Space: Great apartment in downtown Montreal, we have a lovely park right in front of us, which makes it a very quiet area, which is awesome! Also a lovely back yard, with a deck and a garden. The room itself is large with lovely high ceilings, it has a closet and also a wardrobe, a desk and of course a comfy single bed!

You will have access to the kitchen, all the kitchenware and appliances, the back yard, the bathroom (of course) and the washing machine and the dryer. Neighborhood Overview: «Centre-Sud» is a fast evolving neighborhood, whit a great diversity, which is pretty much what Montreal is about! There are great little cafés and shops around and fun interesting people all over! We are at walking distance from Parc Lafontaine and if the weather allows and you are good walker then we are at walking distance from a lot of great attractions!

Notes: We have a cat.

Transit: We are at a 10 minute walk from the Papineau subway station and the same distance from Frontenac. The bus #125 stops just across the street, the bus #45 is at a 5 minute walk and #24 is at a 10 minute walk. Also, we are close from UQAM university, the Grande Bibliothèque of Montreal, the parc of Mont-Royal, the Rue St-Denis and all it's fun and the plateau! There is a pharmacy two blocks away, a grocery shop a couple meters from the house, also right after the park there is the bridge Jacques-Cartier which takes you to the park Jean-Drapeau. The parc Lafontaine is also close to the apartment. There are cafés, baker’s shops, and plenty of restaurants for all tastes.
