Centrally located, so close the the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Rocks and Circular Quay. Amazing restaurants at the wharf. We're already working out when to book a return trip!

  Comments: If you want a central bolt hole in Sydney it couldn't get better than this. We didn't catch a taxi all week because it is so central, yet quiet too. Upmarket accommodation which suits families. Suzanna is a great host if you need tips or advice while you are staying.

Her unit is in the Rocks which makes it incredibly convenient to restaurants, Circular Quay, the Bridge and all else that Sydney offers. The unit is newly remodeled and extremely clean. Check in and check out was a breeze.

  Comments: Location is perfect for getting around circular quay, the rocks, barangaroo and darling harbour. We walked everywhere with no problems. Only couple of negatives are the steepness of the stairs. They were pretty steep and scary for a toddler. One of the pullout sofas is in a room accessed through one of the bedrooms. Being an old building we had a few issues with having heating on and boiling kettles etc at the same time. And the welcome pack wasn't exactly as shown in pics. Communication with Suzanna was great though. And she managed to sort any problems quite promptly. Property was very clean. Would definitely recommend it to others. But maybe not for families with toddlers.

  Comments: The house was in a perfect location, super close, and walkable to everything. Suzanna was really nice and easy to work with. She gave us a lot of helpful local suggestions and let us check in really early. The house was really clean and all the bathrooms have been remodeled. It's an older home that has very steep stairs and some creaky doors but overall a great place for a large group!

  Comments: Amazing location. You can walk anywhere including a great little pub on the corner. This intriguing old terrace house has new kitchen and bathrooms and is very comfortable for a short stay. Beware a 10 am checkout.

Suzanna was also lightning fast in replying, and is very patient and helpful with all my queries. We had a very pleasant stay in the clean house. Check-in was also a breeze with the hosts contacting us to make sure we had no issues, and they were also flexible when we requested for late check-out.

  Comments: Our stay in Sydney was great, and Suzanna's place is very conveniently located, with quick access to all of the major sites, dining and transportation. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and we had no issues during our stay. As a frequent user of vacation rentals... the only additional info I feel I need pass on to others is to elaborate on some apartment details. This place is ideal for 3 couples and one single, due to the bedding arrangements. The sofa bed is not the typical foldout, it is small, hard and really not usable. Air conditioning is achieved through 2 portable units and is not installed or ducted, so it is not possible to cool the entire house, just a couple of rooms.

  Comments: The location for this property is ideal for enjoying many of Sydney's popular attractions. You can easily walk to the harbor bridge, opera house, and circular quay. The Rocks area where the unit is located has a vibrant community and lots of cute shops, cafes, and restaurants. This property would be well suited for a group of adults who are comfortable sharing space. Two of the bedrooms must access their room by walking through an adjoining bedroom. The common sitting area and the upstairs bath are quite small. The bedrooms are all a nice size as is the dining area, kitchen, and downstairs bath. Suzanna was very kind and responsive to all of our inquiries and booking was easy. We required an early check-in and it was not a problem. Check out was also very easy.

  Comments: The location can't be beaten. Close to everything. Suzanna is fabulous to deal with and very helpful. I would reiterate the point about the stairs being very steep and perhaps unsuitable for very young children or people with mobility issues. Other than that, I would highly recommend!
