  Comments: We were happy to stay here. Public transport is close. Sarah is very friendly and made us feel comfortable. If you want 5star it's not but if you are happy with 4+ you'll be fine. Location was great for us as it was close to public transport and close to drive to shopping centre. Bathroom off garage which is separate to the room but it was very clean. Parking on street in what seemed to be a very safe area we had no issues. Quiet residential area lots of trees and birds.

The place is in a nice peaceful area which is near the Norwest Business Park where you will find lots of shops and restaurants. It is also close to public transport.   Comments: Sarah was a very helpful host who was there when we needed her and who we otherwise didn't see. The room is nicely furnished and quite comfortable. The bathroom is shared with the host's laundry and has a separate entrance as stated in the description. The bed was good (soft) and there were basic kitchen amenities which was very handy. This was an excellent place to use as a base while visiting the area. Thank you for your hospitality.

  Comments: Sarah was flexible with the check-in and made things convenient for us. She ensured that we had privacy but also checked in when she could to make sure that all was good. No kitchen (as listed) but the mini fridge and kettle were helpful. Location was convenient with a few minutes walk from the bus stop. Our only surprise during the stay was the dog which was doing it's job loyally but got used to us pretty quickly

  Comments: Comfortable space and was accurate to the listing. We went during winter and it was quite cold, Sarah was very accommodating in providing us a heater and any other things we needed. Sarah is very easy to communicate with as well. You had to walk out through the veranda to get to the washroom, so it was a bit cold but I wouldn't see a problem with this during the warmer months. I would definitely recommend the stay for families who need somewhere comfortable and dependable!

Our girls loved spotting the cats walking around the yard & we loved how close the property was to the family we were visiting. Easy access to major roads & conveniences, yet really quiet.   Comments: Sarah's place is very accurate to the listing, so it is very easy to understand what to expect. Everything was great, but best of all were the soft beds and cats roaming around! The only downside would be how cold it is during the night as the bathroom is located outside and next to a garage, but apart from that, wonderful stay when you're in Sydney.

The neighbour kept leaf blowing which made the pool dirty but without me even asking the entire household went to so much effort to clean it before my guests arrived for the event despite having a broken cleaner! It was so sweet. The only thing that was a little tricky is that I didn't realise the private space did not have a kitchen, and the door kept falling off it's hinges. Luckily Sarah let me do my cooking in her family space so all was well. An amazing happy go-lucky host who deserves more appreciation! thank you so much! I hope to stay again :)

  Comments: Much more than we expected, it was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The host was really kind and helpful, event after going trough any host's nightmare, a group of 20 year old that didn't leave on time and trashed the place. It doesn't have a kitchen, but you can easily prepare a meal, and eat at a 10 seat dinning table. We defenetly recommend to familys or any other kind of group! Thanks again

Beds and sofas are uncomfortable.I have stayed at other Airbnb's and the stay here was not a good experience for the amount I paid per night for this stay. Amenities need to be surely improved and the property is not so clean as shown in the pictures on AirBnB. It's a great location though.

  Comments: This space is surely value for money and the check in process is smooth. Sarah is kind to cook up the eggs for us as I overlooked as there’s no kitchen. :) We are also well informed about the roaches and was given pesticides too. The room can fit our family of 6+1 but it can be a little squeezy and stuffy at night. The pool was a great addition too, my Niece and Husband enjoyed it. Cheers

  Comments: Our main destinations were Sydney CBD and blue mountain. We found Serah's place as an ideal convenient place in between. We are a big family of four adults and three children and we still found enough space. Haven't got time to use the pool though. There is a big dining table in the back where we had nice family dinner. We used the washing machine and dryer too. Sarah is a wonderful host too. She replied to my SMS's in no time. Thanks for being so friendly Sarah

  Comments: Sarah was an amazing welcoming, supportive, understanding and culturally sensitive host. The place is exactly as described. In spite of being quite far from the CBD, all the buses and expresses were less than 9 mns walking time. We could go everywhere in Sydney relying on the nearby public transportation network. We even didn’t need to hire a car as planned; due to the availability of all buses lines near Sarah’s place. Sarah was reachable all the time, gave us a lot of tips about different things. My wife and I liked talking with her. She payed attention to the special things we needed as Muslims (We were surprised, she already aware of our religious needs!)

This was our first Air BnB experience and we loved it, as did our three children. The space is as clean and comfortable and Sarah was a great host.   Comments: Sarah made sure everything was ok for our three night stay. The room has aircon for heating with two double beds, and one single (as a top bunk) in a single large room at ground level. Access is easy and the house is in a very quiet neighbourhood. Don't plan to cook there, but there are many good restaurants not far away.

  Comments: Very nice place. We were a family of 5, including a 5-yr and a 2-yr old. The room was clean and tidy. The kids loved the cats (Luna, ?) and the backyard. The AC was playing up a bit but Sarah was very helpful & responsive. Example, she asked if my son needed a doctor, since he was crying (a lot) early morning, which was very thoughtful.

  Comments: We stayed with Sarah for 11 nights while in Sydney for a sporting tournament. The house is in a beautiful area close to where we needed to be everyday. Also close to shops, Food etc. Sarah is such a fantastic host who was always available if we needed anything and was always up for a chat. The room was nice and clean and the pool was the icing on the cake with most days being in the high 30’s low 40’s. We will book again next year and I can’t recommend her enough. Thanks Sarah for a fantastic stay.
