  Comments: I had a great time at Marcella's apartment. She and her husband were very helpful and courteous. The apartment is located at the edge of the beautiful Gotic district. The place is just perfect to discover Barcelona by foot. There are many stores and restaurants where you can enjoy your stay in Barcelona. The apartment was clean and accurately described. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona.

  Comments: I recomend to rent this apartment. Excellent location, everything is close - museums, theaters, port, beach, restaurants, etc. Interesting apartment design, good equipment. At night, sometimes noisy, but it costs the center of the city with a large number of tourists. Someone might like this. Overall, the impressions are good.

  Comments: This apartment is absolutely fantastic! I stayed here for a month and simply didn't want to leave. The location is perfect. It's essentially on the border of El Gotico, El Born, and Barceloneta. It's within walking distance of the beach, Las Ramblas, Placa de Catalunya, and (if you're active like me) Placa d'Espanya. The metro station is close as is a bus stop with a bus that takes you to, among other important places, Camp Nou. It's also within walking distance of literally hundreds of bars, restaurants, and bakeries. The neighborhood is safe, and, if you're a runner, you'll be able to run along the beach within a mile of leaving the front door. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. The wifi is solid. The TV also has a radio option, which is nice if you just want some background noise. The washing machine, stove, and dishwasher work without any problems. There is also an oven, but I never used it. Marcella is amazing! She worked with me on check-in which made it easy and seamless, and she was flexible with check-out. She was very responsive with any questions that I had. This apartment truly gives you the "living in Barcelona" experience. I love it so much that I wanted to stay here when I return next month, but it's already booked. So, do yourself a favor and rent this apartment while it's still available!

  Comments: A nice place on good location: within a walking distance of good restaurants, shops and the beach. Exactly as in pictures. Smooth check-in and check-out. Marcella and Fabrizio are good hosts.

  Comments: Marcella y Fabricio son unos anfitriones muy atentos y encantadores. Mi estancia en su alojamiento durante todo un mes ha sido inmejorable, he dormido de maravilla, cosa que era muy importante para mí porque vine por trabajo y el buen descanso era primordial. El apartamento es precioso, he disfrutado de vivir en él, además está decorado con mucho gusto, las vigas de madera y la piedra vista de los muros originales que conservan algunas paredes le dan mucho carácter y calidez. La localización es ideal, está a dos pasos de los barcos, el Maremagnum y no mucho más lejos con un paseín se llega a la playa. Por otro lado las callecitas del gótico son encantadoras y están llenas de restaurantes y bares atractivos. Pues lo dicho, un gusto!, cien por cien recomendable. Si vuelvo a Barcelona sin duda repito!

  Comments: Una experiencia genial! El departamento es muy lindo y la ubicación es inmejorable! Lo único para mejorar un poco la comunicación que en algunas ocasiones se dificultó ponernos en contacto pero fuera de ello la estadía fue genial! Volvería a elegirlo para ir de nuevo a barcelona!

  Comments: Apartamento bien ubicado en barrio histórico con ambiente tranquilo y todos los servicios en las proximidades. Dispone de un agil transporte público a dos pasos. El piso es cómodo y elegante -igual que en la foto-, con todo lo necesario para una estancia larga. Buena relación calidad-precio. Propietarios atentos y dispuestos a colaborar con tus necesidades de viaje. Lo recomendamos sinceramente; si tuviésemos que volver, repetiríamos sin duda. Que no lo deje escapar quien piense venir a Barcelona.

  Comments: We stayed at Marcella Y Fabrizio's place as we moved to Barcelona. The place is nice, and located right the hearth of the Barrio Gotico. Every site in the centre is within walking distance, included the main beach of Barcelona (about 10 minutes). Also very close to two tube lines (5-10 mins). The place is perfect for a couple, and there is everything you need to cook (pans, plates, glasses, cutlery..), and relax (a nice teli and a sofa) Marcella Y Fabrizio are amazing host, they helped us with the courier as we were waiting from many boxes to be delivered. And they have been very responsive to any need/question during the entire stay. Good experience, we highly recommend this place

  Comments: L'appartement de Marcella et Fabrizio est super: il est propre assez spacieux, placé au centre et il est proche de tout. J'ai été agréablement surprise par la gentillesse de Fabrizio et par sa politesse. N'hésitez pas à louer chez eux et je recommande vivement l'appartement; si jamais de reviendrai à Barcelone je louerais chez eux; merci Marcella et Fabricio

  Comments: Great location. In Gotic bordering Born and Barceloneta. Central to so many areas to explore, it will take you a month! Which is how long I rented this apartment. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great. Not too much noise from the street either, and if you close the windows it's pretty much silent. Great spot.

  Comments: We stayed in the apartment for two months and it was great! The location is the best. It’s in the corner of gotic towards El Born and Barceloneta. We walked everywhere and did not need to buy a Metro card during our stay. The apartment has everything you need for living, for example kitchen supplies and washing machine. Marcella and Fabrizio have been great hosts. Mostly we had contact with Fabrizio and he is very helpful and easy to reach. Would absolutely recomend to stay here if you’re visiting this amazing city.

  Comments: This apartment is in a wonderful location! We really enjoyed being right in the Gothic neighborhood. The apartment is attractively historic looking with stone walls and ceiling. The bedroom is away from the windows so it is quiet enough to sleep, though in the historic quarters there is always noise. The hosts were very helpful and responsive when we had concerns about arriving during demonstrations, though they were not able to correct the problem with the TV while we were there. I'm sure they will replace it shortly. The apartment has great wifi - we never had a single problem. It also has great storage which was nice since we were there for a long time. I would recommend this apartment for people who don't really plan to cook - while there are plenty of dishes, the kitchen is not really well equipped for cooking. All in all we had a very nice stay and think this apartment is a good value.
