Space: This is an older, more vintage apartment in a private Bushwick "red"stone. The space is a large suite with private fridge, dining and living area, as well as closet! The a/c works but is a bit noisy. In addition, there is a private hair salon on the premises, on the lower level, servicing all hair needs for men and women!

This is an older, more vintage apartment in a private Bushwick "red"stone. The space is a large suite with private fridge, dining and living area, as well as closet! The a/c works but is a bit noisy. In addition, there is a private hair salon on the premises, on the lower level, servicing all hair needs for men and women! All guest have full access to the kitchen (fully equipped: full fridge, stove/oven, microwave, pots and pans, etc.). There will not be much interaction with the guest(s). Neighborhood Overview: This is a great neighborhood because it is pretty assessable to many things! It's an area that has a lot of life but is quiet at the same time! There are many eateries in and around the neighborhood from Spanish to African, Jamacian to Chinese, Haitian, Italian, various cafés, etc. Bushwick is also very close to lower Manhattan and the J subway station is right around the corner!! 15 mins to the city just over the Williamsburg bridge!

Notes: This is a great space for those who want to have a nice cozy, at home away from home feel! Though this is a double occupancy, this suite can sleep up to four adults (additional fees apply). There is plenty of natural light that flows through the space! It is mostly quiet in the apartment for those who enjoy sleeping in late. It is a good transient area to explore Brooklyn and the city of New York!

Transit: Lots of means of transportation in the area. Just two short blocks away from the J train and right across the street from the B-52 bus that takes you downtown Brooklyn. Also the B-47 bus, one block away, takes you straight to one of Brooklyn's famous malls Kings Plaza. One of the best things is that it is very easy to get to many different places! B-47 or B-52, 38 to the malls, Q-24 to Queens, NY. The B-15, 7 blocks away, takes you straight to JFK airport. For more private means of transport you can take one of many car services in the area.

Access: All guest have full access to the kitchen (fully equipped: full fridge, stove/oven, microwave, pots and pans, etc.).

Interaction: There will not be much interaction with the guest(s). Though I will be there, I am always working and busy. I will be available to my guest(s) when they need any assistance!

House Rules: - Guest must recycle bottles and cans. In addition, if daily entry to room is not allowed by host, then all guests are required to leave all garbage and recyclables outside of your door for daily pick up.
