The living room is bright and spacious, with leather sofas and wooden flooring. This room includes a dining area, which is next to the well-equipped open kitchen. This pretty apartment located on the lively Rambla de Catalunya in the Eixample neighbourhood, near many famous modernista (Catalan Art Nouveau) buildings and close to the charming and historically interesting area of Ciutat Vella. There is free Wi-Fi and TV with international channels. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. The towels are changed every other day and the sheets every week. The reception desk is open daily from 9 am to 10 pm. Our friendly staff are on hand to make recommendations and help you with anything you might need. There is a large terrace in the building, next to the reception area, for all guests to use.

Neighborhood Overview: The Eixample is the Catalan Art Nouveau centre of the city. The area was built in the late 19th and early 20th century and the architecture of the neigbourhood is stunning, with some real gems to explore. A few steps from your apartment you’ll be able to feast your eyes on amazing buildings such as Gaudí’s Casa Batlló and the lesser-known but stunning Casa Amatller. The area is one of the cultural and shopping heart of the city. You’ll find designer stores and high street brands next to all sorts of great restaurants and bars. A short walk (5 minutes) will get you to the bustling old city, where you’ll have another great selection of shops, markets, museums, art galleries, restaurants and bars to choose from. The area boasts great transport links and you’ll be able to get to all corners of the city in a few minutes by underground, overground, bus and taxi.

Transit: Passeig de Gràcia: overground trains to Figueras, Girona, France, airport T2. Metro lines L2, L3 and L4. Plaça Catalunya: overground trains to Sitges and more. Buses: there are dozens of buses that stop nearby. You can easily get a bus from Plaça Catalunya to the beach, for example. Aerobus: the airport bus runs every few minutes throughout the day and leaves from Plaça Catalunya.

Access: The reception desk is open daily from 9 pm to 10 pm. For arrivals later than 10 pm an automated check-in system is available. Check-in is from 2 pm. Check-out is by 11 AM. Lockers are available for earlier arrivals or later departures.

Interaction: The reception desk is open daily from 9 am to 10 pm. Our friendly staff are on hand to make recommendations and help you with anything you might need. Outside these times a member of staff is always on call for any emergencies and you will have their direct line.

    Comments: 从马德里坐高铁到巴塞罗那,小火车一站就到了格兰西亚大街,出战对面就是巴特罗之家,3分钟到酒店,这里的BnB更像酒店式公寓,有前台,每天有打扫人员,非常干净,位置方便,周边还有网红餐厅有超市｡前台妹妹们都很热情有任何问题都愿意协助｡有电梯这点非常好｡我们住了四天,一切都比较满意,除了空调出风口有些轻微的声响｡窗户可以看到Tibidabo的圣心教堂｡总的来说是个吃喝玩乐都比较方便的地方｡

You need any help or something is wrong with your room they are there to help 24/7. Definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Barcelona

    Comments: When we arrived we were told that there was an issue with the apartment we rented so the receptionist took time to show us 3 different apartments and we picked one that was just as good as the original. The receptionists are all very nice and accommodating which is really important if there are any issues. One night we realized our WiFi wasn’t connecting to some devices for some reason and the receptionist came over to our place at 9:00 pm to help us figure it out. Excellent customer service! The apartment itself is located in the perfect spot for easy access to everything. Lots of great restaurants and shopping and close to parking. Barcelona is an amazing city and although we were only there for 2 nights, we were able to see a ton of stuff. Another perk is that the apartment had a washer and dryer, hot water (for more than just 1 shower), and an elevator. After traveling to a few other cities in Spain, these amenities became huge perks! Also, they stock the coffee machine and have water and milk in the fridge. There are also several coffee shops extremely close. We absolutely loved our stay in Barcelona and will definitely be back!
