  Comments: O coreto 179 foi uma agradável surpresa. Um apartamento super bem decorado, com atenção ao pormenor e com recheio da casa de alta qualidade. O bairro onde está localizado é muito pitoresco e central, com uma estação de metro a dois minutos de distância a pé. O que dizer da Lia e do André? Dois anfitriões fenomenais, muito atenciosos e disponíveis. Uma experiência a repetir seguramente quando estiver de volta ao Porto.

  Comments: Não há o que dizer, a não ser que é um lugar fantástico para se hospedar no Porto. Metro à porta. Ônibus à porta. Ou mesmo numa caminhada de 10 minutos descendo a Santa Catarina já se está no coração da cidade. Mercados, lojas, farmácias e uma praça charmosa completam a vizinhança, calma e silenciosa. Internamente tem tudo que é preciso para acomodar até 4 pessoas de forma confortável. Para finalizar, a proprietária é extremamente atenciosa e disponível. Super recomendo... Vou voltar.

  Comments: El apartamento es simplemente espectacular mejor incluso que en las fotos. Estar fuera de la zona turística pero céntrico y perfectamente comunicado hacen que la ubicación sea perfecta ya que te hace sentir como un vecino de oporto más. El trato de Lia es formidable siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad y dispuesta a ayudar en todo, una verdadera amiga. Una opción excelente para vivir unos días es Oporto!

  Comments: Tastefully refurbished flat in classy old building whith character. Placed in quiet square close to central Oporto. Bus stops and tube station just opposite the front door. Everything as stated. Even better than pictures. Spotless. Heating a bit scarce for a big studio flat, but there were unusual cold days for Oporto mild climate. Perfect after the first day. Supermarket very close. Highly recommended

  Comments: Great location right next to lively park; Close enough to walk to the town centre comfortably but far enough to have quiet nights in with the windows to the street open. Great cafes and restaurants close by and a grocery store if you want to try cooking yourself. The host was always helpful and very responsive.

  Comments: Lia est super !!! À notre écoute, disponible, sympa, que du mieux !!! Appartement plus que convenable, si on veut être hors centre mais métro à 20 mètres, sur la place... je recommande pour ceux qui veulent un écrin tranquille... (les bus sont aux pieds de l'appartement mais avec le double vitrage, aucun souci !). Merci Lia, ton appart, c'est du top ! Raphaël.

  Comments: Un alloggio con una posizione perfetta, con la fermata del metro e del bus sotto casa. Il centro si puo raggiungere anche a piedi in 15 min. La zona é fornita di qualsiasi comoditá di cui si possa aver bisogno. La casa é davvero pulitissima e non manca davvero di qualsiasi accessorio. L'accoglienza da parte della padrona di casa é stata molto calda e amichevole. Se dovessi averne nuovamente bisogno sicuramente tornerei ad alloggiare qui.

  Comments: Lia's place is a charming apartment that they renovated beautifully themselves. It is set on the outside of a small park with wonderful trees and fountains. Very easy and affordable parking on the same block. Access to bus route right outside the door. This was a great location from which to explore the city on foot. Best of all, Lia is a fantastic host who gave us such a warm welcome on our honeymoon trip. She surprised us with flowers, champagne and fruit when we walked in the door. She is a very kind person and we highly recommend her apartment!

  Comments: Staying at Lia's apartment was perfect, she provided everything we could have needed, was there to meet us when we arrived and left and was great at helping us with directions and recommendations on where to eat whilst we were there. Small details like this really made our trip! The place itself is a great size, looks onto a lovely square and is beautifully renovated. There is a metro stop right outside the apartment but it's only a 15-20 minute walk into town which we did most days. I'd highly recommend and we hope to stay in Lia's lovely apartment again soon :)

Directly across from the Marquês metro & a taxi stand, so very convenient. L'accès est facile au centre historique : descendre la rue Santa Catherina en bout de place (1.8km), pour les moins courageux la station de métro Marques est sur la place à deux pas et l'arrêt de bus à la porte de l'immeuble.   Comments: Es un espacio precioso en una zona muy tranquila y bonita. Muy bien comunicado con todos los medios de transporte (taxis, metro, autobuses) en la puerta de casa. Se puede ir paseando al centro histórico y una de las calles más comerciales de la ciudad, Sta Catalina, empieza en la misma plaza del apartamento. Lia y su familia son unas personas encantadoras que nos han hecho la estancia muy agradable. Volveremos Volveremos!

  Comments: Lia place is lovely. You can see it's a labour of love. Every detail in the apartment is so well thought, maintaining the original features. The area is great with many shops and cafes around but also quiet in the evening with a short 15 min walk to the historic center. Last but definitely not least is the host; Lia is lovely and very attentive. Making sure we were well settled and had everything we needed. I'm glad we stayed here and I'm glad to have met Lia, experiences like this remind me why Airbnb is such a great community!

  Comments: We loved our stay at Lias place. She also arranged a pick up from the airport which made our arrival super easy and convenient. The apartment is very lovely & authentically renovated. You can see her eye for detail everywhere. We felt like we were staying at a friends apartment due to the warm welcome. It is around 30 minutes to walk to the city Center, but there is a bus stop right before the door and Uber is also a nice option in Porto. We would definitely come back to Lia's place. :)

  Comments: Lia's and André's flat is amazing, really beautifully furnished and has a great view on a park. It is small but contains everything you need e.g. for cooking. There were also supermarkets nearby. Lia and André welcomed us warmly and gave us tips where to go for eating, going out, etc... The flat was located near the subway station and it took only a few minutes to go to the center. Unfortunately, it was a bit loud sometimes because of the other people living in the house, but this is normal in a house with several apartments. All in all, we were really recommend the flat.

  Comments: La estancia en casa de Lia ha superado nuestras expectativas. El edificio está restaurado y tiene la arquitectura típica de Porto, es una gran oportunidad para conocer un edificio así por dentro. Además la reforma del interior del apartamento es increíble, con gran gusto y cuidado en cada detalle, todo nuevo y limpísimo. Nos ha sorprendido lo equipada q está la casa, no falta de nada, Lia es muy atenta, incluso teníamos un frutero con fruta fresca. La plaza en la que está situada cuenta con todo tipo de transportes que conectan con el centro (autobuses, metro y taxis). Y andando es un paseo de quince minutos hasta llegar a la zona de Bolhao. Existe un parking a la vuelta de la esquina donde el precio máximo por día es de 2,50€ y no hay trampa ni cartón, es totalmente seguro. En la casa hay cafetera y en la misma plaza hay varias confiterías buenísimas para desayunar a precios muy baratos, nada que ver con las cafeterías del centro donde los precios son más altos. Oporto nos ha enamorado así que esperamos no tardar mucho en volver.

  Comments: We have stayed at quite a number of Airbnb rentals and Lia was by far our favorite host. She was informative, communicative and provided a lovely space for us. The location is ideally situated on a park and a quick walk to many of the cities attractions. Highly recommended.

  Comments: We loved this tasteful, well equipped flat. It is ideal for a couple. The city centre is a 20 minute walk or very easy metro ride away. The area immediately surrounding the flat has good bakeries, a supermarket and parking nearby, you have to go into town for restaurants (except Portucale, which was excellent, quite smart with a mostly Portuguese upmarket menu, and Portughandi - Indian if you haven't guessed!). Lia was a lovely person with lots of helpful tips for our stay.

  Comments: Lia’s apartment is the perfect place to stay in Porto. The apartment itself is beautiful. Very authentic, gorgeous ceiling, beautiful windows looking out onto a park. The area is also great. If you are driving, literally next door is a safe and easy to access parking lot, that is only 2.50 euro per day. Very easy to drive to so you don’t have to navigate through Porto in your car. The location is perfect. You are twenty minute walk from the Centre, so the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and charming. You are also right at a metro stop if you want to get anywhere faster. Uber is also quite cheap in Porto. Lia herself, is lovely. She greeted us at the apartment with a big smile and hug. She leaves free coffee and water with some snacks for you. Very thoughtful and caring. Her restaurant recommendations are perfect. All in all can not recommend this place enough. Had a great time.

  Comments: Lia's apartment is just as it is described. It has everything you need for a stay in Porto. It was very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is next to a metro which makes travelling around the city very easy which together with secure Parking close by for €2.50 a day means you can forget your car for the whole of your trip. Elle est très accueillante dès votre arrivée à l’appartmement, prête à vous donner toutes les explications nécessaires quant au logement et toutes les informations pratiques concernant la ville afin que votre séjour se passe le plus agréable possible. Avant notre arrivée à Porto elle a toujours été très disponible à toutes questions éventuelles pour préparer notre arrivée et notre séjour dans la ville. L’appartement est nickel, à l’image des photos reprises sur le site. Il est très propre, très bien décoré et très bien équipé (serviettes, accessoires, électroménager, café, thé, sel, poivre, ...). Il est également très bien desservi car juste en face d’une station de métro (en 3-4 arrêts vous êtes dans le centre de Porto) mais il est tout aussi facile de se rendre à pieds dans le centre de la ville et cela ne prends que 15-20 min. Aux alentours de l’appartement il y a de tout (boulangerie, pharmacie, petite restauration, supermaché). Je recommande vivement l’appartement de Lia sans hésiter.

  Comments: Etter 3 måneder på reise, med ymse erfaringer fra Air BnB—leiligheter, var Lias sted i Porto en drømmeleilighet; en kul beliggenhet i et nydelig herskapelig hus, like ved en trivelig park, omringet av mange små og koselige kafeer! Leiligheten var nyoppusset og skinnende ren, stilig innredet, med alt man kan drømme om av fasiliteter. Vi reiser med en baby på 8 måneder og Lia hadde ordnet med babyseng, barnehåndduk, babystol og leker! Det var akkurat som å komme hjem! Hun svarte på alle henvendelser. Da vi kom hadde hun satt frem frukt til oss, og laget en liste over bra steder å spise og utforske. Anbefaler denne leiligheten på det aller sterkeste!

The apartment is beautiful, well styled and bright and airy with its high ceilings and shutters that open right on to a peaceful, green square.   Comments: We loved the space which is fresh and clean but also historic feeling. Perfect for a couple. Lia is super friendly and has thoughtfully provided all that you might need for a comfortable, homey stay in Porto. The location is great - right across from a nice green space and close to everything there is to love about Porto without being right in the middle of it. We enjoyed wandering the city by foot in every direction, but there is also easy access to bus and metro from the apartment.

  Comments: The apartment was very easy to get to on arrival as it is located at a metro station and only c. 45 minutes from the airport. The local area has lots of bakeries so fresh bread is available in the morning. A few restaurants nearby also allow for the convenience of eating near home if desired. The apartment is comfortable, modern and extremely clean with all modern amenities and conveniences available. About 20 minutes walk to town but not really an issue and being on the metro line was very handy especially arriving and departing. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

  Comments: L’appartement de Lia a beaucoup de charme, confort et propreté irréprochables et très bien placé, au calme, sur une charmante place mais à côté du métro. Lia est absolument adorable, à l’écoute et aux petits soins pour votre arrivée (conseils, aide pour le taxi etc.) jusqu’au départ. Cela contribue à faire de votre séjour un moment très agréable.   Comments: The flat is really comfortable and exactly as you can see in the pictures. It is located in a beautiful and peaceful plaza where you can find both metro and bus stations which can take you to the city center in 10 minutes. Walking to the city center is also an option but coming back might be harder since it is up hill. My only recommendation to Lia is to upgrade the mattress and pillows since they were a bit uncomfortable. In general, highly recommended for couples!!

  Comments: El lugar es mas lindo que en las fotos, se puede caminar a los sitios de interés o tienes en la plaza frente al departamento el metro y otros Servicios públicos. Los anfitriones son muy amables, te dejan toda la información que necesitas y además tiene preparado el alojamiento con cosas básicas como café, te, agua, azúcar, frutas frescas y productos de limpieza. There are several local places where pastries can be purchased to start your day. A short walk gets you down to the heart of Porto. If walking isn't for you there is a Metro stop across the street.   Comments: Lia is the most animated Airbnb host I’ve ever met! She was funny, informative, and helpful. Her place is located directly across the street from the metro station, a cafe, and 2 pastry shops. The loft is very spacious, well decorated, and has plenty of amenities. Lia even provides a dry erase board of restaurant recommendations and 2 metro passes. I highly recommend a stay at Lia’s place!

  Comments: Lia’s flat was amazing! Super clean and stylish, it was lovely to come home to after a hard day of touring the city! The location is great, we tended to use the metro (right outside the flat) to get into town itself to save our feet for walking through the gorgeous streets and travelling over the water! The walk however is about 15 minutes into town, and perhaps a further 10 to Ribeira. When we arrived it was the São João Festival and Lia helpfully equipped us with knowledge and a squeaky hammer which came in handy for bopping people on the head for good luck. We had a delightful stay and would absolutely love to come again! Thanks Lia!

  Comments: Lia’s place is absolutely fantastic and so is Lia! The place is in a beautifull old building but has been redecorated with love. And that’s what you can feel there. In front of the building there are a metro and a bus, which take you in just a few minutes to the centre of Porto. Lia does everything to make your stay as nice as possible. She arranged a pick-up service from the AirPort with adorable Ricardo and she booked us a table at a nice Portugese restaurant. When you consider going to Porto, Lia’s place is highly recommended

  Comments: Já é a segunda vez que fico em casa da Lia e a experiência não poderia ser melhor. A casa está localizada mesmo ao lado do metro e a decoração é fantástica. A atenção ao pormenor e à limpeza da casa são de se fazer notar. Faz-nos sentir em casa! Um sítio de referência quando à procura de alojamento no Porto!

  Comments: Cet appartement est vraiment parfait en tout point. De son emplacement dans la ville aux équipement proposés, calme, propre et sublimé par son design moderne et authentique, nous ne pouvions attendre mieux en terme de prestations. Lia met la barre très haute dans la qualité de son service, elle propose également des guides personnalisés de Porto pour transformer votre voyage en une véritable expérience. Nous n'avons passé que 3 jours à Porto mais son aide et ses conseils nous ont permis d'éviter des pièges à touristes et découvrir une autre facette de la ville en un temps record. Lia est réellement un hôte qui prend soin de ses locataires, elle a facilité nos heures de venues et de départ, nous a réservé une table pour diner le soir... Quoi dire de plus sinon que nous retournerons chez elle si nous devons revenir à Porto. Merci pour tout Lia, j'espère que l'on se reverra.

  Comments: Lia's place is tremendous. The location allows you to truly feel what it is like to be a local. The surrounding area is a hub of activity throughout the day and commuting is very easy. You can access any part of porto very easily from the location. For the interior, the apartment was modern with very stylish and personal features that made me feel at home. I would defiantly stay here the next time I am in Porto.

  Comments: Beautiful space, lovely (and quiet) location. Flat has everything you could hope to need, as well as tips on where to eat, drink etc... Lots of guidebooks too. Absolutely sparkling clean! All in all the perfect place for a city break.

  Comments: Just as the pictures everything you need is there and the area is ideal for visiting Porto. Loved the bakery and square on the doorstep. Would love just the two of us to go back sometime but we still had a great time with our daughter on the spare bed ! Thank you

  Comments: Lia and Andre were superior hosts! The apartment is beautiful, in a lovely part of town. Great location! Looking out to the park from our window was a nice added touch. Everything is close by, with the metro just steps away. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

You can find all of thing you need in the flat. We loved to stay in Porto in Lia’s house which makes our experience about Porto were full of ‘good memories’.

  Comments: Lia made my stay in Porto so ready and comfortable. The place is centrally located, and a few feet from the metro. About a ten - fifteen minute walk to the square down Rua Santa Catarina. Lia was a very nice host , providing recommendations for area restaurants and adventures. I would stay here again and plan to do so in the near future!

  Comments: Lia’s flat is really lovely and so much more than I expected. The bed was so comfortable. The location is perfect -quiet and a short walk to downtown or you can use the metro across the street. Lia was also extremely responsive when I called with a couple of questions. I would highly recommend you stay here!
