  Comments: El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Todo precioso decorado, nuevo (fuimos sus primeros huéspedes) y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Oporto. La ubicación es inmejorable, a un minuto andando de la Torre de los Clérigos y de la Estación de Sao Bento. Elói fue un anfitrión genial, adaptándose a nuestra hora de llegada y facilitándonos toda la información necesaria sobre Oporto! Repetiría sin duda!

  Comments: It was very nice meeting with Eloí (Good Stay) ! We obviously shared the same interested for taste in art,design and architecture.He gave us some very useful and interesting tips on arrival to explore the city. The fine designed apartment and it's central location was ideal to explore Porto at it's best ! we definitely recommend.

  Comments: The apartment looks great, even better than the pictures to be honest. The location is great for discovering Porto, easy to access and in the middle of town. The only thing we had, was that the apartment was slightly cold and the shower as well. This could be very well due to the fact that it was very cold during our stay. I can't imagine that this otherwise would be a problem.

  Comments: We had a great stay in this apartment! Communication was great with hosts and they were very helpful with recommendations. The apartment is beautiful and very new. Small but well equipped kitchen, and a great bathroom. The host also supplied us with an extra heater, and a cleaner came half way through our week long stay. Good central location, would recommend to anyone!

Hay muchos sitios para comer y cenar al lado y un supermercado en la puerta del edificio. Ha sido una estancia perfecta en el apartamento de joao y eloi, nos recomendaron muchos sitios para ver, comer y visitar. Sin duda no te pienses reservarlo. Genial!

  Comments: Our stay at the apartment of Goodstay was beyond our expectations in the centre of the beautiful historical architecture, restaurants, riverside, all at walking distance. We had a warm welcome from Eloi who gave us a list of good tips and was very gentle and helpful. Also we used the bikes of their office to get to the beach. The apartment itself is perfect, just been renovated in detail and looks very good en cosy with a great view. Our holiday was perfect with a perfect host and perfect weather!

Ancora qualche dettaglio da risolvere, come ad esempio la mancanza di prese elettriche sufficienti per accendere contemporaneamente calorifero e abat-jour, e altri piccoli dettagli come la mancanza di spazi di appoggio in bagno. per il resto soggiorno piacevole

  Comments: Beautiful apartment in excellent location for exploring the city centre, a few minutes walk from lots of great shops and restaurants. Eloi was helpful and quick to reply via What's App, and made our checkin very easy (despite the fact that we were 20 minutes late, really sorry about that!). Porto is an incredible city and I would happily recommend this apt for anyone looking to stay there!

  Comments: The location of the appartment is perfect. In the centre of Porto and just at few minutes walking to the most important monuments and points of interest in the city. The communication with the owners was incredibly easy, Joana was relly fast replying and answering our questions, Eloi got us inform of the situation of the appartment and João shown us the place and provided us a lot of useful information. They were very kind to us. The appartment has a lot of light and it's perfect for a couple, with all the needs covered and really near for supermarket, shops and metro and train station and really easy to reach from the airport. The only bad things to say about the appartment was that it hasn't any elevator and it's a third floor. For the same reason it's a bit hot nowadays.

  Comments: The location is the perk of this place. It's so close to the train station as well as so many great restaurants. You can walk almost anywhere from here. The space itself is tastefully decorated and clean and it was nice to stay in a historic building. I would agree with some other reviews of this host that say it is nice but 'no frills'. The basics were available but it was lacking in some of the extras that some b&b's provide: no dish towel or paper towel, few dishes, no cooking basics, no bath mat, only 1 extra roll of toilet paper, etc. Being 3rd floor, it's a lot of stairs to climb and gets very hot. The open windows meant a lot of bug bites as the mosquitoes were awful. Joana was excellent to offer suggestions of restaurants and help us store our luggage for the day we checked out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Porto but felt it important to mention a few of these things for future travellers to consider!

  Comments: The apartment has a great location. It is a third floor, so be patient with the luggage. João was very helpful with the trollies and gave us very good indications of the city. It is the last floor so it is really hot, there is not air conditioning in place, we had to buy a fan, because sleeping with closed windows was mandatory because of mosquitos. The cleaning of the apartment was not as expected, floors with dust and dead mosquitos on the walls. It could be a great apartment for winter, but I would not recommend it for summer.

  Comments: Joana gave us a warm welcome. She gave us a lot of tips for our stay in Porto (places to visit, restaurants,...). The appartment was just like in the pictures. There was only one unfortunate thing that bothered us; the freezer wouldn't close and leaked into the fridge. If this can be fixed, you have a great appartment in a perfect location to spend a holiday in wonderful Porto!

  Comments: Beautiful studio, roomy and well appointed. Joana met us, carried a bag up and gave many useful tips about Porto, writing them on a map. The location is a short distance to major pedestrian street. Can walk to sites throughout, even across the river to Port houses. Only drawback was noise from street, especially on Friday night. A fan would help with cooling and street noise.

  Comments: Wir hatten tolle drei Tage in Porto – u. a. wegen dieser schönen Unterkunft! Da sie mitten im Zentrum lag, konnte man sich entspannt alles in Porto anschauen und sogar zwischendurch kurz zur Wohnung zurückkehren (um eine kleine Pause zu machen). Das Apartment ist – wie man den Fotos entnehmen kann – sehr cool und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie ist schön hell und es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt genau gegenüber. Wir wurden sehr nett an der Wohnung in Empfang genommen und haben alle möglichen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen. Check-In und -Out waren jeweils super unkompliziert.

  Comments: Fantastic apartment in the centre of the city. Great location, close to all the perfect highlights of the city and hotspots. Fantastic restaurants, supermarket is a short walk away as is the river. You will not go wrong with the apartment. The hosts also kindly allowed us to have a late check out and also gave us fantastic tips on checking in on where to go and what to see in the area which is a great guide. We had one issue when we were in the room and a host accidentally opened the door without notice as he was about to check in another couple into our room by mistake (he apologised profusely after). Would have also been nice to have some more amenties like loo roll as there was only one roll! Other than that the apartment was great and would still highly recommend.

  Comments: Beautiful funky loft in a perfect location. Lovely view from the windows. If you are not good with stairs then maybe not for you. We’re on the wrong side of 50 and found the stairs no problem. Great laundromat 1 minute away around the corner. Little supermarket opposite. Right in the heart of everything and 1 min walk to Rua Flores , plenty of restaurants and comfortable stroll down to the port. The metro 5 mins away.

  Comments: De locatie is erg centraal, wat ideaal is. Communicatie is snel en we konden onze koffers op het kantoor achterlaten gedurende de periode dat we niet in het appartement konden. Wel is de straat wat gehorig, wifi niet heel snel en zijn er wat kleine mankementen in het appartement (lekkende kraan, douchekop kan niet aan de muur hangen). Al met al een fijn appartement!

  Comments: Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt zentral gelegen. Die Restaurant Empfehlungen der Gastgeberin haben uns sehr gefallen. Leider ist das Badezimmer etwas spartanisch und es fehlte eine Halterung für den Duschkopf. Das Bett könnte auch etwas breiter sein. Ansonsten war das Apartment wie beschrieben.

  Comments: The place was beautiful and in a nice location. Only problem was the hot water is too hot. I burned myself while taking a shower by brushing against the metal surface of the faucet. It looks like a burn from a curling iron above my hip. We were careful not to burn ourselves on the water, but wasn’t expecting the metal surface in the shower to be so hot when the water was at a comfortable temperature. It can get warm in the summer, and opening the windows lets the bugs in.

I loved opening the windows and allowing in the refreshing evening air and hearing the chatter on the winding cobblestone streets below. Great location close to tourist sites and good restaurants.   Comments: l'appartamento è così come appare in foto, molto vicino alle maggiori attrazioni della città. il check in è stato rapido e João ci ha dato tantissime informazioni per visitare Porto al meglio. Il soggiorno è stato però disturbato da mancanza di completa pulizia degli ambienti. Tutto perfetto, ma migliorerei questo punto.

  Comments: Wer möglichst zentral wohnen und diverse nützliche Gastgeber-Tipps haben will - direkt eingezeichnet auf dem Stadtplan, der ist hier genau richtig! Das Appartement ist super gut gelegen und die Tipps (von Bars über Restaurants und mehr) haben sich sehr gelohnt und uns unseren Aufenthalt/die Orientierung sehr erleichtert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alles war wie beschrieben. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen. Minimaler Kritikpunkt: bei offenem Fenster ist es schon etwas laut. Und: Liegt nicht an der Wohnung aber als kleine Warnung: Rüstet euch gegen Mücken! Wir wurden nachts ordentlich gestochen!

  Comments: The flat is in the third floor of great located building. It doesn't have air condition so it's hard to sleep well when it's hot but at the same time if you open the window the noice from the city night life it's unbearable. Flat was quite clean and as on the pictures furnished with good taste. There is good wi-fi and in general it has all you need for a short stay. We were there for a week and maybe that's why we could see more weak points. Contact with the owner was very good. All the info were clear. The shop is next to the apartment so you can buy everything at any moment.

  Comments: Great spacious apartment exactly as shown in the pictures. Hosts were quick to respond after a problem with the wi-fi which was resolved swiftly. Good central location however this also means it can be loud at night times which makes sleeping with windows open impossible. This is a problem as room gets extremely warm and the fan provided struggles to cool the room and is also very loud. There are lots of great restaurants and bars close by and host was helpful with recommendations when we arrived!

  Comments: Nice and central place in Porto! The apartment is nicely decorated and spacious - we found everything we needed and felt comfortable! The location is great, as everything‘s walkable and there‘s a good link to the airport and trainstation. The weak point might be the bathroom, as the sink is small and the shower does leak a bit, but we found that managable and would recommend staying there anyway!
