  Comments: Casa ideal para quem deseja passar uns dias no Porto. A localização é excelente, é possível ir a pé para todo o lado e fica mesmo no centro da cidade. A casa está bem equipada e é ideal para 4 pessoas. O senhor Miguel recebeu-nos muito bem, foi muito simpático e dispos-se sempre a ajudar caso tivessemos algum problema. Excelente hospitalidade e simpatia características dos habitantes do Porto! :) Recomendo!

  Comments: La estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria y agradable. El piso muy nuevo, limpio y bien situado, en el centro. Se puede ir andando a los sitios de interés turístico. Miguel nos esperaba para indicarnos dónde poder aparcar y con un mapa de la ciudad para aconsejarnos. Muchas gracias por todo. Oporto nos ha encantado y sin duda un acierto con este alojamiento.

  Comments: O apartamento eh uma graça, bem cuidado, limpo, bem localizado. O Miguel foi um anfitrião incrível, nos esperou e chegamos tarde, nos ajudou, nos deu um mapa com dicas, foi super diaponivel o tempo todo, tirei algumas dúvidas por (Hidden by Airbnb) e ele sempre muito atencioso. Super recomendo mesmo!

  Comments: we had a very good time in this apartment. it's cosy and offers you everything you need. close to lots of interesting stores and the center. it was very easy to communicate with miguel and he was super friendly. definitely recommending this apartment.

  Comments: Miguel's place is top notch. It doesn't get much better. For a short or long-term stay, this place is awesome. I love the area: artsy, trendy and cool. In 3-4 years Cedofeita will be the "it" street and be restored to all its past glory. If you want a youthful vibe of an area peppered with the old school grandeur... this is it! The apartment is simple and clean. It's contemporary without being cold or boring. I love how the back windows open onto a nice green backyard (no access, but a nice view for Porto). Miguel know service and hospitality. I highly recommend his place.

  Comments: Miguel è una persona molto disponibile che ci ha aiutato e suggerito posti da visitare e per mangiare. Molto gentile da parte sua, ci ha fatti entrare prima nell'appartamento nonostante il check-in fosse alle 15.00. Consiglio questo appartamento per soggiorni corti di un week-end se non si ha intenzione di mangiare in casa. Non ci ha dato questa casa che avevo prenotato bensì un'altra che ha al primo piano (visibile nel suo profilo). Appena arrivati abbiamo subito informato Miguel della scarsa pulizia del bagno e ci ha detto che avrebbe mandato di nuovo la signora delle pulizie anche se non fu necessario. La casa è molto carina ma a mio parere non è adatta per un lungo soggiorno dato che il riscaldamento è elettrico e l' angolo cucina è sacrificato, manca l' essenziale come sale, olio ecc. Nella casa si può trovare detersivo per piatti, spugna, bagnoschiuma, phon, carta da cucina e da bagno (anche se per 4 persone in un soggiorno di 5 giorni ci vorrebbero più di 2 rotoli). Nel nostro caso erano giorni piovosi e le finestre di legno non sono molto isolanti quindi la casa rimaneva umida. Il frigorifero è di quelli piccoli, non so se si fosse rotto però le cose fresche si sono rovinate. Detto questo la casa rimane un buon compromesso perché si trova in una posizione strategica a pochi passi dal centro e supermercati.

  Comments: I have never given a negative review but unfortunately I cannot give this apartment / stay a positive review. When we arrived we were told we had been 'upgraded' and were given a different apartment to the one we had booked. The apartment we were given was sadly not yet fully operational / suitable for guest rental. Issues included exposed wiring in a bathroom powerpoint which was a potentially dangerous situation given that the bathroom floor was extremely wet due to inadequate shower drainage. When this powerpoint was used it shorted the household power. Other issues included water leaking from the kitchen wall, inadequate heating, security issues (apartment could be entered via a hole in the wall and through a locked cupboard door), no hot water in the kitchen. I let Miguel know in detail the issues we encountered, but he was out of town until late in the evening, however he did come by the following morning but was unable to resolve the issues during our stay. Once these issues are resolved this apartment certainly has the potential to be a great place to stay. It has a lovely ambience, is well furnished and is in a great location.
