  Comments: Hem estat molt bé a l'apartament, si podem repetirem. La zona és ideal per conèixer Barcelona, i és a tocar de la Sagrada Família (es veu des d'una finestra!). Hi ha molts restaurants i botigues a prop, però és una zona (Website hidden by Airbnb) sense soroll nocturn. La decoració ambientada en Barcelona'92 i els detalls de Nadal han fet l'estada especial i única i ens han fet sentir com a casa! Els amfitrions han estat molt atents. S'agraeix molt que posen una dosi de detergent, rentaplats i rentavaixelles per passar el primer dia. Molt recomanable. Hemos estado muy bien en el apartamento, si podemos repetiremos. La zona es ideal para conocer Barcelona, i está muy cerca de la Sagrada Família (se ve desde una ventana!). Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca, pero es una zona tranquila sin ruidos nocturnos. La decoración ambientada en Barcelona'92 i los detallitos han hecho que nos sintiésemos como en casa. Los anfitriones han sido muy atentos. Se agradece mucho que pongan una dosis de detergente, lavaplatos y lavadora para pasar el primer día. Muy recomendable!

  Comments: If you don't like the crowds, this was perfect for us, close by the Sagrada Familia" but nothing else. Metro is less than a minute away!! Flat is comfy, clean modern and well equipped. Family owned and operated with many flats innBCN so they know what they are doing. Wifi is crapy, vouldvus s bit of speed and capacity for maybe another 30€ a month Otherwise is perfect. Would definetly come again

  Comments: Nos alojamos en uno de los departamentos de Albert, la zona es muy tranquila a metros de la sagrada familia y de la estación de metro. Fue una muy buena experiencia, el departamento es un poco pequeños (éramos 5) pero para una estadía de 4 días estuvo perfecto. Tanto Albert como le personal es muy atento, nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de la hora de entrada. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos allí.

  Comments: Logement fidèle aux photos propre, de bon goût et spacieux pour 3 personnes. Bon accueil. A côté de la sagrada familia donc du métro facile d'accès et des commerces. Un peu bruyant la nuit étant donné que les chambres donnent sur une rue passante. Nous avons passé un super sejour dans ce logement. Je recommande.

  Comments: The place is as per the description, no fake picture with big angle as you see very often in Barcelone, fully equipped as per the description, nice to have towel and sheets for the bed, good communication with Albert team, new flat , all new , good bed even the sofa, confortable for 6 persons, very near segregated familia . No crash accès as you can also discover when you rent in Barcelona , after the building street entrance, there is a lift , and go to third floor. Period. Wifi weak for a family , suggest you make same remark so it will be improved for our next time .. thanks for coopération !

  Comments: Albert no pudo presentarse a tiempo e hicimos el check-in con su hermana 45 minutos después de la hora acordada. Al llegar se nos cobró el impuesto turístico en efectivo, algo que no estaba reflejado en el anuncio y que asumimos incluido en el precio. El piso estaba muy limpio y bien localizado, pero fue una lástima que no contara con jabón de manos, gel de ducha, jabón para fregar o detergente para el lavavajillas. Me hubiera gustado dejarlo tan limpio como lo encontré. El agua caliente funciona muy bien y la ducha es muy cómoda. El piso en sí está bastante bien, aunque es más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos. Además, las fotos 5 y 7 son de la misma habitación con las camas individuales juntas. No hay cama doble, sí sofá cama (bastante cómodo, como las 4 camas individuales). Las habitaciones cuentan con radiador, que funciona perfectamente. Echamos en falta horno y tijeras en la cocina y tener más de un rollo de papel higiénico para 5 personas en las 2 noches que estuvimos. La vitrocerámica y el extractor funcinaron muy bien y había suficiente vajilla como para no necesitar fregar. Finalmente, es un piso en el que se oye todo. Una vecina se quejó del ruido cuando solo teníamos encendida la tele a un volumen bastante normal. La tele, por cierto, tiene conexión HDMI. En resumen, el piso está bien pero fallaron los detalles.

  Comments: Très bon accueil d'Albert qui nous a aidé à nous repérer dans la ville et à gardé nos bagages les jours d'arrivée et de depart pour que nous profitions pleinement de notre séjour à Barcelone! L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de la Sagrada familia et des transports en commun (métro, bus...); on y trouve une petite supérette ouverte jusque plus de 00h tous les jours, sans oublier les autres commerçants dans le quartier. Et dans l'appartement il y a tout ce qui faut pour cuisinier! Le double vitrage garanti le calme dans l'appartement, et la clim doit être un vrai plus l'été! Séjour parfait!

  Comments: We stayed at Alberts apartment for 5 nights. We were a family of 5 and the apartment was a ok size for us. The apartment was clean, and Albert was open for questions about what we needed to know about the city when we arrived. It is also close to the metro, and you can get around in the city quite easy! Really recomend to stay here if you're on a quick trip to Barcelona.

  Comments: Such a beautiful little apartment very nice. I loved it! It was walkable to the subways that helped a lot. Maybe the only thing wrong was the wifi, it was extremely slow to be honest. But other then that I had an amazing stay with my family.

We stayed 3 nights, 4 adults and 1 child (4 year old).. enjoyed our stay at Alberts flat.. fully recommend for families with children.

  Comments: Good location. Basic but comfortable. When we arrived they unexpectedly charged us a "local tax" of 2 euros per day per person that was not explained in advance when we rented it. I talked to Airbnb and they told me that they are not supposed to do that.

  Comments: The perfect apartment in a quiet and safe area. Very clean and stylish. Easily accessible to Sangrada Familia and subway and bus routes. Grocery store is next door with food and alcohol. Many affordable restaurants around the block with souvenir shops and coffee shops too. The apartment has everything you need including good wifi. The kitchen has all your appliance and flatware and tableware and and it is super clean. Towels were provided and the room smelt clean and the beds were comfortable. We had no issues with our stay. Be aware of the pricing. The actual listed & booked price is only available for 4 hours, between 16 and 20h. Then it tiers up with hefty increments depending on when you check in. Cat friendly!

  Comments: My stay in Barcelona was wonderful and Albert place was the cherry on top. It’s a wonderful apartment with great amenities,prime location and on a quite street. Coming back after a day out it was a great spot to just relax,watch tv and get my stuff ready for the next day. Also super underrated because there’s a convenience store directly next door and,true to its name,convenient.

Apartment is only a few minutes walk to Sagrada Familia, can even see a little bit of it from the bathroom window. The Sagrada Familia Metro is also the closest Metro station. Many convenient stores, supermarkets, restaurants within walking distance, also a few places to get a local SIM card for your phone. Apartment is very comfortable with everything you need. Fits the three of us perfectly. The street view from the balcony is very cute and pretty. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this place to other travelers.

The aprtment was clean, fully equipped, it was very bright, had windowds in each room. The host was very helpful, he gave us right directions and tips, was always available when needed. We really enjoyed our stay, and for the next time we will definatley stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!

Il manque le sel poivre et éléments de petit déjeuner. Il ne s’agit pas d’un appartement classique chez l’habitant mais d’une sorte d’auberge de jeunesse, je le déconseille aux familles cherchant une expérience familiale Barcelonnaise !
