  Comments: The room was great. I was able to get the much needed Rest and relaxation I was looking for. What stood out for me was Emre's concern for my piece of mind. I approached him with a few minor concerns and he went to great lengths to ensure that I would have a restful stay at his hotel. He was extremely helpful in helping me secure ground transportation to my next destination, as I had failed miserably ha in get attempted to do it on my own. Stay here, the neighborhood will give you a true taste of Istanbul, a healthy step away from the too touristy neighborhoods.

  Comments: I had a great time staying here. Emre has a wealth of local useful information. Ask him anything and he'll basically plan your holiday for you :) I was greeted when I arrived by one of his staff and quickly shown to my room. The room was basic but spacious, clean and safe - great value for money. Istanbul is incredibly beautiful and very exciting. There's a supermarket literally across the road, as is the Istanbul photography museum. The Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque are a stone throw away. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Easy to walk everywhere and public transport is easy, cheap, mosern, safe and fast - speak to Emre and he'll quickly help you get your head around it. Stay here, you won't regret it.

  Comments: The place is near to the tram, around 8-10 mins walk. The room is clean, big, and comfy. The only drawback is that I didn't expect that I need to go uphill every time I'm going out from the house. Nevertheless, it's a great location. You can reach the Grand Bazar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and TopKapi Palace by walking, approx. 20mins.

  Comments: Nice apartment overall. Its located at the bottom of a hill so expect a hike whenever you want to go anywhere. There's a supermarket just down the road which stocks things you'll need on a daily basis which is very handy. The park across the road does get very loud and stays busy well after midnight so keep that in mind.

  Comments: + : Bien situé, je n'ai pas eu du mal à visiter les lieux proches. - : * Tous les équipements n'y étaient pas (sèche cheveux, lave linge...) * la porte d'entrée est juste au niveau de la porte d'entrée du bâtiment. On entend donc tous les gens qui passent avec le claquement de porte. Pas super la nuit. * wifi ne capte pas bien. * la lumière de salle de bain fonctionne avec un détecteur de mouvement qui ne capte pas si vous êtes dans la douche. Il faut donc utiliser le flash de son portable.

  Comments: Fantastic little apartment, ideal for a weekend break in Istanbul. Located on a road with lots of good cheap street food, only ten minutes walk from the main tourist spots of Sultanahmet including the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Great road of restaurants just three minutes away with great atmosphere and decent prices - although everyone will try and lure you in! It's a very steep climb up a hill to public transport but not a problem if you enjoy a walk! Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only problem is the noise. The doorbell is loud and people coming in and out kept us awake one night!

  Comments: Appartement simple, des lits un frigo, Les - : pas toujours le nécessaire de cuisine, plaque vieille..pas de machine a laver, assez froid (pas de chauffage, la clim chauffe mal) fortes odeurs dans la salle de bain, et les draps sont pas changé de la semaine...les serviette retiré mais pas rajouter... Les + : Bon emplacement loin du tumulte de la ville mais dans le centre historique de Sulthanamey.Emre est réactif,plein de petits boui boui autour, restaurants, ménage fait durant le séjour, et quartier calme !

  Comments: L'appartement d'Emre est davantage une petite chambre d’hôtel où l'on a les équipements attendus sauf la machine à laver. L'appartement est globalement assez propre. Il est très bien placé (à 10 min à pied de la mosquée bleue et de sainte Sophie) et dans un quartier authentique. Nous avons aussi apprécié qu'il y ait en face un supérette où nous avons pu faire des courses. Emre est très réactif et très sympa. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

  Comments: Great place to stay at! Few minutes from Sultanhamet and Kumkapi, nights are silent and days (till late) are really lively. There is plenty of supermarkets, food stores in the whereabouts, a hammam 50mt away and lots of shops all around. Didn't meet Emre at all (maybe because we were out all day) but got kind hospitality and everything we could need from his friend (a girl, I can't remember her name). Finally, I would recommend ***** at Emre's always!! *****

  Comments: Unser Aufenthalt war super. Wir sind bis zur Yenikapi Metro Station vom Flughafen durchgefahren und sind dann mit Uber für 13 (2-3€) TL zur Unterkunft gefahren. Der Check In war super einfach, leider haben wir Emre an dem Tag nicht persönlich getroffen, aber seine Assistentin, die 24/7 im Haus ist, hat uns die Schlüssel überreicht. Unser Zimmer hat nach Zigaretten gerochen, da wir Nichtraucher sind und den Geruch nicht gewohnt sind, haben wir auf Anfrage von Emre sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, in 5-10 min waren wir an der blauen Moschee, Hagia Sophia und am großen Bazar. Die Unterkunft an sich war sauber und der Service war auch gut. Emre ist super nett und hilft sofort, wenn ihr Probleme oder Fragen habt! Nur zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

  Comments: I recommend a stay at Kadirga's. We could not have asked for a better location!!! It was so close to many of the main sites (we didn't use transportation around the city at all - walked everywhere). There are a lot of small markets if you need to pick up food or other supplies. There are also a ton of local restaurants and cafes. We loved the location! The apartment was well equipped and VERY clean. The only thing that we would have liked different were doors/curtain on the shower or extra towels for the wet floor. We did not meet the host at all, which would have been nice just to be able to thank him in person. I would absolutely stay here again!

  Comments: No es un apartamento, es una habitación de hotel sin servicios de hotel. Hay una nevera, un microondas y un pequeño fogón, pero luego no te puedes sentar a tomar un café. Mi piso era el bajo y daba a un patio sucísimo lleno de porquerías. Durante el día se usaba como aparcamiento de coches y si abría la ventana se llenaba de humo la habitación. El apartamento tampoco estaba muy limpio.

  Comments: (-) Please be aware that you have to walk UPHILL for around 15 min from the location to Beyazit Station (T2)- main street to start visiting the attractions; the room and bathroom are quite cold since there is no sun beating over the place during the day, there is mildew over the ceiling in the bathroom due to humidity.   Comments: We were disappointed when we first walked into the room because it's not nearly as nice as it appears in the photos. The WiFi was poor - simple browsing is a challenge. The washing machine was broken so we couldn't do laundry on site. Other than that it was a nice stay. Fairly good location. We feel like we overpaid for the place. I wouldn't want to pay more than 20euro/night for it. We spent a week here. In hindsight, we'd spend a few nights in this area and a few nights in Galata.

  Comments: I stayed with mixed feelings after our stay. Our host seemed very nice and was helpful in what we asked for, a huge help was the fact that we could check in very early and also leave our luggage in the lobby after we checked out. What I didn't like however was that he was very slow in answering my messages, before and during the stay . The room looks much better in the photos than it really is. The furniture is quite old, worn out, the bed sheets were clean but had holes in them, mattresses were really dirty.. The bathroom looks unclean mainly because it is oldish as well and the worst thing was a very bad smell that we had during the whole stay and couldn't find where it came from. The location however was very nice i would say it is a nice neighbourhood and close to main attractions.

  Comments: Очень понравилось, бюджетный вариант, лучше намного чем хостел, хотя по ценам идентичны, чисто, тепло, удобная кровать. Местоположение супер, единственное что долго искали адрес, так как Гугл карта показывала не верно, до метро 10 минут пешком, до трамвая 5 минут, вечером есть где погулять, тихий, не шумный район, с окна виден супермаркет, ночное заведение типа кафе, парк. Рядом с домом аптека. В комнате есть все удобства для готовки, глажки. Очень рада что гостили именно здесь. Советую и Вам))

  Comments: This place isn't as nice as it looks in the pictures. The assistant who was meant to let us in when we first arrived didn't answer the door when we rang the bell so we were stuck outside at night with our luggage wondering what to do, thankfully I connected to the wifi from the cafe over the road to contact him that we were there and it was sorted. The rest of the stay was average but it's good for the amount of money you pay.

  Comments: Our room was a bit different than the photos. It wasn't too bad but also not what I expected. Compared to photos the room is a bit less nice overall. The location is okay. 5-10 minutes walking distance from Blue Mosque and tram line. We didn't have any problems with amenities.
