esperanza! :)

  Comments: This was the best experience I have had using Airbnb. Esperanza was very helpful and accommodating. The neighborhood has easy access to buses to get you around the city. Even better, you can take nice long walks to key points around the city.

  Comments: 에스파냐 광장에서 버스로 약 15분 도보로 5분 정도 가는 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 지하철도 L5나 L3가 가까이 위치하고 있습니다. 방은 TV 인터넷 에어컨까지 완벽하게 갖추어져 있습니다. Esperanza는 주요 관광지를 프린트해서 설명해주는 등 여행을 도와주려는 호스트입니다. 진짜 이틀밤만 보낸 것이 아쉬울 정도로 좋은 숙소였습니다

  Comments: I stayed at Esperanza's house for a week and my experience was definitely great! Esperanza gave me many useful advices, such as what to visit, where to eat and local festivals. She has been available to help me for whatever I needed (e.g. a cable for my computer). The room was also nice and tidy, the air conditioner in Barcelona is a must in summer!

  Comments: Esperenza is one of the nicest people as a host I have met on AirBnB. She was always reachable on her phone and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Her family although were not good in spoken english, tried to help us as much as they could and my brother and me are very thankful for her hospitality. It's a great place for singles traveling to Barcelona.

  Comments: Esperanza is such a lovely person. She was quick to contact us and kept in touch from start to finish. Her place is easy to find and right off of the metro, in a great location near many of the major sights and attractions. The room was exactly as shown and although it is part of a shared apartment, it is at the front of the apartment and still feels private as well. Esperanza gave us some great tips of places to see and made us feel comfortable and at home while we were there. She helped us figure out laundry and even went out of her way to help us print out our boarding passes for a last minute flight when all of the print shops were closed. I highly recommend staying with Esperanza if you are looking for a friendly, safe, and convenient place to stay on your next trip to Barcelona!

  Comments: Esperanza place is in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe to walk at night.its a bit far fron city if you have to walk in hot weather but metro and train station is nearby. She lives with her family who are friendly like her but sometimes its difficult to acces the bathroom however she is always there should you need any help She also puts maps and guides on the table for you to get familiar with the city

  Comments: The stay with Esperanza was an excellent choice. She was the perfect host and informed us about all the places to see and where to eat as soon as we arrived. For this purpose she had several brochures and folders prepared, showing the sights and how to get there. She also recommended restaurants and showed us where to find supermarkets and other shops needed. The area was very quiet and even at night it felt save to walk around. The room is next to the entrance door, the refrigerator is right there when you step out of the room and the bathroom just 3 meters away. Everything was clean and the necessary utensils (towels, hairdryer, shampoo etc.) were provided for. Esperanza and her family were very friendly and the next time we visit Barcelona again, we will definitely stay with them again. Muchas gracias, Esperanza, para todo!

  Comments: Non sono riuscito ad usufruire dell'alloggio perché siamo dovuti rientrare in Italia a causa dell'attentato a Barcellona. Non posso recensire la camera ma devo dire che Esperanza è stata molto gentile e ci ha aiutato con delle problematiche relative a taxi e aereo per rientrare il più presto possibile.

  Comments: Esperanza was een perfecte gastvrouw. Bij aankomst was de kamer al helemaal gereed en ze gaf een goede uitleg over alles. De woning zag er heel schoon uit en er was zeker aandacht geschonken aan de faciliteiten in de kamer. De badkamer deel je met de rest van het gezin maar was bijna altijd beschikbaar. Ook waren de bedden prima en kun je Netflix kijken op het mega tv scherm in de keuken. Esperanza was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen en ook kon ze leuke tips geven wat je in de buurt kon doen. Al met al hebben wij een fijn verblijf gehad bij Esperanza en haar familie

  Comments: Esperanza's a wonderful host and the room she rents out is great! My mother stayed there for a few days while visiting me here in Barcelona and she had only great things to say about her experience. The room is very large and in really good shape/really clean. Esperanza was really flexible with our check-in time when our flight was delayed and was always quick to respond to my messages. She provided a lot of brochures about things to do around the city so you have a ton of stuff to look at to find things to do around the area. The room was right in the front so it's a very independent space even though her family lives in the same apartment. It's a little further away from the main attractions in the city, but there is a bus stop and a metro very close to the apartment so it's not too hard to get where you want to go.

  Comments: I stayed during New Year. The location was little bit far from city center, needed a transportation but for new year’s event was good place! Esperanza is friendly girl and her family are also very kind! She completely prepared a room for comfort staying in Barcelona! I really recommend there!
