Bright large Williamsburg 1 bed apartment

  Comments: Paul was super attentive and very responsive with any communications or questions i had. He was flexible about check in and check out and also easy going about me extending my stay. He also left a laundry card for the buildings laundry for me to use, which was a big help and was very generous with his itunes account on the apple tv (there's no tv channels, but there is netflix and itunes) on which i downloaded an awful film! The apartment itself was exactly as it appeared in the photos. Great vintage furniture, interesting plants, comfortable kitchen, nice lamps, lots of lovely bits and pieces. The living room is a little darker than you'd think maybe, especially in the morning when the bedroom gets flooded with light. Good for early risers! The heaters worked well during the cold snap of my stay. They're a little noisy for night time maybe, but they definitely get the place warm when you need them to! Theres a couple of things to get the hang of in the bathroom and I did find that there was some noise from adjoining apartments at various times of the day and night. It was nothing especially outrageous, just dogs and music and coming and going. People living their lives in close proximity, but it seemed worthy of mention here. I guess its part of the exciting location which is great both for exploring Williamsburg itself and getting into manhattan. All in all I really enjoyed my first time staying in Williamsburg and found Paul to be an excellent host.

  Comments: Paul's apartment looks exactly as the photos. Perhaps bigger! It has air conditioner and heat machines in all spaces. The kitchen is comfortable and has all the appliances needed. The apartment is full of light in all spaces, it has a comfortable living room and a great dinning table very useful for work too. Also has a balcony if you want to go out without leaving the apt. It is very well located in a great neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants and bars. The place is very quiet. It is only 2 blocks from Bedford's mainstream places and 3 blocks from the train that took us to Manhattan in 15 min. I definitely recommend Paul's apartment!

He left us great recommendations for restaurants around and we really enjoyed them (one the best pizza places! yamm) We would recommend this place and will stay there again once in Brooklyn.   Comments: Paul's apartment is very spacious and full of light with a large and well equipped kitchen and a clean and spacious bathroom. Paul was very easy to communicate with and check-in was smooth. He answered our questions during the week straight away. The bed was a little too soft for my liking and the air con can be a bit noisy from time to time. But overall, a very nice apartment in a good location. Recommended!

  Comments: Nothing but the best about this apartment and location. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, nice bath and shower, comfortable and quiet bedroom. The location is just perfect: a 1 minute walk from the footpath entrance of the Williamsburg bridge leading straight into Manhattan, or a 2 minute walk from the Bedford Avenue area of Brooklyn with all the nice shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest underground and bus stops are just a few blocks down. This is a perfect apartment to discover New York when you're planning to stay more than just a long weekend.

  Comments: Paul’s place was very nice it is centrally located in Williamsburg right next to Bedford right next to Peter Lugar’s it was awesome we were a couple of blocks away from the train stations paul’s place is right next to the Williamsburg Bridge you can easily walk over to Manhattan if it’s something you want to do that was great we did a couple of times and the walk is not that bad it Was a really great place to stayWe had no problems In the neighborhood is very safe me and my wife will definitely make another trip to Williamsburg thank you Paul

  Comments: Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Williamsburg. Le quartier est calme, proche : du métro (environ 7 mns à pied) et d'un supermarché ce qui est très pratique. La 1ère station à Manhattan est à 5mns (ESSEX station). Paul est très réactif et sympathique. De belles vacances :)

  Comments: The apartment is in a great location in Williamsburg. Really close to very nice bars and restaurants, really close to the walk across Williamsburg Bridge, and really close to the subway across to Manhattan. The apartment has a very nice vintagey vibe, and it’s so great to have the balcony to relax and be outside. It has everything you could need for a comfortable city break. My boyfriend and I had a great time in the area and would definitely come back!

  Comments: Great, spacius apartment with a huge bakcony. Everything was nice and clean. 3:rd floor with elevator. Good location near shopping street, 7-8 min to subway station. Close to the Williamsburg bridge so you can go to Manhattan guite quick. The bed was very comfortable and ok for a couple but not big enough for 2 friends. Paul provided an extra madrass and linen though so it worked out just fine! Paul is a perfect host, always easy to get in contact with and very helpful and accommodated. We would ceternly come back!

  Comments: Paul’s apartment is light, bright and spacious. The heating is very good. Shower and bathroom amenities very good. The kitchen is functional and the oven and dishwasher work very well. The laundry is just downstairs and the washer and dryer are fast. The location is very good. An easy walk to shops and transport. Paul is an obliging host who promptly responded to any of our questions.
