The Loft itself is huge, and basicly it will feel like its your own place, because the other roommates are always doing there own thing, either work or play and they are extremely cool and open minded and know the city extremely well if you need advice on where to go or to have a night cap.

Neighborhood Overview: The Lower East Side (LES) is the most desired neighborhood in the city, it's hip and cool and still has the feeling of old Ny, with plenty of galleries, resturantes, bars, shops. Borders The East Village, Nolita and Chinatown.

Notes: This is a smoking apartment, so smokers are welcome.

Transit: 2 blocks to all major trains, F,B,D,J,M,Z and 6 trains

Access: Full access to living room and kitchen.

Interaction: I have 3 roommates, Orit, in her early 30's from Israel really gd person, has lived in NY for 10yrs. Everyone gets along like fingers on a hand, they're open and friendly, and are always willing to help in anyway if they can. Everyone works on different schedules so it's rare to ever see everyone at once and sometimes it may seem as if anyone else lives there at all. It's a nice flow in the apartment, that's about all I can say.
