Comments: We are so thankful that Oleksandr was able to book us at short notice at such a reasonable rate. Our son was in the hospital there, and we needed a quick local place to stay so we could wait out his diagnosis and bring him home. The condo is close to many restaurants and the beach. We appreciated how central it was to where we had to be.

Reviewer: Emmanuel
Comments: Just what I needed: close to conference centre, calm. Precise indications for self checking.
-
Reviewer: Jason
Comments: Pretty great location right on Ala Moana Blvd. Short walk to the beach, or to the malls.
-
Reviewer: Greg
Comments: Oleksandr's place was exactly as it was represented. In a perfect location for navigating around town and near many different parking options if you have a car or very walkable if you don't. The place was very secure and no issues with any of the neighbors as was a very quiet area. would very much consider this location again when i return next time!

Comments: Cet appartement est très propre, bien localisé pour être au calme tout en étant proche de Waikiki et des commerces. Studio idéal pour récuperer des longues journées, literie très bonne.

Reviewer: Tia
Comments: Location was great- close to the beach, 15 min walk to downtown where the shops and restaurants are. The place isn't luxurious, but it is great bang for your buck. Fridge, huge TV, and aircon were the big perks for us. Check in/out was seamless. You can't park in the building from 7AM-4PM, so we ended up parking at the coffee house next door, which charges $27 for 24 hour parking. All in all, we had a great time!

Reviewer: Lin
Comments: The place is good and close to Waikiki beach. The only thing is the kitchen is small and without stoves. Other parts are pretty good.
-
Reviewer: Rameen
Comments: Great value! Good location, would definitely recommend. Oleksandr was very nice and responsive over messages.

Comments: Cozy, tidy place. Great if you're out all day and just need a relaxing place to spend the night. Olek kept in communication, even though he wasn't physically there. All of us had a great time in Honolulu. Mahalo, Olek!

Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Oleksandr's apartment. It was close to a bunch of places to eat and about a 5-10min walk to the beach. The big TV was nice and it was also great to have a fridge for food. Ala Mona Shopping Center and Royal Hawaiian Center are both within walking distance. My biggest complaint was that there is only one key and elevator fob; meaning that whenever my partner had to go to work I had to get up to let him out, and make sure I was available when he needed to get back in. You can't even go down the elevator without it. Also due to circumstances outside Oleksandr's control the sink was clogged when we arrived. We had two different people come and look at it over a two day period. It was inconvenient because we wanted to be in the room while someone was there. While out to eat one evening the plumber did show up without our knowledge, which we had hoped to have some notice before anyone came.

Comments: Great owner great room condition great location Oleksandr was always quick responser. It was really helpful. The place was clean and cozy. The public parking right beside the place was $18 for 24hours. It takes 15min by walk to the beach.

Comments: Oleksandr was a gracious and attentive host. His condo was cozy, clean and well appointed. He was kind enough to accommodate me with a last minute booking. The location is excellent and the place met all my expectations.

Comments: Very good location, appartment tiny and a bit noisy but ok for few days . Not really possible to cook cause no kitchen just a microwave but it was ok for breakfast.
-
Reviewer: Kimberley
Comments: Oleksandr communicated the location, checkin and checkout very well. The unit was exactly as pictured. It was perfect for conference attendance at HCC. The room was clean, the unit stayed cool during the day, and was a convenient location. The only thing that might improve it is if there were two keys (instead of 1). However, it really wasn't a big deal to share a key amongst our group. It was the perfect apartment for our trip's needs. :) Thank you Oleksandr.

Comments: We are locals here in Hawai'i and enjoy staycationing. This apartment was just right for us mostly because of the PRICE! You will not find a deal like this anywhere on Oahu. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Very accurate. Great location. Anywhere in Waikiki is going to be impossible to find cheap parking. You can park in the building over night for $20 but have to be out by 7 am, or you can park in the coffee house parking garage and that's $15 over night. But honestly this place was a really good deal so I didn't mind paying the parking fees. AC, TV, WIFI, shower, lanai, check in, check out, SO GREAT, SO EASY and SO simple and the second I booked, Oleksandr communicated on everything we needed to know. I have stayed at probably five places on Oahu with Airbnb and this is the first time every instruction and detail was 100% right and everything went smooth. We had zero problems. For those of you visiting our island, don't spend big bucks on a super fancy tropical ocean front hotel room. You're coming here to explore Hawaii not look at the water from your window. Just get somewhere to sleep and spend your days enjoying our island. Trust me, you will save HUGE! The food is already expensive enough, you don't need to pay $300+ a night to sleep somewhere in the exact same area as this perfect little inexpensive condo. Mahalo nui loa Oleksandr for allowing us to stay in your condo! Aloha!

Comments: Great place for the price, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. I stayed with 3 people and could tell you its a bit cramped but we didn't go to Hawaii to stay indoors. The main issue here is the parking set up, you are basically on your own and will have to pay overnight parking.

Comments: You will be pleasantly surprised; the location is close to everything. Restaurants, bars and the beach. If you have a car, park in the back 24 hour parking for 18 dollars it's across from the ABC store, drive up into the parking lot, it's the best price around; they close the gate at 11 pm and open at 6 am. The stairs take you out to the apparentment building area.

Comments: Max's apartment is in a great location right in the heart of Waikiki. It's clean and comfortable and very quite (being on the 9th floor) away from busy roads. Max was super helpful and always contactable in the lead up to and during my stay. Thanks Max!

Reviewer: Kiana
Comments: The place is in a good location close to restaurants, bars, and walking distance to the beach. I needed a place to stay last minute and Max's place was available and the value seemed worth it. Check in and check out was extremely easy. There wasn't any soap provided so make sure you bring your own. At night, I went to the restroom to find a roach in the shower and two in the bathroom sink. For that reason, I would not recommend staying here, which is surprising based on the reviews.

Comments: Room was as expected. We had a rental car and parked in the building for $20/night. You could park from 4 pm to 7 am.

Comments: The location is very well situated near a nice beach for swimming and newr Hilton hotel (place for conferences).

Comments: Max's apartment, while very basic, is comfortable, well-located, and quiet. The beds are clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, and a full-sized fridge. Basics such as bath towels and bed linens, but be aware that you must bring your own tissues, shampoo/body soap, coat/clothes hangers, and beach towels. The air-con is very helpful, especially in summer! The building has excellent washing machines and dryers, but make sure you have your own laundry liquid (not powder!) and a credit card to swipe in order to use them. The apartment is an easy 10-minute walk from the lagoon, and an easy 20-25 minute walk to Waikiki Beach. It's also close to many bus stops that take you further afield to places such as Diamondhead, Ala Moana Mall, downtown Honolulu, etc. Max provides clear instructions so check-in procedures are very easy, but only one key and elevator card is provided, which can sometimes be inconvenient if you and your travel buddy leave and enter the apartment at different times (but not a problem if you're going to stick together). The wifi is strong, and Max is quick to reply to messages. All in all, a great apartment if you want to enjoy a comfortable holiday in Honolulu!

Reviewer: Evgeny
Comments: The apartment has a nice location and the windows overlook the inner yard, so it's very calm at night. And in general it's very close to the beaches, but it's around 20mins by foot away from the more vivid area with bars and restaurants. The size of the room is really small and there is no wardrobe for clothes, only a couple of shelves. It's fine for a budget staying, but the main issue was that, although the apartment has two beds for two people, there is only one key available! And you cannot even enter the building without the key. For us it created significant difficulties, because we didn't have mobile internet, so we couldn't split even for, literally, a minute.

Comments: Hospitality level is POOR! Place has roaches, broken doors, the balcony door locks you out, the front door doesn't close unless you slam it shut. Place is a dump.

Comments: This place is great for a couple people. It is small but clean and had free internet. We were able to park in the garage below the condo for$20 a night. You have to have the car moved by 7am though.

Comments: Great location. Decent price. Max made it very easy for us. But the room needs a little pest (Website hidden by Airbnb) were found multiple times during our stay. I think it’s cause the building is just old but hopefully that issue can be fixed. Other than that the ac works great and the tv was huge!

Comments: Great location is all the room has. It is heart of waikiki. A lot of restaurants, coffee shops 7/24 hours open.. But there is a parking problem in waikiki. It is really hard to find a parking place for free. Ok,there is public parking but it's too expensive. If you have a car,it means; you are going to spend a lot of money. Towels, sheets, pillows and bedclothes smell like dirty. Too much noise like somebody listening music after midnight. We wake up beacuse of this for a couple time. Max is ok but about replying our massages like he doesnt want to write a massage... This room is ok for good location but you shouldnt have any other expectations..

Comments: This place is exactly as advertised. It’s a small little apartment with the basic amenities and is located in a relatively prime location. It is within walking distance to all of the main attractions and shops in Waikiki. If you’re looking for basic but comfortable this place to stay this is what it offers. Parking around here is difficult unless you’re willing to pay $20 for overnight parking in the parking garage underneath. Max is Prompt and easy to communicate with.

Comments: This place is very well located and you can get parking very nearby at the Canterbury Place Apartments parking garage on Ena Rd. After 5pm is only $10 to 7am and $18 for 24 hours. I don't think you can find a better deal. It's a short walk to everything (food, beach, shopping, etc). The apartment is on the 9th floor with a decent view of some other buildings and a chill patio where you can see some of the mountains in the distance. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us and were able to quickly feel right at home. If you're looking for a place to store your stuff and relax/sleep, then this is perfect. If you expect luxury or would consider yourself picky, then you probably won't like the place. For the price, it was an INCREDIBLE value compared to everything else that was available during our trip. I saved easily $600 over a week by staying here, and we LOVED it. Thanks Max!

Comments: Great, little place that is about a 20 minute walk from the mall and other popular attractions. Max was very easy to contact and made his instructions very easy to follow. Just be aware that there is not on site parking, only street or in the public parking around the corner. Either way, would totally come back and stay at Max's place again!

Comments: Pros: Location, quick walk to Hilton Hawaiian Village and dining nearby; very easy check-in/out Cons: A little bit older building and unit/furnishings; at times cramped for 3 adults Bottom line: economy option that works great for what you need, just don’t have unreasonable expectations

Comments: Had a great stay! Needed to check in late, but instructions were easy to follow and had no problems getting in. Room was comfortable with a nice lanai to sit outside. You will need to remember to bring some amenities on your own like shampoo, but this is to be expected because it is not a hotel. Location was convenient to get around Waikiki and surrounding areas.

Comments: This place is exactly like the description. It was prefect for 2 of us staying for a quick weekend trip.
-
Reviewer: Caitlin
Comments: The place was livable but not comfortable. Max left towels and some snorkeling gear which is very thoughtful. The beds are comfortably and he has a power strip on the nightstand so you have easy access to charging. The whole floor had an extremely bad odor like cigarettes and pee, it was not pleasant walking too and from the elevator. The bathroom had an odor that constantly smelled like someone had pooped. The sliding glass door to the balcony is broken. Overall it was a fine place to sleep at but we tried to spend as little time as possible in the actual room
-

Comments: This was a great place to stay. Within walking distance of the beach and all it’s amenities. Starbucks less than a block away. I would not rent a car if you stay here. There is no onsite parking. Honolulu is very expensive for parking. There are shuttles and buses that can take you anywhere.

Comments: Small room in a great location. Affordable, but not particularly clean. The place felt very grungy (we didn’t even want to use their linen, so we went to Walmart and bought new for $13.00). There were garbage bags filled with garbage under my bed, which was, needless to say, disgusting. I told the host about it... The building security personal were particularly rude. Building is older. Halls, not our room though, smelled like pot. Host was very accommodating and communicative. We did enjoy our stay.

Comments: The place is awesome because of this location and value. Because of that I saved a lot of time and money. From the place I could walk just a few steps to Hilton Waikiki village, which is full of bars, restaurants, shops and to the beach. There are a lot of activities on the beach, surfing, volleyball, and even a small marina. The place is nice, clean, and has everything to stay there, full-size bathroom, cable TV and a small kitchen, so I made there my breakfast absolutely comfortable. Thank you guys so much! Hopefully I will back soon! Mahalo!

Comments: It's a smaller apartment, the door to the patio was a big hassle as it was broken but over all if your just looking for a place to sleep & spend little time this isn't bad. The owner was very responsive and understandable. It was expensive for what the room was but the location of it is nice as it is not to far from everything in waikiki.
