Neighborhood Overview:

Notes: Our house shares a footprint with another house directly below it. A nice, quiet gentleman lives downstairs and shares the front gate so you may see him coming and going. He is exceedingly nice and so quiet you'll probably never know he's around! We have some pets: Cats and chickens. The cats are outside and will sometimes slip in the door when opened (which is ok with us) but feel free to insist that they stay outside. The chickens are urban yard chickens and stay in the backyard. They lay fresh eggs daily which you are free to enjoy!

Interaction: I'll be on-island to help with whatever you need. Occasionally I do leave the island but will let you know if I do.
