Jessica was also kind enough to wait for us when our flight was delayed in arriving by about 2 hours. I would happily stay here again.

It is one of these listings you can only find on AirBnB or through hearsay from friends. Your first reaction might be surprise or even wondering if you got to the correct place, but it will quickly leave you when entering the cutest, best equipped, cosiest place I've been given to stay at in my many visits to HK. It is simply the perfect fit for people who are tired of faceless hotel rooms and who love Hong Kong. Many thanks for letting us stay there Jessica and be ready: we will be back :-)

  Comments: This is one awesome apartment. Very private as it is on the penthouse level. Less than a min walk to the entrance of the MTR. The host provides Netflix, nespresso, tea and toiletries. Very spacious rooms and nice beds. The eateries downstairs is very popular with the locals. Very near to a few famous restaurants like Kam's roast. The host also responded very fast to our inquiries. This is one of the best Airbnb we stayed. Highly recommended.

Расположение квартиры очень удобно, центр, вход в метро напротив дома, вокруг есть и магазины, и кафе. Квартира небольшая, но мы разместились с двумя детьми. Важно, что действительно чисто, хорошие кровати, белье и полотенца, а также разные приятные мелочи вплоть до зубных щёток .   Comments: Excellent location for us 2 work colleagues who were attending a trade show at the Convention Centre. The apartment had 2 small bedrooms with single beds, and was well fitted out with everything we needed. It was very clean and easy to access, check in etc. The highlight was the balcony, where we could relax and have a beer at the end of each long day. I def recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

  Comments: This is a beautifuly-decorated, cosy and comfortable apartment that is close to the MTR and useful shops and ATMs/banks. The Nespresso machine and pods and tap filter are brilliant additions, as well as the free toiletries. Ideal for two single people/friends travelling. It might have been a bit of a squeeze to use the third bed. Fantastic to have a private roof with seating area - we loved hanging out there! Highly recommended!

  Comments: It's location is great because there is a 7-11 located just opposite of where you stay. You have the MTR right across the street. The owner was quick in replying so I thought the communication was good. It's a good place where you can spend your time with your friends at the rooftop. It would be great if there is more lightings provided at the rooftop. And it may not be suitable for couples as there are only single beds. Overall, my friends and I are satisfied and pleased to have came across this apartment. Would definitely consider when going back to Hong Kong.

  Comments: Great for singles and small families. Not so for groups with elderly as need to walk up stairs to the apartment. Although the rooftop area and pipes outside looked old and building had a massage parlour on one floor, the rooftop apartment was bright, cosy and cheery. Aircon was good to keep cool on hot day and bed was comfortable. Instructions and responses were clear. Very near to MTR exit and 7-11. Lots of food options around, including Cafe De Coral nearby, and a stall selling egg waffles and curry fish balls just downstairs. Well-kept place!

  Comments: Really good and great value for money accommodation. Helpful and spot on host. Superb location for us next to Convention Centre in HK (were there for conference). Good Aircon, from the outside looks a bit dated (as everything in HK) but really nice inside. clean, spacious (to HK standards), good electricity, reasonable wifi speeds, Nespresso machine and capsules. LOVED ID, would return and recommend.

  Comments: Unique little apartment on a Wanchai rooftop. Very central. On a sunny day, it's like having your own private beach. Bathroom has two windows, really nice light. Only issues were small mattresses (one"twin" in each time room), and unusable WIFI - really a problem if you have to do work while traveling.

The building is next to an elevated walkway leading directly to the nearby conference center, so it was the PERFECT for attending events there. Wan Chai local area is great. Awesome food, just a 20 minute walk to the waterfront. Really quick and helpful communication with Jessica. Highly recommend staying here!

  Comments: Leuk klein appartementje op de top van de wereld. Kleinhuisje boven op flatgebouw. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ijskast, nespresso apparaat (zelfs met wat koffie) een waterkoker en voor de liefhebbers tv met netflix. Makkelijk vlakbij de metro. In een lekker bruisend buurtje. Inderdaad met wat nachtclubs maar daar heb je verder geen last van en het voelt ook als een veilige buurt). Je bent overal zo met de metro. In de straat achter het appartement zit een iets grotere supermarkt met meer verse producten dan de 7eleven.

Wir kam im Dunkeln an, folgten der Wegbeschreibung, fuhren auf das Dach und waren erstmal ein klein wenig ratlos, ob man da tatsächlich irgendwo wohnen kann..und sahen dann das kleine Häuschen. Sehr privat, und mit der Dachterrasse großzügig und weitläufig im sonst so engen Hong Kong. Die Wohnung selbst ist so wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist top. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

  Comments: Location is everything about this unit. Right off wanchai mtr, perfect for business travellers, especially those going to HKCEC. Great value for its size and location. Its hongkong, so its pretty roomy for hongkong apartment size. Host is also very responsive which was super helpful.

  Comments: 1. This place does NOT have an elevator. The elevator goes ALMOST to the floor it's on, but not quite. So if you have mobility issues or don't want to haul your luggage up a few flights of stairs, you're out of luck. 2. The Wifi NEVER works. So better bring your own - even though it says there's Wifi here, there isn't. Doesn't matter how many times Jessica comes over to "fix" it. Guaranteed less than 12 hours before check-in you'll get a note saying "oh the Wifi isn't working, but it should be fixed today!" That's bull. The Wifi never works. 3. The bedrooms are NOT bedrooms - they have NO closets and NO doors. 4. The bathroom spray attachment is held together with a bent, rusty wire hanger. 5. The tap water smells like sewage. 6. Location: Right in the middle of streetwalker alley. If you are either a) a prostitute, or b) looking to pick one up for cheap, this is the place for you. You're a disgusting sex tourist, but hey - have at it. If you DON'T want to stay in someone else's for-pay wet spot, though, avoid this place like the plague. 7. The code for the front entry DOESN'T WORK, so you better hope that the front door is left wide open (yay, security!) or the weird troll that minds the hallway is there to buzz you in.

  Comments: It's a very nice little apartment located a few steps away from Wan Cai MTR. It's well maintained, clean and cozy. Beds are single size, but very comfortable. Shower is good and kitchen has all the necessary tools. WiFi worked fine, but sometimes it got slower (maybe too many people were sharing a same bandwidth?). It's perfect for two people or small family. Three of us managed to stay comfortably though. Very good value.

The location is great, it is right in the middle of Wan Chai with easy access to everything you'd want to do, along with the MTR station. Be warned that the area directly to the right of the place is filled with Gentlemen's clubs and if you are a Western man, you will get harrased to join from every establishment you pass. But the location is pretty ideal. The place is very small, but it really has everything you need. It can't fit much more than two people though. But it was clean and easy to check in and out of. Would definitely recommend!

  Comments: 房子的地点就位于湾仔地铁站出口的对面,公共交通非常方便｡周围的基础设施,例如便利店,饭店应有尽有｡值得一提的是所处的是酒吧一条街,不过即便晚上也不会吵,所以喜欢酒吧就很方便不喜欢也OK｡ 设施也是配备得很齐全,基础的洗浴和餐厨用品都会有｡而且房间也特别干净｡ 最后一定要说,房主人超好,真的超好!什么问题都会很快回复很快解决｡她还有一个新装修的在同一栋楼里,也很干净而且更宽敞,如果订不到这间建议入住那间的｡

  Comments: Ideal for 2 adults, third can use the slide-out mattress. Located in busy business area, but hardly hear anything at the top floor. AC's work in all rooms, super clean home with super clean sheets/towels, slightly small rooms/ kitchen / shower, nice big balcony to stretch leg and do yoga. Refrigerator and toaster present, microwave would have been a welcome good to have. Host is super fast to respond and helpful. Easy access to pub and restaurant, metro train and taxi at your door (50 Meters and just outside the apartment). Area is safe even late into the night, did not see any issues. Central area to get bus, metro, cab or tram to reach destinations. You have to get drinking water from outside. 7 eleven is 100 feet away. Overall, liked the stay, no complains.

  Comments: Very nice airbnb with a really cool and big roof terrace (good for photos). The bathroom could be a little bit cleaner, but that was no problem at all. The water pump in the kitchen is a little bit loud. One of the three air conditioners was broken, but jessica took care of it immediately. Very good location. There are so much shops and restaurants around. MTR is across the street. Jessica responded very fast and helped as where she could.

  Comments: We were very disappointed with this accommodation. We are Airbnb owners. The few most important things are location, cleanliness and comfort. The accommodation did not offer any of these. Questionable elevator, have to haul luggage up one storey and over pipes; unfinished, poorly plastered walls, ceiling coming apart in bathroom, poor smell from foil oil scent sticks; owner should invest in their real estate and carry out basic repairs to make this tin rooftop shack minimally acceptable. Because of the so-called central area (which is a prostitution and drinking district), it appears that they can fetch high amounts for seedy accommodation.

  Comments: Overall great value and can't beat the location. The place is definitely small and the beds are twins. Also, note the bedrooms have curtains for doors to save space so it doesn't get completely dark in the bedrooms. We had two adults and a baby and the space was just big enough for us. Wouldn't recommend more people unless you are not going to spend much time there.
