  Comments: We loved the feel of this neighborhood, it didn't feel touristy, but made you feel like you are living in Hawaii. The beach was great for morning coffee and sunrises. Our hosts help us find things geared to our interests and were always responsive to our questions.

  Comments: We loved the house which was better in person than in the photos. Michele, the host, was very accommodating and helpful. The house was centrally located for exploring O'ahu. It took less than an hour to go anywhere on the island. There were several stores and restaurants within 2 to 6 miles with plenty of parking unlike being downtown Honolulu or Waikiki. We explored Honolulu, Waikiki, Hanauma Bay, the western side of the island, the north shore, the eastern side, Pearl Harbor, and other parts of the island and was able to return to the house and relax. It was a great trip.

  Comments: We enjoyed staying at Michele's place at Ewa Beach. We had spent time in Honolulu and were looking for something a little quieter on the west side of Oahu. Michele's place fit the bill. It was in a quiet neighborhood with very convenient beach access. There was safe off street parking for two cars. Michele was very thoughtful in providing a well equipped kitchen and welcoming drinks and snacks as well as soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, food wrap, etc to get you started before going to the store. The beds were very comfortable. Michele also supplied coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkels, boogie boards, and beach shoes to protect your feet from the coral. We couldn't have asked for a better set up. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

  Comments: Right from the start Michele makes you feel like your a part of her family. The house is in a neighborhood that is quiet & friendly. The beach is also quiet. We went out every morning to enjoy the waves, water (although you need to be mindful or the coral) and general peacefulness of the ocean. Very, very relaxing. The house has everything you need to enjoy yourself its just like home. The only thing that I can even think would be negative would be the rooster that lives on the street really can't be used as an alarm clock for the sunrise (think he sleeps in on weekends LOL). It is away from the hustle & bustle of the city but it is so nice to start & end your day as if your in your own home.

  Comments: Location was great for seeing the whole island. Location is an older residential neighborhood. It is close to the beach but be very careful about the coral if you want to get in at the beach close to where the walkway to the beach ends. Michele mentioned that swimming was better further down the beach toward the public park. We were very busy going other places so did not have time to try that. Michele had a book with ideas of what to do while we were there. We tried out 3 of the eating ideas she recommended and they were great. (Eating at the close by country club was a hidden gem.) Also, she suggested some specific places to be sure to see for various part of the island. We followed a lot of her recommendations and she was available for our questions.

  Comments: Michele was great! She made us feel welcome and the check in and check out process was easy. Her unit was clean and updated. One of the nicer places on the street. She provided everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to bathroom supplies and even beach and snorkeling gear. The location was great too. Literally a two minute walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We even met a few of the neighbors who were very nice people.

  Comments: This is a cozy little two bed two bath unit. It's newly renovated, clean and comfortable. We were out and about most of the day, but our evenings were quiet and peaceful there. The hostess, Michelle, is very friendly, hospitable and welcomed us upon arrival.

  Comments: The first day of our Hawaii vacation was saved by our Airbnb hosts. Our arrival was delayed nine hours (Delta, and they charged us $500 on top. And lost our golf clubs). The rental car agency was closed. We arrived, finally, well into the night, to our Ewa Beach vacation home to find hosts patiently waiting, fresh baked cookies, fresh cut fruit, and lots of smiles. Thank you so much! Easy recommend.

  Comments: This place was in a great location. Easy access to freeways, Pearl Harbor and the beach. The home was immaculate and fully stocked with beach stuff (towels, snorkeling gear, coolers and chairs etc). The beds were comfy and bathrooms roomy. AC units were silent and worked really well. Michele met us for check in and offered tips on places to eat and was really welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Mahalo!!!

  Comments: If you’re thinking about booking this place —DO IT! It was the perfect home base for our week long Oahu getaway. Michelle was out of town when we arrived but Amy met us at the house to give us the lowdown when we first arrived. She was very informative and made check in easy. We were in awe at the beauty of the house that the pictures absolutely don’t do justice. The short walk to the beach was an added bonus. Inside the house was everything we could think of. Snorkel gear, towels, sarongs, we were in a wedding while we were there and the steam cleaner was our saving grace and came in such handy!! We never would have thought there would be one on hand. They definitely thought of it all when it came to this house. The beds were the most comfy thing you can imagine. At night we would rush home to jump in bed. We stayed at Aulani one night because that’s where the wedding we were in was and we all collectively agreed we preferred the beds at our beach home over the ones at Aulani. Location is perfect. 20 mins to Aulani, 30 mins from Honolulu, and not far from just about anything else you’d like. We will never forget our time we spent in Ewa Beach and can’t wait to come back and stay there again!

Updated accommodations, well stocked kitchen, only 1 block off Ewa Beach with easy access to shopping and sightseeing attractions. We would highly recommend this Airbnb rental.

  Comments: We spent 5 days in Michele's place and enjoyed the stay very much! Michele is super nice and welcoming; she prepared an easy instruction about self check-in, a good pack of Hawaiian snacks and drinks and coffee <3 She is quick in response and helpful providing local information for tours and daily runs (yes! running as a local is fun). The place is clean and has everything -- living room, TV, kitchen, washer/dryer. They provide gears for beach activities too. The location is off Waikiki and requires some driving from and to the Honolulu airport, especially when there's traffic (40-50 in rush hours unfortunately). However the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The Ewa Beach is < 50 feet away and you can enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and the Honolulu skyline, a luxury gift! I'd definitely recommend the place for people who love tranquility; I'd come back to stay for next trips too.

  Comments: We loved Michele’s place! It was the perfect location and space for a couple relaxing days after a crazy, active vacation. Local neighborhood, out of the hub-bub of Waikiki, yet close enough if you want a dose of the city. Super close and easy access to the beach. The house was very clean, organized and had all you may need as far as beach supplies, shampoo, soap and such. Michele was a joy to work with - friendly, quick to respond and accommodating to our needs when she could. Thank you, Michele, for a wonderful place.

  Comments: We love Ewa Beach! Our 3rd stay here (first at this house though) and it never disappoints. The beach is only a quick 1 minute walk through a public path, where we watched the sun rise every morning with our coffee, and sun set every evening. We only saw a couple of people on the beach each time (mostly for the sun rises) so it's a pleasant contrast to the busy beaches elsewhere. We only had to walk a little ways down the beach to find a sandy entrance to the water (a lot of that area close to the path has coral) where we spent a lot of time snorkeling & exploring. The house is very equipped, with all the dishes & appliances you need, and we even had homemade banana nut bread & fresh fruit waiting for us when we arrived. The beds were extremely comfortable, and even our party of 5 stayed comfortably in there. The ottoman pulls out into a bed, which our friend slept comfortably on the entire week. Also, there are a couple snorkels, boogie boards, grass mats, coolers, chairs, etc. Seriously, you really have everything you need. Overall a great stay & we wouldn't hesitate to book this place again. Michele was an extremely friendly host & has an amazingly stocked house for all your needs! Thank you again!

  Comments: Michelle's rental is a great 2 bedroom home. The beds are comfortable with roomy attached bathrooms. While the location is several miles west of Pearl Harbor and Honolulu, access to everything is easy. The location is quite and has easy access to the beach.

Walking distance - it literally took us a minute to get there. For our second time in Oahu - my boyfriend, friends and I had a blast!   Comments: Michele was an amazing hostess. Even though we had a late evening arrival, she was available to meet us at the vacation home. She made sure we settled in the beach house and gave us a little tour of the place. Not one detail was overlooked. The beach house had beach towels, beach chairs, water shoes, snorkels, fins, (Hidden by Airbnb) s, lots of tour guides to choose from, and even umbrellas in case it rained. We particularly enjoyed the darling porch with cushioned rocking chairs for winding down in the warm evening air. The beds were super comfortable and each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom with mini split air conditioning which kept the house nice & cool while we were there. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Michele’s beach house and would stay again. Thank you Michele!

  Comments: This accommodation was perfect for our family of four, especially with two bathrooms, and the well-stocked kitchen was a real bonus! The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend a rental car, and we were provided with great off-street parking for it. Michele is a great communicator and we were very happy with how quickly she responded and attended to anything we needed. We also appreciated the book of tips - places to go, places to eat etc which were really helpful as it was our first time in Hawaii :)

  Comments: From reading the reviews and seeing the pictures I was already expecting a lot. However, our stay was even better than expected. Michele was very quick to answer any questions we had. The place was in a great location in Ewa Beach, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone considering it.

  Comments: We had an incredible stay!! From the moment we arrived our expectations were exceeded! The bread Michele baked for us was delicious and we felt so welcome in her home! We settled in very quickly as the house is in a quiet residential street. The beds were so incredible comfortable....I don't think I've ever slept that well outside of my own home! The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge had tons of space. The bedrooms had A/C which was one of the most needed amenities coming from the mainland! ;) The on-site residents were quiet and kept to themselves, but when we did meet, were super friendly! The beach access is very close and convenient and all the beach toys/chairs were available to use. I loved especially the little things in the home that made our stay extra special and easy like the coolers for food, beach towels, DVDs, loads of extra bath towels, and a little note on the chalk board welcoming us! We have no negative things to say about Michele's place and would love to come stay again one day! Mahalo!

  Comments: Our group of 3 absolutely loved our stay at Michele's. The place is so clean, has great amenities and a huge bonus the bed was so comfortable (I slept on the queen). Michele has EVERYTHING you need for a beach day, we even tried her boogie boards. The location was great for us, about a 30-40 min drive to our favorite beach Kailua Beach Park. Eva beach across the street had some of the best sunsets/ moon rises I've ever experienced. 100% would stay here again.

We even found things that we didn’t expect.and, when I asked about a blender, she made one available. Super clean. Super comfy. AC in both bedrooms and it coed the home.   Comments: We loved staying in Ewa Beach, away from the bustle of Honolulu and Waikiki and just walking distance from the beautiful shoreline. We are so grateful for Michele’s greeting and having every amenity available - coffee, creamer, tons of kitchen extras and even water shoes for the rocky bits of the beach. There are boogie boards and a few puzzles which thrilled our boys age 2 & 4. We had an amazing time! The beds were super comfortable - better than any other place we’ve stayed!

  Comments: Michele is a great host, she met us at the property and was very helpful with local information on places to eat and things to do/see. The home had a lot of little extra touches for guests. We made use of the drying rack and even borrowed a pair of water shoes for a stroll on the beach. There were snacks/treats in the kitchen as well as great coffee/tea set up, some condiments, etc. When my nail polish got chipped I took a look for polish remover and was surprised to find it available. There were plenty of towels/washcloths for the bathrooms and having a washing machine/dryer was very helpful to us. Michele was very personable and eager to make our stay comfortable. She is a very gracious host and the home is lovely, spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood homes are not all consistently maintained and some are a bit run down and need some TLC, but we felt safe and comfortable here and would recommend this place to anyone.

  Comments: Right from the get go Michele was an amazing host, we got in very late and she was very helpful with the check-in anyway. She even left us some fresh banana bread for us to have at our arrival! The beach across the road was awesome to have and all the extras to be used were great. The only down side was the neighbor’s dog who likes to bark through the night. It is nothing Michele can control and it wasn’t every single night, but for a light sleeper like me it was a bit annoying. But on that note everything else was over and beyond what anyone could ask.

  Comments: We wanted a place away from the tourist areas and this definitely fit the bill—not an ABC store for miles. Michele’s home offered the right amount of comfort and amenities. Super clean. Loved the lanai for morning coffee and pau hana drinks. It’s just a 30-yard jog to the beach. Note that her home is in a humble working-class community. On the street you will pass the random appliance on the side of the road and hear a barking dog or a motorcycle or two. But it’s very quiet and chill, you get the real deal Hawai’i. Thanks Michele!

  Comments: I booked Michele's place for my parents & another couple traveling with them. It would be my parents first Airbnb experience so I wanted to make sure it was a great one. From the first time I messaged Michele all the way until check in when she greeted them with kindness (and banana bread), I knew my parents would be taken care of. They said the house was filled with everything they needed. The street felt safe and they talked to a lot of the "locals" that lived there. The walkway to the beach was just a house or so over which they thought was nice. Overall it was a great experience for my parents & their friends and I was happy that I chose Michele's place to send them to!

  Comments: What a clean and comfortable home base. I've never stayed in a rental that had so many things available for your use. If you have it at your house, chances are it's here. Close to everything, you won't be disappointed here. Great for two couples. Each has a great ensuite, with comfy space to share.

  Comments: 10/10 will stay again! This is the perfect beach house. Walking distance to a locally owned corner store that serves hot homemade food fresh daily and a 3min drive to a locals beach. Michele is a great host! She's prompt to communicate, and keeps her home perfectly stocked for guests! There are 10+ beach towels, snorkeling gear, chairs, body board, sunscreen, you name it, already at the home. Can't wait until my next trip
