  Comments: Francisco was an excellent host. He met us and took us through the apartment. It is located in a busy neighborhood and may get noisy outside on Friday and Saturday. On the good side, markets, tapas, bakeries and coffee shops are steps away. The Parallell metro station is a bout 2 blocks away and you can walk to attractions such as Joan Miro Foundation.

  Comments: Estábamos en un grupo de 10 amigos, luego el piso estaba lleno a sua capacidad total. El salón y la cocina (las áreas comunes) son suficientement grandes para que todos estuviéramos juntos, lo que es muy bueno. A nosotros nos gustó mucho el acceso del piso, que es hecho directamente desde la calle en una esquina (está en la planta baja del edifício, con un piso arriba, y otro abajo), es muy práctico y trae mucha vida al piso. Pero, por eso, el local donde hay uno de los sofá camas en el sótano, no tiene ventanas y es un poco más frío que las otras habitaciones. Y por eso también, el piso no tiene mucha luz natural (los vidrios de las ventanas no son completamente transparentes lo que es bueno para la privacidad, pero no tan bueno para la iluminación). Tuvimos un problema con una de las dos duchas pero Francisco estuvo siempre accesible por mensaje y vino cambiar la manguera desde que posible. El barrio del Poble-Sec es perfecto, con mucha vida, bares, restaurantes, se hace todo a pie y tampoco está lejos del casco antiguo. El piso fue una buena solución de alojamiento para un grande grupo.

  Comments: Logement à fort potentiel, proche des lieux touristiques et transports. Supermarchés et restaurants à proximité. Appartement agréable pour dix personnes, quelques petits rafraîchissements sont à prévoir ainsi que de l'équipement (vaisselle, rideau de douche à remplacer par une cabine). Nous le recommanderions pour une famille avec enfants ou groupe d'amis.

  Comments: Excellent place to stay. Area is plenty of good places for food and drinks (tapas). House is great but not recommended for kids due to many stairs. Francisco is a great host, recommended!

  Comments: Francisco's place was perfectly located for our trip to Sónar Barcelona; only a ten minute walk from the 'by day' site. It accommodated ten people comfortably and was as pictured. For some reason Francisco had only made the bed for eight people, there was no hand soap in the 2nd bathroom and he hardly spoke a word of English - which was fine since I could manage in Spanish, but I don't envy those who have no Spanish and will try to work out the check-in details with him over the phone. On that note, Francisco was very insisting - to the point of being rude - that I don't call him again until I'm outside the apartment: 'don't call me on your way, don't call me around the corner, just call me when you're in front of the house.' That would've been fine if he would've been inside waiting, but after I called it took him twenty minutes to come over and open (he said five). There were ten of us on our way to an all-night festival so I was surprised that Francisco only had two sets of keys (and only one alarm-disarmer). When I asked if it was possible to have more sets he arrogantly told me it was an impossibility (when of course he can have more keys cut) and that he had rented the place to a group of friends, not ten individuals. While that is true, it still over-complicated things for us and when you're renting such a big place I think an investment in one or two more sets would really please your guests.

  Comments: Very well located in Poble Sec. Quiet neighborhood. At 10/15 min (walk distance) far from La Rambla. Very spacious and modern. Many restaurants, bars and supermarkets are around.

  Comments: Квартира прекрасно расположена, рядом есть магазин и кафешки для завтрака. Находится рядом с горой Монжуик. Апартаменты находятся на 1 этаже, вход в квартиру сразу с улицы, нижний этаж без окон. В квартире достаточно шумно ночью, обратите внимание, если едете с детками. В квартире чисто, но ей уже нужен косметический ремонт) Есть полотенца, постельное белье, фен и утюг.

  Comments: I think the best part of this accommodation was the location. Ten of us stayed here, and paid about £90 each, expecting we would have general amenities. The apartment worked on a water tank, so everyday only 3 people could have a hot shower in the morning, the water only reset again at night, which I thought wasn’t acceptable. The apartment was also missing lightbulbs in many lamps, so it was quite dark at night. The heating varied across the apartment, with the basement being freezing, and the top floor very hot. I wouldn’t be recommending this place to future stays

  Comments: The photos are accurate. It’s also close to tons and gazillions of restaurants, mini markets which made it very convenient for us to eat when we required it. It’s close to attractions, and we literally walked almost all the time when we wanted to get somewhere. Very nice place.

  Comments: Cette reservation a ete annulee. Apres l'entree sur les lieux, l'agence de voyage (pas de hote) nous a demande d'aerer quand nous avons notifie de l'odeur de moisissure. Airbnb apres l'envoie de plusieurs photos de traces au sol et sur les murs nous a immediatement rembourse. Je ne conseille pas du tout cet endroit. Certains meubles etaient bien plus vieux que sur les photos voire casses (lit, sommier...)

  Comments: The flat is in a great location... lots of great food options within a few minutes walk as well as great public transport nearby. Unfortunately there were several issues when we first arrived including cleanliness issues as well as ripped and dirty furniture not represented by the photos shown in the listing. These were brought up to the host and he responded promptly and had folks out to fix things like a broken bed, missing linens, broken railing, moldy bathroom, missing glass door on the shower, etc within 1-2 days. We had booked the flat with the description stating that it can fit 10... long story short... it can fit 10, but not comfortably and with 2 keys total, it is very hard to make plans with a larger group. Additionally, it's important to note that some of the "rooms" which sleep 2 each are not rooms so privacy can also be a concern. 1 of the rooms is in the basement which does not have AC to it, so this could also be an issue if the weather is warm. While we were in town, the weather was warm so we had to run the AC... which we were messaged that it was too loud for the neighbors a few days in to our stay. Additionally, like other guests have stated, the hot water heater accommodates about 2 showers at a time, so with a group of 10, this makes getting ready for the day very difficult. We had 1 of our group members leave after the first night due to some cleanliness, privacy and difficulties with the 2 key issues. Overall, it's in a great location, so if you have a small group or if you don't care about showering or having only 2 keys, it is wonderful!

  Comments: I do not recommended this place. The actual condition of the apartment is worse than described in the listing. For example, there was mold and insect in the bathroom; furnitures are old and dirty. The photos are not a true representation of the house and the descriptions are not accurate. The place is not spacious for 10 people. Host did not bother to come to the apartment when we called him to notify him of the water leaking from the ceiling. Host was late during our check in and check out and offered no apologies in both cases. He does not speak good English and he is rude.

  Comments: Francisco was reachable and responsive. The apartment can sleep 10 but might not be suitable for all groups and is basic. One double bed is in the basement and the other in a common space. Air circulation in the basement is limited. Our group liked the location of the apartment. If you are arriving late, it is good to know there is a shop right opposite which is open from 9 to 23:00. Furnitures are a bit run down but usable.

  Comments: THIS WAS THE WORST AIRBNB EXPERIENCE: Our check out meeting was supposed to be at 11h. You came at 10:40 when we were still getting dressed and you tried to get in. you came back at 10:50, you said that we only have 5 minutes and you entered inside while the girls were almost naked. This is called harassement. Until now we stayed polite because we are all well educated and came to Barcelona to enjoy our weekend not to create problems even if your attitude was very rude, you don’t know what is apologizing and what is tourism. At 11:02, you started screaming and threatening us that we won’t have our money back( the change from the taxes + late check in) because we had 2 minutes delay which is extremely annoying. Until now we didn’t say anything we just got off the house without even checking if we didn’t forget anything because it was 11:02 and you seemed very impatient and agressive toward all of us while we were just asking for our money back( the change from taxes) This being said, let’s come back to how things happened during this weekend: 1- the communication to retrieve the keys was extremely bad, we spent around 2 hours to succeed to reach you. The person that was supposed to give us the keys didn’t answer our call for one hour and then my friend waited for 30 minutes before she came!!!!! And she didn’t have the change and still we didn’t say anything even if it was cold and dangerous. As we are regular travelers we learned to be indulgent and to be human in our exchanges which is not your case. 2- The pictures on airbnb don’t look like reality, they are fake as we didn’t have the same furnitures, the house is very dusty and dirty, we even found a cockroach!!!! The beds are very thin and uncomfortable. And above all, the house is very noisy we hear everything when we are sleeping from outside. 3- Let’s now talk about the neighborhood, what about these guys who sit in front of your house all the day smoking weed, drinking and talking aggressively to us?? What about these neighbors who threw eggs on us because we were talking from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm(from 10:00 pm we were at the restaurant, with proof)?? Your house is insecure. 4- Even inside the house, it’s dangerous: - electrical plugs not covered and my friend got hurt - no electricity in one room - insects in the ceiling and on the table - the entrance door is very fragile and we were very afraid that the guys on the step in front of the door got in because they were knocking at the door. Ultimately, it seems very enigmatic for us how there were some old good comments as this is the worse Airbnb experience for the 10 of us. We are very disappointed of your agressive attitude and we intend to take the necessary measures to make sure that this bad experience won’t occur for other travelers and to restore justice for all of us.

  Comments: Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. The apartment was great, the only issue was the broken shower downstairs which made 8 people using one shower very difficult. Location brilliant and plenty of items to use to cook. Host was great showing us around however we would have loved to have been in the apartment as soon as we arrived and not wait on the street

  Comments: Overall, a fantastic place to stay. Yes the water will be cold after a few showers but you can’t beat the space you’re given and the location of the apartment. Everything is walking distance and seemingly 2 minutes away from everything. I enjoyed this place very much and wish that many others do the same and understand when someone says this place is not as expected, they are wrong. It’s a nice place in a great city.
