Neighborhood Overview: We are located at east downtown Montreal, walking distance to the centre of the city about 20 mins, walk to The Gay Village 15 mins, Plateau 8 mins (this is the most trendy local Montrealers neighbourhood, you will experience true Montreal vibe here!. La Fontaine Park 5 mins, Old city 30 mins, Unv of Montreal 20 mins, McGill Unv. 30 mins (Public bus frequent to McGill & core of Mtl. Metro/Green line 10min by walk, Orange line Metro station 20 mins. Many Restaurants and cafes in short walk.

Notes: We are located off Sherbrooke and Parthenais, which is in the jurisdiction of Ville Marie, Montreal (Downtown Montreal). You can walk to many attractions from here or a short public transportation, which is available 24h at the door. The Plateau is 700 meters, The Gay Village about 12-15 mins walk, old city will take about 30-35 mins walk, UQAM about 20 mins by walk, McGill 30 mins by walk (also bus number #24 runs from our corner 24 hours and every 7 mins that goes direct to Mcgill, UQAM, Concordia Universities.

Transit: 10 mins walk from Frontenac metro, 14 mins Papineau metro (Green lines) and 18 mins Sherbrooke metro (Orange Line) by walk. 2 Public buses runs from the our corner, #24 and #10. Bus 24 runs every 7 mins and 24H/7week. So, public transportation is very efficient here. Most attractions are in walking distance. We are located at Downtown Montreal and lower Plateau area.

Access: Coin Laundry in the building. Free street parking available all around the neighbourhood. Recycle and Garbage bins are at front of the building and accessible anytime

Interaction: It's your private apartment and I provide all check-in and out information in advance, however I tent to meet in person, while you are checking in.
