  Comments: 하와이에서 호텔을 포함해 5군데의 숙소에 머물렀었는데, 이곳은 호텔들보다 더 기억에 남는곳입니다. 와이키키 중심가에선 살짝 거리가 있지만 차로 10-15분이면 움직일수 있어서 렌트를 한다면 전혀 문제가 없습니다. 오히려 한적한 위치여서, 사람많은곳에서 쇼핑을 하거나 놀다 들어왔을때 정말 내 집에 온것같은 편안함이 들었습니다. 그리고 주차비가 비싼 하와이에서 주차를 할수있는 공간이 주어진게 가장 큰 장점이었습니다. 그리고 넓직한 부엌이 참 마음에 들었습니다. 여행내내 비싸게 사먹기만 하다가 이곳에선 마트에서 장을 봐다가, 간단한 음식들을 해먹을수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. (24시간 월마트와 돈키호테가 근처에 있어서 새벽에 심심하면 자주 들렸습니다. 물론 차로 이동해야하구요) 프라이빗한 우리들만의 공간, 그리고 빠른 와이파이, 저렴한 가격에 세탁기를 돌릴수있고 건조기도 있어서 물놀이를 하고와서 다음숙소로 이동할때 축축한 빨래를 가지고 갈 필요가 없어서 여러번 이용을 했습니다. 여러가지 참 좋은 기억들로 머물다 갑니다. 감사합니다.

  Comments: Overall: Kai (and Tiffany) were very helpful and detailed in their listing. Would come again if I needed a place. Kai was very helpful when little things came up (dead garage battery in remote- he texted and gave replacement right away) Pros: -clean & accurate descriptions -Super close to highway/and located within 15-45 min of all attractions of Oahu -Nice view of downtown from windows -Perfect for couples, family of 3 (2 adults/1 child), family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small children) - 4 adults is 'do-able' (like we experienced) but not recommended per listing -Communication prior & during stay was amazing. Kai was super nice and detailed in his instructions. Cons: -small/difficult parking. One can find it difficult if you have little/no experience backing into a tight space (not an issue for us but I can imagine others would) -can be a little noisy (if all windows are open) since its near highway. Can't hear anything with windows shut :) -Not much access to many cooking items (not an issue unless you plan to cook a lot) Great for small families < 4, great value for location Not recommended for those who enjoy cooking a lot. Could be a inconvenience if your backing up driving skills are poor Mahalo

There was state construction that cut the water from the house. He was very prompt and moved us to another location upon hearing this and partially refunded us. Can't say enough with the service that Kai provided. A+!

  Comments: Staying at Tiffany and Kai's worked it great for us. It was near the downtown sites we wanted to see, many walkable. Their place is cozy and modern and their communication is great. The nice A/C and new windows help keep the freeway sounds in the background so sleeping was not a problem. Early in our trip we spent five nights at the zoo end of Waikiki and then three at this location. We wish had reversed that as we got tied of the bustle, of Waikiki. We highly recommend Tiffany and Kai's when you're in Honolulu!

  Comments: Tiffany and Kai were amazing hosts. They were very responsive to us. They had very detailed check in notes as well as notes about the place which was very helpful. It was also great that Kai let us know that the cleaning was finished early so we would be able to check in early. The condo was very convenient for us especially with the included parking. It was more spacious than I assumed and worked perfectly for the 2 of us. I'd definitely recommend it and would stay again the next time we're in hawaii.

  Comments: Everything was perfect. The studio is very nice, the Kitchen has everything you need. We felt safe and with our rented car, the place was ideal to get to town or the highway. The communication with Tiffany was great and fast. Im telling you, we didn't want to leave our little Hawaiian Home. We recommand it without a Doubt. Tout était parfait. Le studio est tres beau, la cuisine à tout ce que nous avons besoin. On se sentait en sécurité et avec notre voiture louée, l'endroit est facile d'accès pour la ville ou l'autoroute. La communication avec Tiffany était rapide et efficace. Nous ne voulions plus quitter notre demeure Hawaïenne. Je vous recommande cet endroit très fortement.

  Comments: This place is small and intimate so it is perfect for a single or two people to stay. Not sure if I would recommend beyond two people. Not crazy about the parking situation as the requirement regarding how to park is stated after RSVP begins. Nevertheless, the studio is in impeccably clean and modern and has everything we needed.

  Comments: Kai and Tiffany were very responsive to any inquires we had. Their place was clean and comfortable. Great for a family of 3-4 (2 adults and 2 kids). 5-7 min drive to Waikiki. Gas station is conveniently around the corner and an exit away to a grocery store. You can slightly hear the freeway only if the AC unit was off. However, it didn't not bother my family at all. We were still able to sleep comfortably. Neighbors are quiet and nice. Highly recommend this unit especially if you want to get away from the Waikiki area. I really like that the unit is gated and also has security cameras. Will be definitely be back and stay at a larger one of their units. Mahalo!

  Comments: A very convenient place to stay, with access to stores, gas station, and the freeway. Tiffany and Kai were very kind and responsive, although we barely needed to contact them since the room was already very well equipped. Just be sure to polish up your car park backing up skills, the parking spot is a tight squeeze, but it did fit my Hyundai Santa Fe rental!

  Comments: We came to Honolulu for a wedding up at Queen Emma Summer Palace and Tiffany and Kai's place was the perfect middle point between downtown Honolulu and Pali. The room was clean, cool, functional, approximately a mile and a half walk to downtown. Tiffany and Kai were quick to respond to my messages and even helped us check in early.   Comments: The studio is a perfect launching sport to and around the island. We even took the bus to Waikiki one day. The bus stop is right near the house. Make sure that you are a (Email hidden by Airbnb) pact car is best. The stop is tight but my boyfriend was able to handle getting the car in safely. I would have had a hard time but was expecting it because of other reviews. Gated and safe community. The air conditioning is a super nice thing to come home too. Basic kitchen utensils and comfey bed. Thabks again!!

Only thing that surprised us was it’s location; being from a much smaller area, we were not used to all the traffic road noise. But the place was practically 15-20 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go in Honolulu, so it worked out for us.

  Comments: Tiffany/Kai were great hosts. I never met them but the communication was excellent. The space is exactly as seen in the photos description. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The garage space is small and recommend parking in the garage backwards so it is easier to drive back out. The location is prime, close to everything! On a side note, if you are a light sleeper its near the highway so you can hear some noise but it's not bad at all.

  Comments: The apartment was very cute! A tad too small for my 6'4" boyfriend but we made it work. There were a few hiccups but Kai was very quick to respond and remedy the situations with out burdening our trip! Plenty of room to unpack for the week and feel comfortable rather than picking our day out of suitcases. Beautiful kitchen! The garage is a pretty tight fit but nothing unmanageable. Next to the highway but you hardly hear it! And makes it easy to get to places fast. Overall, I think it was a good fit for our first AirBnB. Thank you Kai & Tiffany!

  Comments: We stayed three different Airbnb places for our 8days vacation, and this is thr best place among the three because it was the cleanest! A bit far to walk to waikiki and malls, and this could be a downside for some people if they don’t want to pay for expensive parking near waikiki. However if you plan to spend more time visiting other parts of oahu, like us, then this is the place for you.

  Comments: Kai and Tiffany let us check in a few hours early which was great so we could drop off our luggage. Location was great if you don't mind noise! It was right by a freeway, but with the windows closed you can hardly hear anything. The parking spot was the best, always knowing you have somewhere to park! It was small, but not hard to get into. The water pressure in the shower wasn't the strongest, as the shower was pretty small. Good location to things we did, only a short 30 min drive to the best hikes and beaches! The space is very clean and organized, and exactly like the photos. Kai and Tiffany responded very quickly to my texts and were very friendly. I would definitely reccomend staying here if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of Honolulu and tourists, but still close to things to do!

  Comments: Very comfortable and clean. Kai & Tiffany were outstanding hosts and they provided me with everything I needed; the coin operated washer & dryer in the garage, the high speed wi-fi connection, Netflix/Amazon Prime were fantastic. And this was a perfect base to explore the island as a tourist with a small rental car; the garage was too tight for the mid-full sized cars but it was FREE and big enough for my cute little Mini Roadster. FYI, you have to walk up the stairs and carry the luggages to your room. It’s no big deal as long as you’re not disabled. Not far from the highways, airport, downtown, Ala Moana Shopping Centre and Waikiki. I would stay here again given the opportunities. Two thumbs up!

  Comments: Very centrally located - important to have a small car to back into the parking space under townhouse (no street parking). Tiffany was very responsive and sent detailed instructions about check in, which was super helpful. I was even able to check in early. Even though this townhouse sits right above the busy highway, the traffic noise is minimal inside. I loved being able to do laundry on premises. All in all, this was a gem of a find. Only downside, there is only a fan, no air conditioning. I highly recommend this lucky find.

  Comments: Just what we needed for our vacation. Pretty close to downtown Honolulu and close to the airport. The condo was neat, comfortable, and stylish. My only side note is that when they say "compact" parking think of a smart car or moped. We had to park on the street because we couldn't get our car in the port. Pretty minor issue considering the other wonderful things about our stay. Kai and Tiffany are excellent hosts.

  Comments: Tiffany and Kai were the most responsive and caring hosts. The unit was just what we needed for our stay. The studio is just right for 2 persons. The parking works best of you use a compact/economy size vehicle. This is a nice safe location of you'd like to be out of the Waikiki area, with easy access to the freeways. The AC unit works well and is quiet, which in many other units, is not the situation. We did catch a workout run right from the door of the unit, but just know you'll be running on slightly hilly roads for a few miles before reaching the beach. Overall, yes, we'd stay there again.

  Comments: Tiffany’s place is 15 min car ride to Waikiki and only a few min to downtown Honolulu, it had air conditioning which was really crucial and a cute kitchen next to the bedroom. It’s great for 2 people a very intimate stay. Shower is a little smaller than I thought but has great hot water, there’s many amenities that are useful for a longer stay as well, we stayed for a week. My boyfriend and I felt really safe because of the gated area of which you need a code to enter and also a code for the door, also its very quite and easy to fall asleep. Tiffany is really accommodating and responds very quickly when you need something. Would recommend the place! Mahalo

  Comments: Tiffany and Kai's place was in the perfect spot to stay in Hawaii. Yes, it's next to the highway H1 but noise can easily be closed off by the windows. I like that it wasn't in a dense touristy place like Waikiki. It's also a super close drive to Manoa Falls if anyone is going there. The studio itself is very clean, comfortable, and stylish. I liked that there was kitchen that had the basic necessities if we wanted to cook. It definitely was the perfect place for two people. The only thing we were skeptical about at first was that there wasn't a garage door for the studio and sometimes the gate outside was left opened by others/neighbors. We rented a car which was why we were considered for any damages. However, it was a quiet area and the neighbors were nice. Didn't have any problems luckily. Definitely make sure you have a compact car!

  Comments: We just concluded a fantastic stay here. The condo was incredibly clean. The condo was beautifully updated with gorgeous quartz counter tops & stainless steel appliances. The full size appliances was a great bonus. I’m originally from the island & came home for a family wedding. We needed a place to stay that was close enough to town for all the wedding activities. It was a perfect place for my family of 3 (2 adults & a 6yo) to stay. It was close enough to downtown Honolulu & Waikiki AND Hawaii Kai, without being right in the city. It does overlook the freeway, but the windows are so wonderful that we hardly heard the noise. The condo was very clean & the pull out couch was perfect for our little guy. It would be a perfect place for a business traveler or a family like ours that really just needs a great place to sleep & eat an occasional meal. It does have a steep staircase, but Kai & Tiffany make every attempt to make it safe by having a gate at the top of the stairs - still some parents of real little ones may feel a bit uncomfortable with it. We had no issues at all. Also, definitely head the recommendation to rent the smallest car possible. It’s a very tight turn around & the garage is tiny. We had requested an economy size, but were give a Pathfinder. My husband is a firefighter & is quite experienced parking big rigs, but I didn’t dare try. If we ever find the need to rent another Airbnb while visiting my home town, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Le studio de Tiffany saura vous plaire. Il est très propre et sécuritaire. Le studio est situé près de l'autoroute H1. Il y a donc le bruit des voitures qui pourrait déranger certaines personnes.   Comments: This adorable little apartment was the perfect place to stay in Honolulu. It's beautiful, clean, and it has parking. The lovely Hawaiian style of the rooms set a good vibe. It is meticulously clean and looks newly built. Tiffany has considered everything: there is a coffee maker, filters, and coffee in the kitchen (which is really important after a long flight!) and other items too like an iron, wash towels, beach towels, shampoo, sun screen, that are super thoughtful. We found it helpful to close the bedroom door to keep the cool air from the mini-split upstairs. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the garage if you need them. The Ford Versa we rented from Budget was a little tight, but my husband is an expert 'backer-upper.' I usually got out of the car before he put it in the garage. Though, we didn't need to drive everywhere. Some of the great places we walked to are Foster Botanical Garden, Liliʻuokalani Botanical Garden, Honolulu Beer Works, and Aloha Brewing Company. Overall, this is a great place to stay!

The apartment itself is perfectly located in a safe neighbourhood. Driving to downtown or Waikiki will take 10-15 minutes. Clean and comfortable, the noise from the highway is not a problem if you close all the windows. Self check-in and check-out were smooth. Do rent a small car as the garage is tight. Rented Nissan Note and my wife and daughter still have to get out of the car first before entering the garage. Highly recommended if you are visiting Honolulu.

  Comments: Check-in was very easy with the host's detailed instructions, which even included the parking process for the small garage space that they provided (back-in parking required). The parking space was definitely a plus since it allowed us more freedom to drive around, rest, then go out again without having to worry about accumulating parking charges. The studio was near all the areas we wanted to explore (Downtown/Waikiki/Ala Moana were a couple of miles away) and located near the main free/highways. The interior was very clean, simple, and cozy, which fit our needs since a majority of our trip was spent out-and-about exploring Oahu. The washer and dryer was also a great amenity since we had a week-long vacation (you would just need to go to the 7-11 down the street for detergent). Overall the studio was as described, the location was great, and the parking space definitely saved us time/stress/money. I highly recommend this studio for the value it offers.

  Comments: Great place to stay! had a pleasant view of the city and most importantly it was a very safe and secured parking spot. The place is pretty central for everything you need to do in Oahu. Close to Waikiki for shopping, eating and city life. But also close to the beautiful hikes around the island. I would suggest this to anyone whose coming to the island!

  Comments: Unfortunately on the last night of our week-long stay, items were stolen from our temporarily unlocked car while parked inside the residence (not to suggest the host is at fault).The gated area is shared with others and everyone has access. Others within the complex may forget to close it. *THIS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR US* This unit did not have a garage door because the opening is already too narrow (the other units all have garage doors). The studio itself was as expected. You get a place to sleep, a TV, a kitchen, a bathroom, a couch, and a coin operated washer/dryer. Kai was super responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The location is pretty close to everything, but the area is a little sketchy (as much as any big touristy city would be). Remember to be extra vigilant and exercise caution e.g. double check your locks, etc.

  Comments: Tiffany’s place was centrally located, well maintained and had everything one needs when traveling abroad, it was a real treat to be able to return back each day to the comfort and coziness of the room. I would stay here again if the place was available. Added bonus was having Netflix and Amazon Prime available at the touch of a fingertip!

Also the equipment of the apartment convinced us, about coffee / shampoo .... In advance, we had already booked a small car, this fit very well in the garage. The packing went without problems.   Comments: Kai and Tiffany did a great job of preparing for our stay! They communicated quickly and clearly, including pictures to find the condo and parking spot. The condo was clean and well-equipped, including standard kitchen/dining supplies. Photos are accurate and recent. Bed was comfortable, and Wi-Fi worked great. Washer/dryer are coin-operated in the garage. Being a studio, it was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. Three people would be a squeeze, and I definitely agree with them it's not a good idea to have more than 3 people. Note that the location directly adjacent to the H-1 highway means there is highway noise, so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

  Comments: This is a great place if you are looking for something affordable with a convenient location. The highlight for us was the included parking space as we rented a car for our entire stay. They also had food storage containers and a lunch bag you could use which came in handy for us since we bought lunch items from Costco to cut down on daily costs during our trip. The only down sides were the shower and bed. The bed was on the soft side so I woke up with my back a little sore a few mornings. The shower head isn’t amazing and it’s hard to keep water from getting on the floor outside of the shower. Overall it was a great place to stay for the price and the parking was the cherry on top.

  Comments: This was a great place to stay! It was close enough to the beach that we felt a little separated from the overpriced things on Waikiki. Tiffany was very responsive to questions and requests, she even provided a pack & play for our toddler! It is a bit small, so I couldn't see more than 2 adults staying there (kids don't take up as much space). The fact that there is free parking off the street is amazing. The parking spot is a tight turn, and we had a Ford Escape sized car, that's probably the max for the spot. It is close to the freeway so you can hear cars drive by, but it is more like white nose than annoying. It didn't prevent any of us from sleeping. I would definitely stay here again.
