  Comments: The apartment is really nice and perfect for 6 adults. It is decorated with fully furnished kitchen, air conditioner and large screened TV which connected with internet. The shopping mall 'Glories' is too close and 'Agbar tower' soothing our minds by exploring multiple colours in the evening. We found better communication from this place and Metro, Tram and Bus are in walking distance. Going to Sea beach needs only few minutes. I strongly recommend this apartment as five star.

  Comments: El piso es grande, luminoso y está decorado con muy buen gusto!! Muy bien comunicado, y a una calle del centro comercial, lo que facilita mucho la vida. Da realmente sensación de casa, cosa que se agradece cuando estás fuera. Además Marcos, el anfitrión, muy atento y pendiente de que todo fuera bien y que estuviéramos agusto.   Comments: Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, in der Nahe von einem sehr schönen Einkaufzentrum und öfflentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 15 Min auf einer sehr schönen Promenade. Die Wohnung an sich wurde komplett renoviert, sieht sehr schön aus und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, hat uns immer Tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar

  Comments: Hello everyone! Our 7 day stay in the apartment was great. Upon arrival we found the apartment clean and very well maintained flat, host Marcos showed us around and showed the nearest center. The apartment was TV channels, radio, internet WIFI and pads games so do not get bored in the evenings it! Rooms clean, neat and when we said that there is no kettle, the next day we received it with a hair dryer. I would recommend to anyone to book accommodation at this price because nothing and nothing cheaper and you will not find better. Apartment in the center :-) Marcos greet you and see you!

  Comments: It was a nice flat with nice beds , smart tv , heaters and perfectly fits for 6 people.The flat is very near to the metro Glories and Clot , very near to beach and also Sagrada familia.There is a shopping mall Glories by 2 min walk near the apartment...Marcos was very helpful.. He even came with me to show the shopping mall and helped us buying things..Thanks a lot Marcos.. Moreover the flat looks the same as shown in the pictures, it is very clean..   Comments: For our first time in Barcelona we couldn't find any better! We were 4 and we stayed for 7 days (for celebrate the new year), and it was perfect for all of us! The apartment looks as shown in the pictures; it's very clean, tidy and it has everything you need: in the living room there are TV, radio, internet WIFI, game console. The kitchen is fully equipped! The bathroom is very clean and tidy (as the entire apartment, like I said!). The apartment is also very close a big mall and very near the Metro (but you can find other public transport like tram and bus). It was very easy to reach the city centre! Marcos is a perfect host: he was really kind and helpful from the first time and he shown us how to visit the town with all the public transport. Also we found coffee and biscuits for our breakfast :-) I'm sure I'll come back to visit again Barcelona and I have no doubt on which apartment I'll choose! I'll recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to join a perfect stay in Barcelona at a great price! We spent a great time in Barcelona, thanks to Marcos!

  Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Marcos’. The flat is clean and comfortable and Marcos is the perfect host. There is everything you may need, including a new fridge, washing machine and television, and we really felt like at home! It is very close to public transports (metro, tram, rail and busses) and to a big shopping centre. You can get there directly by train from the airport and it is a short walk away from Clot Underground and Railway station. Also, just around the corner there is a park and in less than five minutes you can walk to the Clot market where you can buy all sorts of Spanish food and have a taste of living in a traditional “barrio” of Barcelona. The famous Torre Agbar and the New Encants flee market are just five minutes away. It is possible to go jogging or take walk straight to the beach which is around 15 minutes’ away. Check-in and check-out is very straight forward and communication with Marcos was very good. We receive the best welcome ever and Marcos and his wife even left a bottle of Cava in the fridge for us. Marcos was always available to provide us with useful tips and information on what to do in Barcelona and when we left he even gave us a lift in his car and gave us a tour of the coastline from the Olympic Village to the Forum area. He must be one of the friendliest hosts in Airbnb! I can definitely recommend this flat to anyone who is visiting Barcelona and I will certainly go back myself next time!

  Comments: We only stayed in barcelona for 2 days and I'm pretty sure that I chose the best spot in town! The apartment was clean/comfortable/modern and had everything we could wish for. The location was more than perfect. It's very close to a big mall and if you just need some basic stuff you will find a convenience store right next to the entrance hall. It's also very close to the subway and train (direct connection with the Barcelona airport=cheap and fast). Marcos gave us a warm welcome and was very accommodating. He even helped us to find a good tapas bar and also made the reservation for us. He told us that we could always call or text him if we had any questions. So with all this said... we couldn't ask for a better first experience with airbnb. Thanks for everything Marcos and keep up the good work!. If we ever come back to Barcelona...we will definitely rent your apartment again!

Накануне моего приезда направил в мой адрес подробные карты метро и автобусов Барселоны, а также подробнейшим образом описанный маршрут движения от станции метро до квартиры. Несмотря на достаточно поздний мой приезд, он дождался меня в квартире, передал ключи и коротко рассказал где что находится и как все работает. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания. К порядку и чистоте нет никаких претензий. Имеется также полный набор бытовой химии для поддержания чистоты. Квартира находится примерно на равном удалении от 2-х станций метро Clot и Glories, до обеих станций пешком минут 7-10. Также рядом находится большой торговый центр. Marcos, большое спасибо, все было замечательно.

  Comments: It was our first experience with airbnb service. We were 5 girls and we stayed for 10 days. We are very pleased with the apartment and we are delighted with the Marcos’ hospitality, kindness and care. Нe provided us with all the information before our trip - how to get to the apartment, metro and buses schemes, and even links to app guides. Marcos, you’re really a perfect host! The apartment is located very good, near the subway station and train station, from which trains go to the airport. There is a large shopping center in front of the house. Near the apartment there is a small park and grocery market. We were walking distance to the Sagrada Familia. One of the symbols of Barcelona - Agbar Tower – can be observed from the apartment. The apartment is very cozy, clean, modern, comfortable and spacious for five people. It’s equipped with everything you need; comfortable furniture, new dishes, linens, towels, household chemicals. A small negative thing - during our stay it was a little cold, but Marcos prudently showed where to get warm blankets. Marcos gave advice and tips what to visit and tried to help us in every way. On my sister’s birthday he offered to call to the restaurant and to ask them to do something like a birthday cake with candles, it was so cute! We were very happy with the choice.   Comments: Marcos and his wife met us promptly and allowed us to leave our bags while we enjoyed the city. He went above and beyond to send us information on sights to see in the city. The apartment was clean and spacious, very comfortable for our stay in Barcelona. Marcos gave us a tour of the neighborhood and even walked us to the Tour Bus Stop. His wife did a wonderful job of preparing the apartment, plenty of amenities, including fresh flowers and breakfast items. We ate dinner at the same restaurant both evenings just up the street called the Gent Del Barri...great reasonably priced food. The weather was sunny and warm so we spent time on the double decker tour bus seeing all the sights. We had a wonderful 2 day visit in Barcelona.

  Comments: First of all, we would like note the pre-service from Marcos. He wrote to Valery often sufficiently and explained us some details concerning Barcelona famous places, landscape, shops and restaurants. All this information became very useful when we arrived to Barcelona. It allows us to economize time, money and energy. Further, we received detail plan of way to address. It gives us possibility to find our habitation so easy. Marcos met us near the address and navigated to flat, which is really as on the photo airbnb.ru. All the declared terms satisfies exactly. Flat is such, truly. :-) Pleasant bonus waited us in the kitchen: there were milk, juice and cookies as meeting food. Also in the locker we found coffee, tea and sugar. We did not know deficiency with dishes, towels and so on. Our life was comfortable and nice. Especially important for us there was location our house. Crossing road you can arrive to Glories Centre - the place of shopping, Carefour - supermarket for your needs, - and then - metro station Glories. Sparkling Tower Agbar impressed our daughters from the window at the dark evenings... We kindly recommend this apartment and its masters Marcos and his wife Fina.

  Comments: we stayed in Barcelona for 5 nights and this is absolutely the best apartment we could ever met. First of all, in the pre-trip period , Marcos provided lots of useful information for our reference, he also provided lots of help to us and replied us immediately every time during our stay. The house is clean with a well furnished kitchen, u can wash clothes there and cook. Marcos also bought food for us upon our arrival. He is a super nice guys. I think I would visit this place again if I come to Barcelona next time.

  Comments: Marcos was a fantastic host. We were a little slower getting to the apartment from the airport than expected but he had no problems waiting for us and was there on arrival. He sent multiple helpful documents before my stay via Dropbox including metro maps, things to do etc. Very useful. He also gave me his number and said to contact him if we needed at any time for advice or help. The apartment was fantastic. Clean, modern, airy, good sized rooms and beds. We had 4 staying and each had a separate bed. The shower was powerful and the kitchen filled with everything you could need. He even left us some nice biscuits and juice, and had water chilled on arrival. Was about a 25min bus ride to Ramblas area. Familia was 30min walk. Beach was a 30min walk. Nice quiet area and out of the tourist areas so great to come back to after a day out and about. Excellent stay, I highly recommend it!

  Comments: Согласен с предыдущими отзывами - очень хорошая квартира и приветливый хозяин. Останавливались на 8 дней, нас было 6 человек. Все комфортно разместились. В квартире 3 отдельных спальни, в каждой можно организовать по 2 спальных места + просторная гостиная с телевизором, игровой приставкой и большим стеклянным столом, )) как на фото. Вся бытовая техника в отличном состоянии и исправна. Много разной посуды и столовых приборов. Маркос помогал решать любые вопросы и вообще оставил впечатление хорошего человека. Спасибо ему. Across the street there is a shopping mall where you can get almost everything you need.   Comments: Marcos' flat is perfect. It is very well situated in the center of Barcelona and the beach is not too far either. The flat was very clean and the kitchen fully equipped. Marcos was very helpful during our stay at the flat, he sent us maps and gave us advice where to go and what to visit. Right next to the flat is a huge shopping center with restaurants, lots of shops (very good shopping opportunity!!) and a huge supermarket. All in all, I can recommend this flat to anyone visiting Barcelona! We will definitely come back!

  Comments: Apartment is really comfortable and all photos completely correspond to reality. Marcos met us personally in front of the undeground entrance and led us to the apartment. It was very pleasure and saved our time. Just in fronrt of apartment there is a big shopping center with supermarket CARREFOUR where we bought everyday all needed food. Price and choice is quite reasonable. It is verry easy to reache undeground station by foot just walking 8-10 minutes. Marcos and his wife were verry hospitable giving us detailed instructions and presented us tasty ground coffee and cake. Assuming we can say that quality-price ratio is verry good.

  Comments: The flat is conveniently located between Clot & Glories metro stations ( (Website hidden by Airbnb) ), it is in a walking distance from La Sagrada Familia (a must visit in Barcelona) and very close to Agbar Tower, which is seen from anywhere and helps navigate to the apartment if you ever get lost :) Additionally, Glories shopping center is real close and could serve for any need during your stay. We used it mainly for buying groceries at the Carrefour supermarket, but you could find there whatever you need. Marcos and his lovely wife took care of everything - We are a family of two parents and three teenagers. The flat is well equipped - three bedrooms and extra sofa-beds in the living room, dining table and bathroom with constant hot water. Nothing was missing, really, and it goes down to the level of towels, trash bag and even napkins and a Wii console for the kids. But on top of all the above, Marcos is truly an exceptional host. He went out of his way several times for us. It started with a lot of information about BCN by email prior to our arrival, continued by waiting for us at the Clot metro station when we arrived from the airport and accompanying us to purchase a local SIM card and showing us around. All was great including the tasty coffee and cupcakes! Thank you, Marcos !!!

Marcos is a nice and helpfull host, he was waiting for our arrival on a bus station and show us how to get to the flat.   Comments: I stayed in the flat for a week with four friends at the end of July. It was perfect for all our needs and had excellent amenities such as air conditioning, wii, sofa beds, and a well equipped kitchen. Marcos was extremely helpful and sent me plenty of information about the city and the flat itself, as well a recommending a variety of activities for us to do (the Razzmatazz nightclub is well worth a visit). The location of the flat was superb being a 15 minute walk from one of the best beaches, very close to both the El Clot and Glories metro stations, and importantly it is only a stones throw away from the Carrefour Supermarket. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this flat for people looking to explore Barcelona at a reasonable price.

  Comments: Samen met drie vrienden hebben we 14 nachten in dit appartement geslapen. Bij aankomst bij het appartement heeft Marcos ons van allerlei informatie gegeven over Barcelona; over de bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, metro, e.d. Dit was prettig en gaf een goede eerste indruk. Halverwege ons verblijf heeft Marcos nog eens gevraagd of alles naar wens was, het was perfect voor ons! Het appartement zag er, net als op de foto's, netjes en verzorgd uit. Alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig (Bijvoorbeeld handdoeken, schoon beddengoed, ed.)! In de woonkamer hangt een airco, dit vonden wij heel prettig. Hartje zomer wordt het toch best warm in Spanje. Qua locatie ligt dit appartement heel centraal, voor ons ideaal. Wij hebben vrijwel alles gelopen, en binnen een half uur stonden we op het strand/ op de Rambla of elders waar we heen wilden. Het is een centraal punt, en met de toren Agbar recht ervoor ook een goed te vinden en herkenbaar punt! Het was alles bij elkaar een super leuke en prettige accommodatie om een vakantie door te brengen! Echt een aanrader!

  Comments: This is all the best you can expect from a Airbnb Host. Marcos was always reactive, provided a lot of information, before and even during our stay. He was ver gentle and kind with me and my family. The house is very clean. The equipment was even above my expectations (wii game, kitchen furniture etc...). Very near Tram, Metro and "Las Glories" commercial stores. You can go by walk to Sagrada Familia in 15 minutes.   Comments: Marcos and his wife have been very friendly and helpful. They picked us up at the metro where we arrived later than planned because we received our daughter's buggy only after a delay at the airport, sorry for that!! We went to their spacious and tidy apartment, which was perfect for our stay, there is a Wii for the kids, a big kitchen and beds in which we slept very well, in fact I cannot remember a better bed in any hotel I went to. The living room has nice air conditioning. There is currently construction work going on in the street below at daytime, but the windows block the noise as well as that of the traffic very well. There is a bakery some 5 minutes away where they have very good whole grain bread and even bread buns like we know and love in Germany, so we had nice breakfasts. A few steps outside the main entrance there is a small supermarket and then there is the big shopping mall over the street. About 80 meters down the road you can find an internet shop which we used to print out our tickets for the flight back. Other than that we heavily used the WLAN in the apartment which worked without any problems all of the time. The neighborhood is not the most glamorous one, but each one of the neighbors we met was nice. You can walk to Sagrada Familia in about 20 minutes and there are two metro stations nearby at about 8 minutes, so you can easily go everywhere in the city by public transport. (We heartily recommend the Barcelona Card.) We have been very satisfied with our first Airbnb experience, thank you Marcos & wife!

  Comments: Για μένα ήταν το καλύτερο σπίτι που θα μπορούσα να βρω αν σκεφτείς ότι ταξιδεύω μόνη με τρία παιδιά. Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες και πάρα πολύ καθαρό. Η περιοχή αρκετά ασφαλής για τα δεδομένα της Βαρκελώνης και το διαμέρισμα 5-7 λεπτά από το μετρό. Ακριβώς απέναντι από το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται το εμπορικό GLORIES που μπορείς να βρεις ότι θες από το carrefour, εστιατόρια, fast food, φαρμακείο, parking. Ο Mάρκος ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και με βοήθησε πολύ με τα παιδιά μου στο αεροδρόμιο γιατί μόνη μου θα δυσκολευόμουν αρκετά καθώς το αεροδρόμιο είναι μεγάλο και έχει πάντα πολύ κόσμο. Ο αυτοκινητόδρομος έχει αρκετή φασαρία αλλά με τα διπλά τζάμια απομονώνεται αρκετά.

The house is no doubt wonderful, very convinient location, Glories metro is hardly 5 minutes walk and Clot is around 10 minutes, the big Carrafour supermarket is just infront of the house. House is very clean and nice. Initially i thought that it will be bit noisy since its next to a road(as per the (Hidden by Airbnb) maps). But Marcos put double glass in windows which make house completely sound proof, we never heard any vehicle noice. Marcos picked us from airport and gave plenty of information about the city.   Comments: Absolutely amazing week in Barcelona! This was our first airbnb experience and Marcos definitely set high expectations for future hosts! He met us the first day and spent two hours reviewing the area and the tourist attractions. He even brought us some basic groceries since the market was closed on Sunday! He was easily accessible during the week to answer any questions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, huge fridge, iron). It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bus and tram stations in front of the apt. building. Carefour and shopping center across the street. Very convenient.   Comments: We had a wonderful trip to Barcelona thanks to Marcos and his lovely apartment. Marcos provided us with loads of information before our visit and made sure we were arrived and settled in. Fina (Marcos' Wife) was even kind enough to pick us up from the Train Station. The apartment was exactly as described, very spacious with all the amenities you could need for your trip. The location was very handy for being a tourist. There are 2 metro stations nearby and the Glories Shopping center was convenient for groceries and a quick coffee. We mostly used the metro as we had a 6 year old with us but the beach and town are a 25 minute walk from the apartment on tree-lined streets. If you want to see all of Barcelona with the comforts of home then I would recommend Marcos' flat.

Traffic is convenient, can take a railway directly from airport and easy to go to most tourist sites. And there is a market around, easy to get food and fruits. Marcos is a super nice guy. One member in our group lost his bag in railway the day we left Barcelona and we urgently request another night to stay.   Comments: Flat is at a great location viewing Agbar tower, and close to the Encants Vells (a flea market which is the biggest of its kind in Barcelona) and the Meseu del Disseny (desing museum). Opposite the appartment is a large shopping centre housing a Carrefour supermarket, and a selection of restauraunts and shops. The appartment can be reached via train from Barcelona airport to Clot trainstation in about half an hour, from there it is just 7 minute walk. Glories metrostation an tram stops are all in walking distance. Marcos is an excellent host, he waited for us at the trainstation to take us to the appartment, even brought us some groceries as we arrived on a sunday, and was kind to answer all our questions and provided useful information for us to enjoy the great city of Barcelona!

  Comments: Pasamos 5 hermosos días en la Barcelona junto con mi esposa y nuestra hija. Fuimos afortunados al alojarnos en el departamento de Marcos, una unidad confortable, impecable por donde se la mire y que cuenta con todos los elementos y equipamiento que el viajero puede necesitar aunque su estadía sea prolongada. Es amplio, tal como se ve en las fotos y muy luminosos. Está ubicado en una zona moderna de la ciudad, vecino a un importante centro comercial, con fácil acceso a todo tipo de transportes. Quien desee recorrer los alrededores encontrará numerosos parques, mercados, ferias, centros culturales y corredores turísticos. Según hacia donde camine en poco tiempo llegará a la playa o a la Sagrada Familia y a paso encontrará puntos de interés. Marcos ha sido un gran anfitrión, nos recibió personalmente, nos contó acerca de lo que podríamos encontrar en esa fantástica ciudad, nos entregó folletos y mapas y, por si esto fuera poco se ocupó de proveer la heladera y la alacena con bebidas y alimentos para facilitar nuestros desayunos. Además estuvo siempre atento a lo que pudiéramos necesitar, aunque creo que no le dimos mucho trabajo en ese sentido. Que decir de Barcelona. Un lugar que merece conocerse. Los catalanes muestran con orgullo un valioso patrimonio cultural, que preservan mientras hacen crecer a diario una nueva ciudad, como si continuaran caminos marcados por los grandes arquitectos y diseñadores que por allí pasaron.

He went out of his way to make sure we had all the information about the city, transport, and the sights and restaurants. He made us feel at home and had everything you needed to feel comfortable. Any questions we had, he was able to answer within minutes of us sending a message on Airbnb. The area was great, especially since it was in close proximity to the shopping center where you could easily get groceries and other necessities. It was also easy to get around due to the fact that the metro, tram and buses were all within walking distance. One day we even walked down to the beach. Generaly, he provided piece of mind and the feeling that someone will help us in any need we may have during our stay.His apartment is exactly as described in his profile.In addition there were plenty of extra towels, bed linnen, blankets and different size pillows,table covers,soap,shampoo,airfresheners...etc.Marcos had supplied milk, coffee, tea and croissants for our midnight arrival.We requested and he provided without extra charge beach towels and a portable parasole to use in aquaparks or on the beach.The apartment is very conveniently located - a shopping mall across the street, a park and a fruit&vegetable market behind the block, two underground stations in just 2-3 minutes walking and lots of small shops, restaurants, cafes and bakeries very close around.There is also a public paid parking next to the mall where we kept our (Website hidden by Airbnb) Agbar and Glories shopping mall are recognizable points for all taxi drivers or locals you may ask to help with directions. Location is very good too, across the road from large shopping centre, 2 train stops only 5 min walk each (3-4 stops to city centre). Lors de notre arrivé ils nous ont bien expliqué les fonctionnalités de l'appartement quelques conseils pour le métro, des endroits à visités et faire attention à ces affaires. Il a était vraiment attentionné en nous laissant dans la cuisine du lait, des madeleines, des biscuits, ainsi que des céréales, ça nous a fait vraiment plaisir. Pendant mon séjour j'ai eu un petit soucis au pied, je l'ai contacter il s'est déplacer à l'appartement sans hésitation pour m'emmener à l'hôpital, j'en suis vraiment reconnaissante ! Il a du tout traduire pour moi et m'a accompagner toute l'après midi. Le séjour s'est très bien passer sinon, rien a dire, et le fait qu'il y a le centre commercial Glories juste en face c'est vraiment un point fort, très pratique et surtout les transport qui sont pas loin du tout ( tramway , metro ). Voilà que du positif, nous avons été vraiment satisfait si c'était à refaire on reprendrait le même appartement !

Before we arrived Marcos was in regular contact to ensure everything went smoothly and sent us information about Barcelona so we could plan our stay. The apartment itself was in pristine condition, it was like we just landed at a top hotel! Marcos was waiting outside the apartment when we arrived and told us everything we need to know about Barcelona. He was always on the end of the phone in case we needed anything and to be honest we were absolutely amazed by his friendly, professional and caring approach. He even had the kitchen stocked with some basics such as milk, tea, bread and washing up liquid which meant we could arrive stress free! The location and apartment is perfect! Located near Glories stop (very central), near amenities and only a short walk from the beach! It has everything you need! There are a lot of apartments available but I would highly recommend you do not need to look any further.   Comments: Marcos waren wirklich sehr nett, sie haben uns einige brauchbare Informationen über Metro/Sehenswürdigkeiten/Strand/Bars usw für die ersten Tage in Barcelona geschickt. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Küche war mit alle notwendigen Sachen fürs Kochen ausgestattet, super gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich vor der Tür. Allerdings zwei Sachen haben uns ziemlich gestört: Alle Fenster gehen auf die Hauptstraße raus und wenn man sie offen lässt wird es ziemlich laut. Balkon ist super schmal und man kann sich leider nicht raussetzen. Ansonsten war alles TOP! Barcelona ist echt schön!

  Comments: Marcos' flat is very nice and clean and Marcos himself is a very nice, kind and professional host. His warm hospitality is appreciated. He always followed up the time I would arrive in Barcelona and tried to pick me up at the train station but unfortunately I missed to see him there. Then he came to see at the me at his flat to give me the keys and to provide very clear and detailed explanation on how to use almost everything in there. He also walked along with me to show how to get to take the train to the airport. Unfortunately, I had to move out of his flat 1 day prior to my plan because there was an unexpected cut of water supply as the authority was fixing the water pipe at the public garden. Marcos came to see me at his flat and sent me off to the hotel via taxi to ensure I arrived there safely. His care to the guest is quite exceptional and very impressive.

  Comments: This is a perfect apartment and Marcos is a perfect landlord. We've got a very pleasant experience here in Barcelona. The apartment is big and super clean and contains almost everything you need. The location is very good, you just need to take a few minutes to get to the metro (line 1 and line 2), and just across the street (30 seconds walk) is a big shopping area with a big Carrefour. Marcos is extremely nice and enthusiastic. He will receive at the train station and prepare the breakfast cakes for the next day.   Comments: Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Wohnung von Marcos. Er hat uns bei der Ankunft spät abends von der U-Bahn abgeholt und uns zur Wohnung gebracht. Weil wir Samstag abend angekommen sind, hatte er sogar schon für ein Frühstück gesorgt. Wir hatten damit nicht gerechnet und haben uns sehr umsorgt und willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt sogar extra Badetücher für den Strand, zusätzliche Kissen und Decken und für die Kinder eine Wii. Marcos war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns alles wichtige erklärt. Die Straße vor der Wohnung ist laut, im Schlafzimmer gibt es aber doppelte Fenster und so stört die Straße nicht beim Schlafen. Nochmals vielen Dank.

The apartment is conveniently located, with the metro just a few minutes by foot, and walking to the Sagrada Familia is reasonably close. The apartment turned out exactly as described and as depicted in the photos. The kitchen was well equipped, including induction stoves, a large oven and a huge modern fridge. WiFi worked without a hitch and was very fast. It was nice to have a full HD smart TV with a Wii as well. The location and apartment aside, Marcos is absolutely the best host I have ever met. Right after my booking was confirmed, he sent me various useful documents to help me find my way around Barcelona. On top of that, Marcos made the effort to communicate with me during the days leading up to my arrival, ensuring that I knew what transportation to take. During the stay, Marcos would call me immediately after I ask him about things such as how to operate the water heater. In short, if Airbnb decides to give awards to outstanding hosts, Marcos would easily make the top 5 in the world. Take my word for it, you will not regret your stay at Marcos' apartment.

  Comments: Because of some problem of our flights and we were late arriving Barcelona and what impressed me a lot is Marcos and his wife were waiting us for 5 hours more at the flat and they had prepared some foods for us.   Comments: We had a great time in Barcelona! Marcos's friend took care of meeting us in front of the apartment and checking us in. Well-stocked, comfortable, and spacious apartment. Reliable WiFi and good washing machine. Only 2 floors upstairs but there is a roomy elevator if needed. Location is nice - close to the quaint Mercado de Clot and a park that has a lot of locals in the evenings. Also conveniently close to La Sagrada Familia, metro stops, and the R2 train that takes 30 minutes and about 4 euro to the airport. Only issues were there was a lot of construction going on in front while we were there (May 2016) and one of the neighbors had a fussy baby. Great sound insulation from the street but not as much from the neighbors. You might want earplugs.

  Comments: We stayed at Marcos' place for Primavera sound festival and it was a handy location for getting to the Forum venue - the trams were on all night so very convenient. We were a group of 5 so used a sofa bed in the lounge, which worked well as it had its own door. The flat is really well equipped which was great for a six night stay - there are even beach towels! It was really good value for the convenience of the location - 20 minute walk to the sagrada familia and to the main park in the centre - and 3 bedrooms. Marcos was really helpful and communicative before and during out stay. Thank you!

  Comments: Fantastic apartment for me and a group of friends having their grad trip in Barcelona. Nearly everything is in walking distance, if not, then a metro station is literally 5 minutes away. Inside the apartment, we didn't have any issues with warm water for showers or internet speed. Marcos provides towels and other bathroom necessities (even beach towels). The only thing that would've been convenient is if there were a coffee table at the couch area. In all, you should definitely chose this apartment. Thanks Marcos.

Almost a month ahead of our trip, he set up a Dropbox folder with key information about the city, and and answered every question we had. Beyond that, the city of Barcelona did the rest...   Comments: Marcos house was amazing just as described in the pictures and the post! Location was very central and just 5 mins away from the metro station so travelling wasnt a hassle.. Marcos is a perfect host, extremely flexible and patient as he went an extra mile to facilitate our late checkin when our flight got delayed.. He was in constant touch to make sure we reached safely and was so caring that he even kept milk and cookies for us since we reached very late at night (around midnight). Marcos è stato molto gentile sia prima che durante il nostro soggiorno: sempre disponibile in caso di problemi e per accordarci sugli orari di check-in e check-out. Inoltre ci ha dato diversi consigli su come muoversi in città, su luoghi da visitare, locali, ristoranti etc. L'appartamento è come descritto nell'annuncio, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Situato in una zona tranquilla di fronte al supermercato Carrefour, a 5 minuti a piedi dalle fermate di Glories e Clot da dove è possibile raggiungere comodamente ogni zona della città (metro, tram, treno). Molto comodo anche l'arrivo dall'aeroporto (30 minuti in treno dal terminal 2 alla fermata Clot). Insomma appartamento consigliatissimo per visitare Barcellona!

Marcos and his wife were so accommodating and met us at the station when we arrived to show us to the apartment. Marcos even went out of his way to come and help us when we were having trouble with the keys to the door (there was nothing wrong with door, just us not knowing how to use it!! Thank you Marcos!)   Comments: fabulous location, close to Metro links and train station, as well as the tram which runs in this area. It is a little out of the central part of the city, but we prefer this, as we prefer to be living amongst locals than tourists. Marcos arranged for someone to meet us at the nearest train station, and walk us to the apartment, and was always on hand by mobile phone to ask questions. We walked into the centre of the city several times .. it took about 45 minutes. We walked to Port Forum in the north, which took about the same time. At Port Forum there is a huge Decathlon store, but also a lovely restaurant on the marina front called Port Nautic where we had a fabulous Menu del Dia. Transport is cheap (one euro per trip per person) so we jumped on and off the Metro and tram regularly to get about. Opposite the flat is a shopping centre, with supermarket which is very handy. My children loved the crepe / gelateria shop on the ground floor, and the lady there was very friendly. We found a friendly bar in Pueblo Nou, just 10 minutes walk from the flat, which also served food. The name is Brisas sin Prisa. It is on the main Rambla, which is a lovely walk, particularly on an evening. There is a really funny waiter there called Osam and he made us feel very welcome. Barcelona is a wonderful city, very walkable, with lots to see and do, for all ages. Our boys (12 and 13) loved the young feel of the city, and particularly enjoyed visiting Camp Nou to watch the Barca / Grenada match. We stayed 5 nights and we really felt this was the right length of time.

  Comments: This place is awesome. We felt like millionaires in the huge apartment. It is larger than most apartments in Barcelona and is bigger in person than how it looks in the pictures. The living room was great for relaxing and watching TV or playing the Nintendo Wii they provide. The home heater is great. Did I mention they are literally right across the street from a mall!!! Yes. Just cross the street and you have a big mall with a Carrefour (similar to Walmart Supercenter), restaurants, etc... There are also mini-markets downstairs open till 1 and 2 AM. Metro station is just 2 blocks away and service runs every 2 minutes. Not kidding. We were able to visit family and get to all the tourist destinations in minutes. Stayed there for quite a few days and I really wouldn't stay anywhere else. You will not regret it! We loved it!

  Comments: El apartamento de Marcos es genial para una estancia en Barcelona. Nosotros fuimos dos adultos y un niño de 4 años. El apartamento es súper cómodo, las fotos publicadas son un reflejo perfecto de la realidad. Frente hay un nuevo paseo comercial con muchos locales comerciales y hasta un Carrefour muy grande. Hay estacionamiento a unos 100mts para los que tengan auto, la estación de subte que a 150/200 mts que los deja en 4 estaciones en Plaza Cataluña en pleno centro. También a unos 100 mts está el tranvía que los acerca también en 4 estaciones al zoo y la playa es perfecto. Estuvimos en febrero con tiempo algo fresco sobre todo por la noche pero el apartamento está perfectamente calefaccionado, con radiadores en todos los ambientes. Un lugar ideal para recorrer Barcelona y los alrededores y estar muy bien conectado.

  Comments: This is a great apartment with lots of space and easy to access via public Transit. It is a bit outside of the city center, but it is a quick few stops in. The kitchen is big with lots of room. The master bedroom is great with a comfy bed, and the living room has two great futons for extra sleeping. The two small bedrooms are fairly compact, but they definitely work...especially for kids. Marcos is really easy to work with and he made the check-in and check-out process very simple! We had a great stay and we would stay with him again!

  Comments: Great place to stay while in Barcelona! The home is furnished well and the pictures display everything you should expect. Marcos was great to communicate with ahead of arrival and they were very accommodating with letting us check in early since our flight came in early. This really helped us with not having to store our luggage elsewhere! It is really close to public transportation, so it is easy to get around to the "main" part of the city- Las Ramblas. Also easy to get to other sites like Sagrada Familia. A nice mall is across the street and there are some restaurants and bars close to the house to grab something if needed.

L'amie de Marcos qui nous a accueilli est très sympa et a répondu à nos questions en français, le top quand on arrive un peu perdus !! Appart un peu excentré du centre ville mais très bien desservi (accès direct de l'aéroport, métro à proximité....) Le centre commercial est vraiment un plus pour qq courses de dernières minutes en fin de journée. Juste si je devais refaire, je réserverais le bus touristique rouge car arrêt tout proche de Glories contrairement au bleu (Official BUS turistic). Marcos est très disponible et nous aide à préparer notre voyage parfaitement avec tous les documents qu'il fournit d'avance. Très bons souvenirs de Barcelone !

  Comments: The appartment is conveniently located: 5 minuntes to the metro station Glories, 20 minutes to Sagrada Familia and around 30 minutes to the beach by foot. We often took a taxi to the beach and we payed around 5 Euro. The appartment is large and cosy and the kitchen well equiped. Wifi worked very good and we even had towels for the beach. We were able to check-in late (around 10 pm) and we were welcomed very warm and received all the necessary information. Very good price / performance ratio. We had a great time in the appartment :) Thank you!

Con un Centro Comercial cruzando la calle no hay problema para comprar en un supermercado o ir de restaurantes (amplia oferta de tipo de restauración). El apartamento es tal cual las fotografías. No hay sorpresas. Un primer piso con dos ascensores. En cuanto al trato por parte de los anfitriones fue perfecto.   Comments: Great location, just across the Glories shopping center with many shops and restaurants. You can see the Glories Tower (Agbar Tower) from the apartment windows, which is very nice especially when it's lit up at night. The apartment has three bedrooms, and a nice sized living room with a sitting dining area. The main bed is very comfortable, as are the sofas, and the apartment was very clean. The Glories metro station is 3 minutes away,and many bus lines and trams are just outside the building, or across the shopping center one street away. I definitely recommend staying here, and would book again.

  Comments: The place is situated overlooking Gran Via (a busy street) directly across the entrance for Glories mall, which contains a supermarket, restaurants, and retails stores. Since there were 4 of us, we used taxi services to commute in and out of the city center. While the street was very busy, there weren't very many free taxis driving by the place so we needed to use a taxi app to hail one for most rides. If you're planning on using public transportation, the bus and metro stops were close by. The apartment itself was comfortable. The AC was nice to have as it got a little warm while we were there. The full kitchen and washing machine was also useful to us. The main complaint about the room's was the lack of real windows in the smaller rooms. They don't actually let in sunlight. Besides that, we had a nice stay in Barcelona. Thank you Marcos!

  Comments: Marcos is a great host, very helpful and always available. He sent us detailed informations for everything (about the area, how to get there from the airport, restaurants, what to see, what to do). He was also very flexible regarding check-in, check-out time. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and exactly as described. Very comfortable beds and sofas and the apartment was very clean with hot water all the time. Wifi worked very good. The location is great, just across the Glories shopping center and accessible to all public transportations in a few minutes. Fantastic place to stay and good value for money. Definitely recommend staying here and would book again.

  Comments: We loved our stay in Marcos's flat! It was very spacious, with a great bathroom and kitchen. We were greeted at the door of the flat and welcomed graciously. The location was good, with just a 25 minute walk to Sagrada Familia and 30 minute walk to the Gothic Quarter. Marcos also provided a dropbox full of useful documents such as maps and tips for getting around the city. Highly recommend this flat!

The apartment was directly opposite a group of restaurants and even a supermarket. Was a 40 minute walk to the beach but public transport was very accessible anyway.   Comments: It was very nice having Carrefour grocery and all the shopping and restaurant options right across the street. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to make meals at home. Also a good size dining table to eat your meals. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. However in the warm summer months, the AC located only in the living area does not cool the bedrooms. Marcos quickly brought us a fan to help circulate the air as soon as we requested it. There is an ample supply of towels/linens which is appreciated and something we did not find to be provided in the other BnB’s in which we stayed in Spain. Typically one bath towel and maybe 1 hand towel per person no matter how long your stay. If there are more than 2 in your group you will want to alternate showers at night and morning as hot water only lasts for 2 showers in the morning, then you need to wait 15-20 min. Good water pressure though. Nice location but felt we were a 15 min cab ride from just about everything we wanted to do, due to traffic and construction in front of our building. We found it easier to find a cab if we walked through the Glories mall to the far side by Gino’s. Which by the way makes a great pizza!!

  Comments: The place is way way below average given the amount of money we paid to stay there on our trip to Barcelona. The AC leaked in the night when we used it and that spread to my suitcase and hand bag and we spent long hours after that to dry them out. Not great for a 4 people stay since the other rooms are too small and claustrophobic. The apartment complex was stinking of dog shot and poo and didn't give a great vibe given it is a community housing kind of set up. The traffic on the main road right outside will ensure you don't get a good night's sleep on your vacationand and was quite a put off. Stayed with Air BnBs across many countries across the globe but the first time I've had a way below par experience.

  Comments: Great apartment, exactly as described (the AC does work very well!) - I slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable and everyone else slept well too. It's located on a busy street, but noise isn't really an issue with thick windows and shutters, but don't expect a quiet coffee on the balcony in the morning. Great location for public transport, and having the shopping centre, with a big Carrefour supermarket opposite is perfect if you want to cook some of your own meals. Highly recommended!

  Comments: We were very happy in Marcos apartment, we found the main bed and the settees very comfortable for sleeping. We kept the door open between the lounge and main bedroom to get the benefit from the AC. The road outside is noisy but the double glazing in the front bedroom is very efficient. Having the Carrefour opposite meant we were able to make use of the kitchen for our needs. Glories Metro is 5-7 mins walk, we bought the 10 journeys ticket for our 5 day stay, which was just over 30 euros for the 3 of us. We walked to the beach in 25 mins, the best route is through Glories Shopping Centre, walk out with McDonalds on your right, walk along Avinguda Diagonal for 2/3 mins to Rambla del Poblenou , which has many restaurants all the way down to the beach. We enjoyed a very good English breakfast near the start of Poblenou at Palo Verde on the left. We also rented bikes along this road from Pedal Bike Rental which is near the first roundabout, there is a Mercadona here also. We used the Metro every day and found it very easy to use. In the evenings we did hear the neighbours dogs barking, but we never heard them over night, this is to be expected from a residential apartment, but this is the choice we made as we do not like staying in hotels.

  Comments: The apartment itself was a lot bigger than I initially thought. It’s in a good location, there are 2 metro stops a 5 min walk in either direction and both are on the same line which takes you to the centre of everything. Also it is situated bang over the road from a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and shops that are open until late. The beach is a 20-30 minute walk away, and the Sagrada Família about the same. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone as it has everything you need, along with the location and easy transport links.

  Comments: Communication with the welcoming hosts was easy before and during the trip. They provided us with clear instruction regarding our stay and helpful tips for local travel. The apartment is conveniently located right across from a mall and large grocery shop. Small cafés and local shops were just a walk away. All the kitchen necessities were there, along with a wonderful surprise of muffins, orange juice and milk. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Just a small FYI, the neighbors can be bit noisy and there is currently construction right outside, but everything else was perfect.
