  Comments: Maria's home is beautiful and spacious! It is a clean home and accurate in description! The price is more than reasonable for the stay and number of people that the home can accommodate! We have rented three homes in NY and Maria's home is by far the best stay. Maria is very accommodating! Our family attends the Macy's Day Parade annually and Marie made sure to provide us with information about meals and made sure to check in with us prior to our visit to allow us to ask any questions that we may have had! It is by far the best stay we have had in NY! I strongly recommend her home!!

  Comments: Great place for the family. very clean and welcoming, it literally had everything we needed in the kitchen, rooms, washrooms etc.. it is definitely the better option than a hotel. Loved it!!

  Comments: Staying at Maria's house was the best decision we made on that trip!! It comfortably accommodated our large group, it was amazingly clean and beautiful! We had 3 boys and they were in love with the den downstairs, playing video games at night. Maria literally had everything, from spare blankets, to menus of nearby restaurants, to extra heaters. I definitely recommend anyone this place!! Thank you Maria for making this trip a memorable experience for me and my family.

  Comments: Maria ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war super und hat viel Platz geboten. Es war alles im Haus vorhanden. Unser Flieger hatte 2 Stunden Verspätung und wir sind spät abends angekommen, Maria hat schon auf uns gewartet mit Pizza und Limo. Der Garten ist wunderbar und mit sehr viel Liebe angelegt. Als wir ein Problem mit dem Grill hatten hat Maria innerhalb von 5 Minuten reagiert und Hilfe geschickt. Gerne wieder alles super.

  Comments: Maria has a lovely home on s quiet street on Staten Island. Coming from Northern NY, access was simple. All needed amenities are provided in this clean and tidy home. Anything you do not have is a stone's throw away in a local grocery, bakery and restaurants. There is quick access to the Staten Island Ferry and Wadsworth Park at the base of the Verrazano Narrows bridge is just around the corner. Wonderful evenings were spent in the back yard grilling and relaxing with friends. Hope to return to Maria's home when plans bring us back to Staten Island.

  Comments: This was our first time using Airbnb and it was a great experience. Maria’s place was nice convent and just what we needed coming to the Island for our sons graduation. We had 2 of our elderly parents and it was perfect for them. We will definitely rent again from her when we return to the city. I just loved all her personal touches she did for graduation ❤️

  Comments: My sisters and I had a really good time. The house was lovely with plenty of room. The host, Maria, left us a gorgeous center piece in the dining room of fresh flowers, giving it a special touch. She told us that we had access to everything in the house, which was nice to know. It was like being home away from home. The outside deck was really nice, even though I did not get a chance to enjoy it. We basically were in and out, enjoying NYC. Again, thank you Maria for everything.

We had a nice, comfortable stay and really appreciated the quick communication and large home for our whole family to stay in. I would definitely recommend to other large families or groups looking to stay local to NY.

She was very welcoming, the house was clean and located in a quiet side of town. You have access to the whole house and she has a book of helpful information about the area. Me and my family really enjoyed the backyard. I highly recommend her home.

  Comments: Great place to stay in Staten Island. Plenty of room for larger families, close to shopping and restaurants, easy access to the city. Best feature was the fenced in backyard area with patio tables, benches, wonderful landscaping...just a gorgeous area to relax in and enjoy the weather. Maria is an excellent host who goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have a pleasant stay. She added some personal touches for our stay as well which made the house seem more homey. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here in the future!!

  Comments: Maria was extremely nice and very welcoming. The house was very spacious, and she added personal touches. We loved the patio area. We traveled by ferry every morning and night. This provided beautiful sites of the Statue of Liberty and Lower Manhattan. The commute takes about an hour from the house to actual Manhattan.

  Comments: These accommodations were simply perfect. A wonderful home, bright, clean, with all the amenities and well-situated for Staten Island. Access to walkable restaurants and groceries. basement tv room was fabulous. Host was very responsive, answered questions quickly and was all-around a pleasure to work with... I can’t say enough good things about our experience, and honestly can’t think of anything I would change. Enjoy!! Host
