  Comments: The place was exactly what I looked for my stay and was great for my business trip. Location is great. It's a few blocks from 23rd Street train station, which is convinient as you can take E train directly from JFK without transfers. Other metro stations are in walking distance as well. Super close to High Line and in very nice street block in Chelsea, very quiet which is not usuall for the busy NY. Great restaurants/bars in walking distance. Host is attentive, informative, and made sure that I have everything I need for my stay. Fast response. Easy to communicate. Keys pick up/drop off are easy. Accommodating. Place is on a smaller side (well, it's NYC) but perfect for me as I was by myself. It has everythings I needed and nothing I didn't need. Comfy bed. Modern kitchen space to prepare coffee/food. Super clean. Lots of light during the day. Washer/dryer, which is kind of luxury in NYC. Bathtub to relax. Building is clean and quiet.

  Comments: Gina was the most welcoming host and provided everything I needed and if not she was quick to organize. Great at communication - I knew exactly all the detials for my stay very quickly and efficently. Plus, she gave local tips and hot spots to try - fab! I would highly recommned this apartment. It is small, but well equipt, fantastic location and in the heart of Chelsea! After living in NYC for three month here I cam to love the washing maching in the unit (luxury). I loved my extended stay and enjoyed living there.

  Comments: This is my the most favorite place to stay in Manhattan. This is a high-end area of Chelsea with beautiful trees, beautiful people and beautiful cafes. It's been my second time booking this flat, and I have no regrets. The host is fantastic. She is so accommodating, so polite and so friendly. She is always available over the phone / text/ email to answer all the questions and to give any recommendation on secret spots in NYC. She always makes me feel like I'm coming to visit my good friend's place who is out of town. Her place is well kept, spotless clean, modern and has an exposed brick wall for added character. The key pickup&dropoff is super smooth and available 24/7. This is great for a nomad like myself or a business traveler or even someone who wants to explore NY as a real New Yorker and avoid all the touristy spots yet be conveniently close to them. This is no large place but totally perfect for one person. There are the best bagel place, lots of bakeries and coffee shops in the neighborhood. Also it's conveniently close to subway. And forgot to mention, it's just one block from High Line!!! One of the evening I stayed, I saw a famous producer at the restaurant close by - I know it's not about the listing but the neighborhood is so cool. Love it! Recommend it! Looking forward to be back!

I felt calm and safe deli, 24hours cvs ..etc, everything is near the place. it was my first AIRBNB, Gina makes me use this later again :) she is really kind and sweet. always ask me if there are problem with place! also whenever I'd like to contact her to ask something, she replied directly :) you will not regret if choose this lovely place!

Gina is one of the best, very rare and responsible hosts that you may not know still exists, She was always concerned about my stay in her well stocked apartment. Living there is made even easier by the availability of a washer/drier within the room, its proximity to the 1,2, E and C subway stations and affordable supermarkets and restaurants. I will always recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in a clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient place.

  Comments: Very quaint flat in a great and very calm neighborhood. It is indeed very small but perfect for one person as the space is very optimized! It even includes an iron and a washing machine. Overall it feels very cosy and works perfectly as a pied-à-terre after long days exploring New York. Subways are very close, another plus. I usually like airbnbs notably for the opportunity to meet with the renter/ sub-renter which was not the case here, but Gina had set up a convenient pick-up location for me to get the keys by myself upon arrival. At a broader level, my stay in New York was fantastic and I felt well in this flat

  Comments: What a great little place to have discovered to stay at in NYC. Perfect for one person. Small but not crammed. Well equipped and nicely decorated. I felt immediately at home on arrival. I found the location brilliant , all I needed and more was within walking distance. Great places to eat minutes away , and with subway stations so near I got to Lincoln centre in record time. Also Gina left me with great info for anyplace of interest etc. , which is always useful. She was in fact an all round perfect host. Will certainly book again.

  Comments: I loved my stay at Gina's. She is a wonder host, extremely prompt in her communication, checking in to see that things are okay. The City had a big winter while I visited and Gina made sure that the cold was controlled in the apartment. She also sent me a detailed message with all kinds of recommendations for the area, including a real New York bagel shop I was keen on checking out. I love walking Manhattan, so I walked up and down from Gina's apartment, but the metro connection is excellent also. The apartment is a compact, cute little treasure, and I really enjoyed it.   Comments: The apartment is as shown, but best for one on a business trip than two who wish to hang around during the day. It is certainly compact but very clean and great location. It is on the ground level, so noise can be a bit of an issue if you are a sensitive sleeper.

The onily weird thing was that the listing had a 1pm check out (and in my trips section still says 1, I made sure to triple check) but was told it was 12 the night before so that threw me off a little but otherwise everything was great.

The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood Very easy to catch cabs or Uber’s or Lyft. The apartment is small but yet has a full size tub. The apartment was super clean and it was stocked with coffee and tea which I appreciated. I walk with a cane. It being at street level was important to me. Excellent cable and internet. Highly recommend.

  Comments: Gina’s place is in the most fantastic location in Chelsea. It was perfect for a solo traveller and was well-appointed with washing machine / dryer and steamer, kitchenette with fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and mini gas stove. Gina was great to communicate with and sent me an awesome list of recommendations in the area. It’s super close to the High line and I walked along the high line daily to my conference at the Javits centre. Unfortunately the radiator was too hot and hard to turn down / off. It’s right next to the bed so sometimes I had to compensate by turning on the aircon to sleep at night. The key pick up and drop off is a few blocks away.

  Comments: I stayed 5 nights in Gina's modern, comfortable studio. As a female traveling alone, it was important to me to feel safe walking around the neighborhood alone, and I definitely did, even at night. The studio is compact but has everything you need, it was clean and the perfect place for a single traveler. The location is amazing- High Line Park is 2 blocks away, as is 24 hr drugstores and many restaurants. 5 short blocks to Chelsea Market. Metro stop was few blocks away, loads of bus stops, and easy pick up spot for Uber pick up. If you're into walking, it's walking distance to so many different areas it all took me 15-30 min. It's an absolutely wonderful area to stay especially if you have already been to NYC a few times and want to go/do things more that the locals do! I only had 1 issue during my stay, and Gina tried her best to resolve it. Unfortunately it couldn't be resolved till the end of my stay, but Gina was kind and considerate, and had quick communication. She also has great tips for places to eat or go to if you need that. I would love to stay here again and would highly recommend!

  Comments: Gina was an excellent host. The apartment was exactly as pictured: petite but highly functional, clean, modern and a very pleasant place to stay in a beautiful neighborhood. When there was a slight hiccup involving Gina's Super insisting on doing work on her apartment (albeit at a convenient time during the late morning), Gina responded with appropriate dismay (she was not made aware of the work) and even went as far as refunding me a portion of my rental payment as a courtesy for my troubles. Excellent communication and responses. Very cozy apartment. Highly recommend, especially just for one!

  Comments: This was one of the best Airbnb Experiences I ever had. The apartment was exactly as described. Perfect for my needs. One the first floor, clean, adorable. It's small - but that's New York. It's perfect for a solo traveler - especially on there on business. I had everything I needed - a full kitchen, there was coffee and tea and other (more than) basic necessities already in the kitchen, a small fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, even a microwave and a stovetop - and the most exciting part of all - a washing machine! Which in New York is as rare as a unicorn. I used the machine a few times, it's a washer and dryer and it was so helpful to be able to do laundry while I was in the city without having to send it out. Everything in the apartment is clean, and well designed. The bed was super comfortable. There is air conditioning and heat. The apartment is also very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The area as adorable - lots of really great high quality restaurants and shops, a grocery store one block away, places to get your nails done - coffee shops, cafes, everything you need in New York. It is about a 5 minute walk away from the subway. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Even had a clothing steamer which I really appreciated and I actually found this to be the quietest place I’ve ever stayed at in NYC. Note: if you are not able-bodied or have a lot of heavy luggage, the keys are a couple blocks away. But the second set of keys and auto-lock doors made check out much easier than check in! Overall, very comfortable stay and Gina was always prompt to respond. Would stay again!

  Comments: I stayed at Gina’s for two weeks. Gina was quick to respond, super helpful with answering all my questions, shared an amazing list of things to do/places to go. The apt is a small studio and I was surprised to discover it had literally everything you would need and then some. Tons of sheets and towels! It is located in a very convenient spot in Chelsea - close to the subway, numerous restaurants (all of Gina’s suggestions were delish!), several convenience stores and so on. It is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the Meatpacking District, which lets you avoid having to go to the same places in super crowded Midtown. I had a great stay and would totally recommend staying at Gina’s! :)

  Comments: Our stay in New York was a lot of fun. Gina's place in Chelsea was a cute, stylish little studio. The photos gave us a clear expectation of the space. There were dishes present for eating in, if we wanted. We enjoyed the coffee that was present for us in the mornings. Gina was quick to respond when I had questions before my visit. The hot water was immediate with the shower, and there were multiple shower toiletries available if needed. There was also a washer available with detergent and stain remover (which I did need at one point and was grateful for). The property is on the first floor, so the property has very easy access when bringing in luggage. There are several restaurants within a five minute walk (including a delicious bagel place around the corner where we had breakfast every day). The neighbors were also very quiet, we never heard anyone besides ourselves. And overall the property was very clean when were arrived. We never actually met or talked with Gina since she has efficiently set up check in to not require meeting anyone. There were a few things that were not ideal. Sleeping was not very comfortable. You could feel the bars of the metal platform bed through the mattress, and the mattress was sinking in between the bars. The window also provides very little protection from the elements. We visited in February, and the city was very cold at night. There is a sheet of plastic and a towel taped against the window to try and block off the elements, but there was still a consistent breeze from outside that was most noticeable at night if you were unlucky enough to be the person sleeping on the window side of the bed. There were several heaters in the place, and that helped, but it caused one half of you to be hot while the other half facing the window was cold. We actually opted to head home one night early because we were eager to sleep in our own bed.
