  Comments: Everything was perfect. The Location is more than perfect for anybody that wants to visit Porto. Also, the Metro and train Station are basically in front of the door. A very safe area in Porto. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed. We felt like home right away. A very comfortable apartment and the view is amazing! What surprised me: it is very quiet at night and you don't get disturbed by the outside noise at all. Check-in and Check-out were very easy. Andreia is a very friendly host. We already booked Andreias apartment again for our next stay in Porto. Can't wait! German translation: Alles war perfekt. Das Apartment liegt super zentral und perfekt für jeden, der eine Städtereise nach Porto plant. Außerdem sind die Metro Station und der Bahnhof quasi vor der Tür. Ein sehr sicheres Viertel in Porto. Das Apartment selbst war sehr sauber und bot alles, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung und die Aussicht ist super. Zu meiner Überraschung stellte ich fest, dass die Wohnung sehr ruhig ist und man kaum Geräusche von draußen hört. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Andreia ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben für unsere nächste Porto Reise bereits erneut Andreias Apartment gebucht.

  Comments: They were already waiting for me when I arrived. So I could directly get into the appartement. The location is on a main road but the bedroom is to the rear road and quiet. Very close to the train station so its easy to get there from the airport by train.

A casa encontra-se numa localização ótima, muito central, estava muito limpa e tudo como nas fotos e na descrição.   Comments: Un piso realmente destacable, con inmejorable ubicación para conocer la ciudad, cerca de puntos de interés turístico, bares, supermercados, restaurantes, y todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Si eres vegetariano muy cerca tienes un restaurante realmente bueno con buffet y servicio de take away. A pesar de estar en un lugar céntrico no se sienten ruidos molestos en la noche. La calefacción funciona realmente bien!!! lo que le hace particularmente acogedor en inverno. Es un piso al que de seguro volveremos!! Muchas Gracias Andreia.

  Comments: Andreia's place is a modern apartment, close to Sao Bento station (less than 1 min by walk). She provides towels, iron, hairdryer and the kitchen is well equipped too, there isn't a pan though. If you go in winter time, the apartment has heating. It was a bit annoying because we didn't find out how to turn it off, but as it was very cold at night, it didn't really bother us. We didn't meet her but she provides you a paper with suggestions: bars, shops, restaurants, places to visit, also what you must try there. I highly recommend Andreia's place :)

  Comments: Location is great, you can get almost anywhere within a 5 minute walk. Andreia was actually one of the most helpful guests I've ever had. The house was clean and tidy, and is not old fashioned. The Wi-if worked perfectly and I think I can say my stay couldn't have gone any better!

Though it is really central you have to be prepared that it's not a super quiet place! Especially at night it got quite loud. Apart from that we can only recommend the place for your trip to Porto.

  Comments: Sehr schönes, helles, hochwertig ausgestattetes Appartement mit idealer Lage im Herzen der Stadt mit Blick in die Fußgängerzone. Die helle Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung, ist super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es sogar einen großen Kleiderschrank. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind blütenweiß und appetitlich frisch. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist direkt an der lebhaften Fußgängerzone mit vielen Läden, Restaurants und Cafes und auch nur 1 Minute von der Metro und dem Bahnhof Sao Bento entfernt. Bei dieser Lage ist der Geräuschpegel leider auch nachts so hoch, dass man die Fenster zum Schlafen schließen muss. Vom Flughafen kann man mit der Metro (1x umsteigen) kostengünstig und schnell direkt bis vor die Haustüre fahren. Schlüsselübergabe und Check-out waren völlig unkompliziert und schnell. DANKE, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

  Comments: Close from the trainstation and the subway this appartement is ideally located! The place is more than clean and beautiful, in a nice building in the old Porto, a little noise from outside (a lot of cafe/bars/restaurant) but that was not a problem for us. Andreia is a very good host and always available to answer to questions.

  Comments: Such a perfect stay! Many thanks to Andreia. Where to start with?! Getting to the property from the airport by public transport was easy, cheap and quick enough. Andreia was waiting for us in her lovely coffee shop and she accompanied us to the property. She was very attentive and even provide us with a super useful list of what to see and where to eat (please note about "francesinha"!!! Ñam ñam). The property was more than perfect regarding location. We didn't need to walk more than 15min to the best spots in town. Even tough we read some reviews about being noisy at night, we didn't find a problem with it; we had a really fun guy playing "street karaoke" just downstairs and we even joined him from the balcony. We loved every part of our stay in Porto and Andreia's flat is a great find. We definitely recommend it to anyone visting the amazing city of Porto! Thanks Andreia

The family cafe nearby was great and we were given a discount. The only negative was it was a bit noisy at night and too hot to sleep with the windows shut.

  Comments: INMEJORABLE El apartamento no podía ser mejor. Al lado de la estación de Sao Bento, muy cerca de comercios, a pocos minutos de la Catedral de Oporto, de la Ribeira... Absolutamente equipado, tiene de todo (horno, tostador, cafetera, menaje de cocina, secador de pelo... incluso Andreia tuvo el detalle de dejarnos café y té para nuestra estancia!). Además, para gente friolera como yo, el apartamento posee sistemas de calefacción que hacen que la casa esté calentita todo el tiempo. Muy limpio y cómodo, lo recomendamos 100% Andreia es muy atenta y nos dejó una lista de recomendaciones tanto de lugares para visitar, como de ocio y restaurantes en Oporto. Sin duda, repetiremos la próxima vez con ella.

  Comments: We have been at Andreia´s place for 4 days. I have to say that location in a 10 out of 10, as well as the cleanliness and attention to detail. The only issue to take in consideration, is the late check-in, that you must pay 15€ if you arrive later than the 21H. Other than that, 5*. Thanks for everything Andreia.

  Comments: L'appartement d'Andreia est très bien situé pour découvrir Porto, en haut d'une artère stratégique. A 2 min de la très belle gare de Sao Bento où prendre le métro pour venir/ partir à l'aéroport. Et à 7-8 min ( en descente) du magnifique port de Porto. Le centre historique de Porto se découvre à pied et les distances ne sont vraiment pas grandes, ce qui fait du logement d'Andréia, situé quasiment au milieu des trois quartiers les plus intéressants de la ville, un très bon pied à terre ! L'appartement est très propre, avec une très bonne literie et une salle de bain impeccable ! Un peu bruyant le matin, mais rien de terrible. Andreia est une hôtesse discrète mais cela nous convient parfaitement !

De plus, il est bien équipé et vraiment très propre comme on peut le voir sur les photos. Il est effectivement un peu bruyant mais ce n’était vraiment pas un problème pour nous. Nous avons aussi découvert juste à côté un super petit resto Pestiqueira Voltaria , a tester !

  Comments: This apartment was a joy to come back to at the end of the day- and even veg in for the whole day if you wanted to. For light or late sleepers there’s a bit of noise from outside but for us the quality and location of the apartment outweighed this! I would say if this is in your budget book book book :)

  Comments: This is a great place in the perfect location! Andreia's flat is the perfect place to explore Porto. The flat is clean, bright, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Food, sights, and transportation (including the train station) are all within a block, and getting down to the waterfront, the famous churches, or even the spectacular Port houses across the river are all just a few minutes' walk away. And the best nata we had in Porto is literally directly across the street. (Yup, you don't have to go to Lisbon to get great nata!) Andreia allowed us to check in after midnight (for a reasonable fee), and even left us a bottle of delicious Portuguese wine as a welcome gift.

  Comments: Wunderbare Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit einem schönen Balkon und sehr geräumig. São Bento Station, Kathedrale Sé sowie andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Andreia wartete zur vereinbarten Zeit auf uns und half uns in allem, was sie konnte, sie hat uns eine Liste von Bars und Restaurants gegeben, die sehr nützlich war. Sehr empfehlenswerte location!

  Comments: Logement pour deux idéalement situé pour visiter à pied le centre historique de Porto, à 50 mètres de la gare Sao Bento. Chambre donnant sur la Rua de Flores, rue piétonne, très vivante, bruyante en journée mais relativement calme la nuit, commerces et restaurants au pied de l’immeuble. L’équipement du logement est neuf, standard et suffisant, bonne literie et propreté irréprochable. Andreia est très sympathique et disponible; sa liste des lieux à visiter et des restaurants à ne (surtout) pas manquer et très utile. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous recommandons fortement.

  Comments: Andreia's apartment is located in a beautifully restored building in the centre of Porto, situated between a pedestrian street , Rue das Flores and Rue das Mouzinho da Silva . You can see the Sao Bento station from your window. The location is excellent. It is easy walking distance to most sights. To access the apartment you must walk up 2 flights of stairs. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for a couple. The host was very accommodating with check-in and prompt to respond to messages. I highly recommend .

  Comments: This apartment is amazing, the location is exactly where you will want to stay in Porto. Right beside Sao Bento and right in front of a hip pedestrian street with lots of great shops and cafes. Andreia was always extremely quick (always within 30 mins) with responses and gave a number of suggestions for restaurants, attractions and shops to check out. We found the bed to be a bit hard, but that could be our personal preference.

Aunque la hora de entrada es a las 15:00, Andreia es muy flexible y se pone en contacto contigo para organizar la llegada. Además te da una lista con sugerencias para visitar, hacer compras, comer y probar platos típicos de Oporto. Además es muy atenta, pues la ducha se estropeó y ese mismo día a las 2 horas de comunicárselo ya nos había instalado una nueva. Es inmejorable.

  Comments: Andreia in a very friendly host and taking care of her guests. Check-in and out was done with ease, even though done by a family member, so we didn’t get to know Andreia in person. She provided us with plenty of information about the surrounding city. The apartment is very neat and chic and located in the centre of pretty much everything you’d like to see in Porto. Though it can get a bit loud in the adjacent streets, I’d definitely recommend this location for a city trip! Thank you Andreia!

Andreaia is really kind and she speaks a really good english (not so easy to find in Porto) She gave us all infos to visit Porto! The apt was really clean and with everything you need! Just one point, there isn’t air conditioned and in the hot summer’ nights it’s a problem cause you can’t sleep with windows open... the street it’s too noisy! At least...perfect experience!

  Comments: I had a wonderful stay in Porto thanks to this flat! The location is perfect, very close to the train station and right in between the Ribeira and Baixa. All interesting sites can be reached by foot in less than 10 min. The flat is in very good condition and well equipped, with a nice little balcony on Rua da Flores. Andreia was kind and very reactive! I recommend without doubts!

  Comments: 포르투는 거의 언덕이라서 무거운 캐리어 끌고 다니기 쉬운 상벤투 역 근처로 했어요. 정말 상벤투역에서 1분거리예요 모든 중심가는 걸어서 5~10분 거리구요 지나가다가 숙소에서 쉬었다가 또 나가고 하기 정말 좋았어요. 집이 정말 깨끗합니다!! 중심지역이라 늦게 까지 시끄러운건 어쩔수 없는것 같아요. 호스트에게 엑스트라 타월 요구하니 바로 가져다 주셨구요. 덕분에 너무 좋은 여행이었어요!

  Comments: le meilleur emplacement pour visiter Le centre historique de Porto. À 10 min a pieds de cais ribiera. À côté du métro et de la gare Sao Bento. Le bus 500 t'amène dans le quartier Foz Douro et te ramène devant la porte.   Comments: Andreia's space is great for a solo traveler or a couple. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean. Wifi worked well, TV had several cable options to choose from, bathroom was spacious, and there was plenty of hot water for showering. Andreia was easy to reach through the Airbnb app for communication leading up to our stay. If I can make two recommendations for the future, I would suggest making the bed a bit more comfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on a pull-out couch; which is fine for a few nights, but over time this may not be ideal for longer stays. Secondly, while we appreciated having the nice amenity to make coffee in the mornings with the espresso maker, we were only given a few 'pods' to make coffee, so we were not able to use this amenity for the duration of our stay. Other than that, this is a wonderful, convenient, and accessible apartment to stay in, and enjoy the city of Porto!
