Su buena comunicación, los datos de cómo moverse por Estambul, lugares que visitar, dónde es más barato comprar o simplemente para terminar el día junto a una buena taza de té turco, se agradecen porque va más allá de Airbnb. Respecto al lugar, excelente ubicación! Barrio muy movido por el comercio y cerca de muchas atracciones; la habitación está muy bien, en excelentes condiciones, todo muy limpio y tranquilo. Más que recomendable!

  Comments: Alper is a wonderful host. I arrived early in the morning on the first day of Ramadan feast and he woke up early on his holidays to come meet me and help me get settled in to the city. The room has a private bathroom and is located very close to great attractions like Sultanahmet and the Grand Bazaar.

  Comments: Had a nice stay at alpers place. He is a great host and was warm and welcoming. The room was quiet, Well heated for the winter, and had some nice touches. It's an older building, but you can see that he is making updates to it everyday. My unit had nice new floors and an updated bathroom, but walls were a little old. Some paint chips in areas. Also no elevator, no problem for me, but might be for elderly. If you're looking for a palace, look else where. But if you need a quiet place to sleep that has clean bedding and a proper bathroom, then the value of this place is great. For the price it's a great deal. You'll be happy. Close to alot of main attractions, shopping area, and plenty of restaurants. Building has 5 units and his office. It's above a bunch of shoe stores.

  Comments: Nice place which is in very good location close to everything all museums , Hagia Sofia Palace ,Blue Mosque , Islamic Museum , Achaeological Museum , Grand Bazar ,Spice Bazar ,Tram station 2mn walk , few mnts to all varieties can of restaurants cafe shops and the price is very economic as well, the people are very helpful just ask especially Mr Alper

  Comments: We had a terrific stay at Alper's appartment. The flat is very central and located within walking distance to blue mosque and aya soohia. Alper himself was very friendly and he offered tipps and help from throughout our stay. We will definetly comw back!

  Comments: excellent location, within walking distance to many of the main attractions in Istanbul: Hagia Sophia 15 min, Blue Mosque 15 min, Grand Bazaar (5 minutes), Suleyman Palace 15 min, Topkapi 25 min; a couple of minutes to the tram station that gets you to Galata Bridge (10 min). Lots of assistance from Alper, the nicest Host ever. Dark room with no view on the 3rd floor.

  Comments: You will never regret to stay at Alper Place. the room was so clean and quiet. and Alper was very very kind to us. He was sincerely helped me and my friend. With no hestitate he took our lugagges to the room and he can be 24 hours map for us, he tell all the way to the destination that we are going to go. It was my first time came to Turkey and he gave us a very good first impression of Turkish people. Very helpful. Definitely if i go back to Turkey i will stay at Alper place.   Comments: Отличное расположение. Все рядом. В номере есть все необходимое и достаточное чтобы переночевать, принять душ. Горячая вода кстати только в душе.

  Comments: Nice apartment and well located, near the Grand Bazar and just next to the tramway. We had drops of water in the bathroom the first night and Alper found a solution to change our apartment the same day.
