  Comments: Minha estada em Rio de Janeiro foi ótima!!! O apartamento do Alexandre é excelente, limpeza impecável, ar condicionado e ventilador bons, internet rápida, banheiro e chuveiro ótimos, cozinha muito bem equipada, localização perfeita, com metro e ponto de ônibus perto entre outras qualidades. Não deixando de esquecer, é claro, a recepção do Alexandre, que é uma pessoa super atencioso e educado. Valeu, voltarei mais vezes...

  Comments: Our host Alexandre was exceptionally helpful and a very nice man. When we had difficulty finding a laundrette he offered to wash our clothes which was extremely generous. The apartment was bright, clean and comfortable and in a great part of Rio. The apartment was very well priced especially as we were staying during the World Cup. I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and Alexandre.

  Comments: Alexandre was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived, and was very helpful and had all the information we needed about Rio. The apartment was very clean and very nice remodeled, and he had some refreshments ready for us. The location at 1st doesn't look great, since it's not close to the beaches; but it turns out that all the night life of Lapa is 3 blocks away; so if you like to enjoy the bars and live samba music, it's greatly located. The only deceiving part is that the apartment is located in an old building and street; this being said, it's secure and once you are in the apartment, you forget all about it and you think you are in a really nice building.

  Comments: My husband and I stayed at Alexandre's apartment for 4nights during the worldcup period 2014. It is clean and centrally located(close to bus station, supermarket, bars and restaurants; walking distance to metro) in a safe neighborhood. Neighbors are nice and there's a security guard in the building. We had safety concerns before our trip but we totally feel like home after the 1st day. Alexandre is a trustworthy and very friendly host. We enjoyed the quarterfinal match and found no difficulties to travel around w/ metro and taxi during our stay. Alexandre, thank you so much and we look forward to meet you in San Francisco. :) Hugs and kisses.

  Comments: The accommodation was good, functional, perfect to experience the real Lapa, which is to my opinion one of the best neighborhoods in Rio. Nearby the accommodation you have lots of bus stops, so you can reach potentially any place in Rio from there. No words can explain how Alexandre makes you feel welcomed. He is a great host and you can always rely on him. I would give more than 5 if was possible.

  Comments: It was amazing time in amazing place! When we arranging our trip we looking for place near the Sambodrom (cause it was main target of our trip) so we fortunatelly choose this appartment. But it was more than we (Website hidden by Airbnb) day street, where this appartment is become to market with fresh fruits, another day there was a lot of bars, next day we can dance with a lot of people right here under the (Website hidden by Airbnb) was awesome amd maybe like fairy (Website hidden by Airbnb) lost but not least I want to say...if you looking for fun and arrange your trip by yourself, this appartment is best choice) You can walk by foot around Lapa and it is 10 minutes far from Sambodrom, or you can go by bus to every sightseen you want directly cause here 3 bus station near the appartment. Wish you be here and falling love with Rio as we did....

  Comments: Passei 12 dias no apartamento do Alexandre e tudo correu muito bem. Estava a trabalho e a localização é ótima, tem tudo muito perto, mercados, farmácias, banco, lavanderias, pontos de ônibus, uma barraca de frutas 24 horas bem em frente e até uma feira livre aos sábados. O apartamento é bem ventilado e tem uma janela enorme que dá pra rua, e é bastante claro. Cozinha bem equipada, liquidificador, panelas, fogão, microondas, cafeteira e demais utensílios. A geladeira funciona super bem também. O prédio é antigo mas tudo funciona, com as devidas precauções não se tem problema nenhum. Sempre que necessário consegui contatar o Alexandre mas quase não nos encontramos pois nossos horários de trabalho não permitiram, de qualquer forma ele sempre se manteve disponível pra qualquer eventualidade. Voltarei com certeza.

  Comments: Nos gustó mucho la recepción de Alexandre. Fue muy atento al recogernos del aeropuerto, e incluso no tuvo problema en recogernos al día siguiente de lo que habíamos acordado, ya que perdimos el vuelo de conexión. Al llegar al departamento nos dio material que nos sirvió mucho (mapas, libros informativos, etc) y nos dio algunas recomendaciones. Tengan mucho cuidado en Rio, es una ciudad muy peligrosa, a mi me robaron mi celular en Copacabana mientras esperábamos el Año Nuevo. Gracias Alexandre por tus atenciones!!!

  Comments: Hice una reserva de última hora y Alexandre me fue a encontrar inmediatamente para la entrega de llaves, además de esto me espero mucho tiempo porque me perdí camino al departamento, Alexandre es un 7, demasiado amable y muy atento! El departamento es igual a las fotos, muy bien cuidado. Recomiendo hospedarse con Alexandre!

  Comments: Alexandre was a very friendly person. He helps you even after your stay in his appartment. I was there for 2 days in the appartment and i forgot my keys and wallet there, he even took his time to make a rendez-vous to bring me my wallet and keys that's how good he is (and how sloppy i am) xD. The appartment is a very beatiful appartment in a very beatiful artistic environment. The appartment is just like in the pictures. he even brings you welcome cookies.

  Comments: I just finished a 6-7 week stay in one of Alexandre's apartments and it was beyond what I had expected. His hospitality was second to none. The apartment was exactly as advertised and perfect for my long stay. The neighborhood is very close to everything with 2 supermarkets within 200m from the apartment. He made sure I always had everything I needed and even went above and beyond several times to make my stay truly a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone staying in Rio with 100% enthusiasm. I plan on renting from him again on my next stay in Rio de Janeiro. This is 5 stars without a doubt.

  Comments: The description of the apartment was very accurate, in fact I thought it was larger than I had expected from the photographs. Alexandre showed us around and gave us good tips for our stay. Myself and my niece felt safe in the apartment and we had no problems at all in the 2 weeks we were there For the Olympics. Although the surrounding area may look a bit dodgy at first glance , you are really experiencing living in an apartment in Rio .The security personnel in the apartment block were always present and we really enjoyed our stay. If you are a light sleeper or get annoyed with street noise then take ear plugs as Rio never stops!! We walked around the area and took buses and metro very easily to other areas . In the evening, returning from the Olympic events we left the Metro at Carioca and it was always easy to hail a yellow cab outside on Rua da Republique Chile. Wifi was good and reliable. Thanks for a great stay!

  Comments: Parabéns ao Alexandre! Foi muito prestativo. Só tive problema com o forno do fogão, que não funcionava, mas foi prontamente consertado. O apto é perto de mercado, comércio em geral, farmácia etc. Como bônus, ainda tem um uma feira sábado de manhã para comprar várias frutas e vegetais.

  Comments: Alex siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos, no solo en el recibimiento a un horario muy temprano, sino después por (Hidden by Airbnb) , consultando varias cosas. El departamento es impecable, muy equipado, y en una zona inmejorable por la cercanía al metro durante el día y los bares durante la noche. Quedamos muy contentos.

  Comments: A acomodação do Sr. Alexandre ofereceu para mim e meu filho o melhor conforto que poderíamos esperar. Ventilador, ar condicionado, funcionando perfeitamente. Tudo que se precisa quando chega da rua cansado querendo um bom banho e uma boa cama. A limpeza estava perfeita. A localização é ótima para quem escolheu o Centro do Rio para se hospedar. Para qualquer lado que saia a pé, pode-se encontrar todo o tipo de comércio, desde restaurantes, padarias, farmácias até supermercados. A Lapa está próxima numa caminhada de alguns poucos minutos. Também a linha do VLT, quando quiser descansar as pernas. E não poderia deixar de comentar na recepção na chegada pelo próprio Sr. Alexandre que nos recebeu como um bom anfitrião. Although Alexandre was not there at that time, he made sure a very nice and amiable friend of his welcomed us and was there for Check In and (very flexible!) Check Out. Thank you!! The building feels safe with its own guard and you can reach other parts of town by bus, uber or taxi.

  Comments: On a passé une semaine dans ce logement. Il est conforme aux photos. Très bien situé dans Lapa à 15 min de marche des bars, restaurants, transports (bus et metro) et de certains lieux touristiques comme les Arches et la favela Santa Teresa. Propre et dans bâtiment sécurisé avec un gardien de jour comme de nuit. Alexandre nous a très bien accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils.

  Comments: Мне очень понравилась квартира у Александра! она была очень чистый светлый, в Европейском стиле. там был кондиционер и отдельный вентилятор на потолке который тоже прекрасного охлаждал. маленькая кухня со столовой. небольшое пространство но оказалось удобным. Большой холодильник. чистая ванная, чистые полотенца. утюг зонтики. удобное расположение район Лапа. очень дружелюбный хозяин, приятное общение на английском языке. Нам всё очень понравилось! спасибо большое Александр! мы приедем к вам вновь!

  Comments: Alexandre é excelente anfitrião, nos recebeu muito bem e foi bastante atencioso durante toda a estadia, sempre disponível. O espaço é bastante acochegante e exatamente como descrito. A localização é maravilhosa, rua e proximidades com movimentação praticamente 24h e ônibus na rua ao lado, a poucos passos. Além disso é próximo da Lapa, onde tem a saída de passeios para Arraial, Búzios, Angra e Petrópolis, da para ir/voltar caminhando tranquilamente. Em suma, foi tudo perfeito. Recomendo a estadia.
