  Comments: This is a nice condo in Kawloon area. There are plenty of bars and restaurants walking distance and a Welcome supermarket open 24 hours, just one block away. The unit is nicely decorated and Jessa Marie was very kind and helpful during the booking proccess. Mrs. Via, who welcomed us, was always available, as well. The only things we missed were some closets, because the bedrooms are tiny and there are not closets, although Via kindly brought us some hangers that we could hang on the wall hooks. Also, the second bathroom has not a "real shower": there is a hand shower but no glass closure, which means that you are using all the toilette as a shower. If you are many guests, you can count only on one shower which can be a little insuficient. All in all, we had a nice stay. Thank you Jessa Marie

  Comments: 房子的地理位置非常不错,离柯士甸地铁站很近,在文英街的文辉楼｡就在住宅区有一个点点心餐厅,里面的餐点非常棒!离廟街夜市也非常的近,去迪士尼,尖沙咀等都很方便!房屋的装修很现代,三个卧室两个卫生间一个厨房,一个大厅,住起来很舒适,特别适合家庭旅游租住｡房屋主人很热情,待人很热情,唯一遗憾的是不会中文,倒也问题不大!希望我的评论能为要租住这个房屋的游客有帮助,推荐入住!

  Comments: My parents-in-law, husband and I had a wonderful time at the apartment. It was great to have the space to relax at home when it was raining and to have access to two bathrooms. The location is wonderful, with lots of great hole-in-the-wall restaurants nearby (which offer some relief from Hong Kong's crazy prices!). If you stay here, be sure to check out Dim Dim Sum and the Biang Biang noodles at Yau Yuen Siu Tsui (a michelin guide restaurant just across the street from the apartment)-- the best noodles I've ever eaten. The apartment is small but nicely furnished. Very clean. One thing to note is that the small kitchen has a stovetop and microwave, but no oven. Perfect for cooking a simple breakfast, but not really set up to cook an elaborate meal. I'd definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay in Hong Kong, especially if you're looking for a less touristy location.

  Comments: Spacious and extremely conveniently located. Had everything that I needed, comfortable begs and linens. During the typhoon we've had some issues with the toilets not flushing and the AC not working (most likely user error) and Jessa and her team were extremely prompt with responding and sending someone over. Issues were resolved within hours!! Fantastic place to stay

The apartment is very clean and there's no problem in communicating with Jessa and her manager Kris. They are very warmhearted and polite.   Comments: It was really a pleasure having stayed at Jessa's apartment. Me and my family had a comfortable stay. Jesse and Kris have been very responsive to my concerns and made sure things were properly communicated. Special thanks to Kris who has been so accommodating and approachable. Good points: 1) Apartment is conveniently located near MTR exit (less than 5-min walk) 2) A nearby supermarket to get your daily needs like water 3) A LOT of restaurants nearby including local eateries. There's even a Korean resto! (Seng Seng) 4) Strong water supply with instant hot water 5) Comfy beds and pillows 6) Well-equipped kitchen with a complete set of glassware 7) Umbrellas. It was raining on our 2nd day and the umbrellas came in handy. Room for improvement: 1) Directions on how to get to the meeting place e.g. which exit to take from MTR exit as there were lots of exits 2) Standardised ON/OFF light switches 3) Working clock in at least one of the rooms, if not all Thanks again Jessa and Kris! We would definitely recommend your apartment/s to our families and friends.

  Comments: The apt is in the residental area but still near the metro station. There are many places for eating. The decoration and electronic appliance are convenient and comfortable. My cousin played PS3 everyday. Enjoy the trip in HK very much.

  Comments: 这间公寓很棒,无论是从前期沟通以及交通以及公寓环境来说,都比预设好一些｡交通很便利,乘坐机场快线到九龙,打个车就三十来块,所以非常ok｡环境也很好,虽然香港的大楼和电梯看着破旧(香港都这样几乎),但公寓里面很赞哦!!两个卫生间,三个房间,空间非常大!也很干净,厨房也很棒,但我们没机会用到,因为楼下很多很多吃的,点心店很多 哈哈哈!jessa是个非常nice的人,前期沟通回复很快,接待的经理kris也很不错,在指定地点等我们,也把公寓情况介绍很仔细｡总之体验不错哦,下次去人多的话还是会选择这里入住滴~

  Comments: Jessa is very responsive and easy to work with! Our flight was delayed and we arrived rather late, but the apartment manager, Kris, kindly waited for us at the meeting point, which was quite easy to look up in the uber app. The location is great, very close to MTR. Because it is in a bustling area of the city, guests should have reasonable expectation for noise. We had a situation where our flight was very late in the evening of our checkout & another guest was coming so we couldn't leave our luggage. However, Jessa & Kris gave us a very smart recommendation to drop the luggage at the in city airport check-in, extremely convenient! Thank you Jessa and Kris!

  Comments: Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Hong Kong logeant à l'appartement de Jessa dans le quartier de Kowloon. Ce dernier est idéalement placé (proche de 2 stations de métro, restaurants et commerçants à profusion autour de l'immeuble). L'appartement en lui-même est très fonctionnel, la literie en latex très confortable. Les points négatifs ont été l'absence de rideaux occultants dans les chambres (il fait jour vers 7h du matin). À cela s'est ajouté la présence d'un chantier au pied de l'immeuble, causant du bruit du lundi au samedi à partir de 8h du matin. We spent a very nice time in Hong Kong sleeping in Jessa's flat in Kowloon. It is really well situated next to 2 tube stations, and restaurants and shops run all around the building. The flat in itself is really functional, the latex beds are very comfortable. The only bad points were the lack of thick curtains in the bedrooms (sun rises à 7 o'clock in the morning). There were also a construction site next to the building, making noise starting at 8 o'clock in the morning, from mondays to saturdays.

  Comments: Jessa Marie is an amazing host! She was so helpful in so many ways to make our experience in Hong Kong the best it could be. She had someone meet us and run us through the whole apartment which was very helpful. The apartment is amazing and we are a family of five and we have plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accomodate us all. The apartment is very centrally located and there are so many great restaurants and things to do close by. There were lovely little touches in the apartment with snacks and flowers as well, and it was very clean and stylish. We would definitely stay here again and Jessa Marie made our stay fantastic.

  Comments: 这次是我们第一次到香港,尝试使用airbnb发现是一次很棒的体验｡Jessa的房子相比起中国内地的比较小,但是放在寸金寸土的香港来说就很大了,比一般的香港家庭的房子要大很多｡客厅和房间都很干净,厨房很多用具都很齐全,在厨房自己做饭没有问题｡插头很多,可以尽可能地给用电设备充电｡所在的街区离柯士甸地铁站很近,楼下有糖水铺烧烤铺,7-11和药店也有,早餐和夜宵是可以满足的,出行也十分方便｡房间里提供的Wi-Fi也很快｡美中不足的是浴室的水压不算很大,并且提供的被子便薄,搭配加热器使用在冬天大概需要穿保暖内衣加一两件衣服才能较好入睡｡房东一路上都很热情,guest manager也很热情,很耐心解答了一些问题,希望被子这样的小问题房东可以在之后解决一下,提供更好的体验｡

  Comments: I would say thank you to Jessa and Kris. Jessa is always give promote reply before our trip and give us corresponding info. And Kris is our guest manager, he is nice man and with patient~he bring us to the apartment and details introduce everything we need. The Apartment is really great and convenient. There’s many restaurants downstairs and open till midnight. The location is nearly Austin station(walking 5 min.) Highly recommend

  Comments: The toilets were not working for a period of time, Jessa told me the building was doing the maintenance, both showers are small I can understand, that’s Hong Kong, the 2nd shower the curtain keep getting on me when I was taking the shower, and when I turned I burned my back, my daughter was taking shower one time a lizard fell on her head she was screaming This morning the shower was not working, I called the manager and followed the instructions the water was hot for a little while and turned to cold again, basically we had the cold shower this morning Besides that, the location is good, very convenient, lots of restaurants and shops around, Jessa was very good at replying emails, but I don’t think I’ll come back next time

  Comments: My summary is this: A very nice and well located Kowloon apartment, close to Austin Station, clean, nice and well equipped. With the three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms (shower), a smart kitchen and a living-room with a sofa bed for two, it was perfect for our family of six grown-ups. And we experienced a very nice and efficient conversation and fine service from Jessa Marie, Anwar (driver) and Kris (guest manager). It is near to subway, bus and railway, (and taxi) so public transport is easy and efficient. We bought Octopus cards for the public transport. We found shops and restaurants around the corner and for products we looked for Tsim Sha Tsui nearby and a few subway stations away Mongkok with its open markets and focused shops. Like running shoes, clothes, photo equipments - whatever we looked for we found it. Then there is the Star Ferry or subway to Hongkong island, with shops, ware houses, Victoria Peak, and a lot more to experience. There are also a number of fine trekking paths on Hongkong island for example. We tried out the Dragon Back which is beautiful and somewhat demanding (if you are 80 like me). In all, I can just highly recommend Jessa Marie's apartment! (And airbnb!) And get some good walking shoes! Hongkong is worth it. I'd like to come back. /Christer Ekman, Sweden

  Comments: 처음이용해보는 에어비엔비라 걱정했지만 궁금한사항에 대해 호스트가 빠르게 답변해주었고 그에 신뢰감을 느꼈다. 숙소는 생각했던것보다 훨씬 깨끗했고 인테리어도 좋았다. 베개나 침구류도 마음에 들었고 주방엔 커피와 차 간단한 쿠키도 준비되어있어 마음껏 먹을수 있었다. 식기류도 분위기있고 준비해간 와인을 먹을때도 좋았다. 위치는 엘리먼츠몰과 연계된 구룡역에서 도보 15분정도 걸렸던 것 같고 마카오로 가는 페리터미널도 걸어서 15~20분 정도 걸렸던 같다.. 구룡역은 고속전철과도 연계되어 공항갈때도 편리하게 이용할수 있다. 홍콩이란 특성때문에 9명 전원이 사용하긴 다소 좁을수 있지만 그 인원에 대한 준비는 잘 되어있다. 우린 아주 만족스럽게 이용했고 누구에게라도 권하고 싶은 장소이다 참, 가능하면 체크인시간은 맞춰가면 좋을듯 하다...우리는 버스를 이용했는데 숙소를 못찾아 체크인시간 거의 2시간이 지나서 도착하는바람에 관리인(?)이 바깥에서 우릴 기다려주느라 넘 고생했다. 오랜시간 기다리면서 힘들었을텐데 짜증없이 친절히 대해줘서 구세주를 만난듯이 넘 고맙고 감사했다

Kris was kind enough to introduce to us the gorgeous apartment thoroughly during our check in! Great location with a few MTR within 10-15 mins walking distance. Although would recommend group with elderly to take 2 bus stops to Jorden station while Kowloon station (with town check in) is accessible over the sky garden. Tons of awesome local food option just a few steps away from apartment (点点心!) 7 eleven and supermarket are also at the adjacent buildings
