  Comments: Margaret embodies everything you could ask for as an AirBnb host. She promptly replied to any and all messages and gave forewarning about the quirks of her apartment. There were no surprises at all once I arrived; everything was exactly as she described. The location is great; the apartment is on a quiet street with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Subway stations are a few short blocks away. Margaret's apartment is clean and furnished well enough to be comfortable while still experiencing classic New York. I absolutely love how the apartment was decorated. Simple, yet cozy. This apartment is definitely one of the most enviable locations in the West Village.

  Comments: Great location! The area is beautiful and cosy, it really has charm. Lots of nice bars, cafés and little shops, and It's easy to get around to the other parts of the city, both by foot and with public transport. The room is nice and clean. I would highly recommend everyone to stay at Margarets place!

  Comments: You can't get better accommodation in Manhattan if you're looking for a nice, local and private space. Margaret's apartment is super super clean, exactly as described and located in the best neighborhood of NYC - the West Village. There are tons of cafes, restaurants and pubs around, subway lines are 5 to 10 minutes away and the place is very quiet and private. The bedroom is nice with A/C and large closet, the bed is comfortable and linens are new and clean. Margaret is very nice. She gave us some local tips and even a printed handout with best local coffee places. She works and studies so we had the apartment for ourselves majority of time. No problems at all. Booking this place is the best thing you can do to directly improve your NYC experience. And bring chocolate ;)

Her place was clean and well kept, and West Village is filled with adorable restaurants, bars, and stylish shops every corner you turn.   Comments: We really enjoyed staying at Margarets place. The apartment is very cute and the room is perfectly tidy, clean and with a great view. The location in the West Village is perfect, restaurants, shops and the subway just a stone’s throw away from the apartment. And of course it’s a great starting point to discover the city on foot.

  Comments: Super localisation , appartement fidèle à la description . Margaret est tres sympa et discrète ... mais efficace si besoin . Communication claire et réponse rapide . Flexibilité pour le Check out vraiment apprécié et qui nous a permis de bien profité du dernier jour. On n’a peu vu Margaret pendant le séjour mais elle était toujours dispo par message si besoin. Le quartier est super sympa avec plein de restau et boutiques autour ainsi que des bouches de métro . On recommande vivement . Merci Margaret Amazing location. Room as per pictures and description no surprise ! Margaret is a nice host, discret and responsive . Her communication is kind, smooth and efficient . We did appreciate her flexibility with late check out which allowed us to enjoy our last day until last minutes . We did not see Margaret a lot during our stay but she was always available over message when needed. The location is great with a lot of good spots around including Magnolia bakery (2min) and high line and Chelsea Market (7min by walk) would definitely be back to this place !!! We do recommend .
