  Comments: Lovely and very central apartment in the heart of Barcelona. It's position made exploring the city very easy either on foot or using public transport. Plenty of shopping areas and restaurants around and a lovely organic and vegetarian shop near by. The apartment is quite airy but unfortunately the blinds do not work in the rooms so there is no natural light. Even though the apartment is very central all the windows are on internal patios ( the living room windows are enormous and let lots of light) which makes it very quiet. We had a lovely time and we certainly will use it again when we return to Barcelona.

  Comments: Apartment clean, wide and cozy. Near to Casa Battlò, Placa de Catalunya and many restaurants, it's a perfect place for families. The host was kind and helpful, we didn't have any problem during our stay.

  Comments: Very good location and flat. Everything was perfectly clean, bright and as described. We had a very nice stay. We use the bagages services company that the host advised us during our check in: for €5 they come to get your luggages and bring them later at the airport (because our check out was at 11am). I would just recommend to bring your own hairdryer (if you are coming for special occasion as us - we were in BCN for a wedding). I really recommend this flat

  Comments: The apartment is very close to Plaça de Catalunya giving very good access to all public transport. The neighborhood is very nice with cafés, restaurants and bars close-by. I stayed in the apartment for 5 days with 5 friends of mine and the apartment turned out to be very comfortable for 6 people with its 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

  Comments: Peaceful location steps from all the action. We had a wonderful time in Barcelona staying in the 3 bedroom flat we used though Tendancy. It had tons of space, good beds and was very clean. Being less than one block from Las Rambles, I was worried about noise, but once you enter the building, all the city noises go away. Check in was easy as a representative from our host met us at the door, let us in and showed us around. The location was awesome. Literally steps away were many restaurants, shops and other places to go. There is even a small food market 3 doors down on the same street. The main square was a 5 minute walk. When in Barcelona, I would definitely consider staying here again.

  Comments: Great location to access all parts of the city. Just a little north of Plaza Catalunya so a nice departure from the touristy Las Ramblas area. Sitting area is nice and spacious. Master bedroom is quite large but very bright from the floor to ceiling windows. The other two rooms are a bit on the small size but not too cramped to fit 2 twin beds. Had a really great time in Barcelona! Would stay at this location again!

The smaller two bedrooms did not have outside facing windows so they had very minimal natural light. Overall I enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay again and would recommend.

  Comments: The apt is close to all major attractions and locations. We walked everywhere everyday. We felt the location was exceptional since we had no idea before we booked how close we would be to the attractions, restaurants, etc. It is a short cab ride to the beaches and soccer stadium. The apt offered every amenity we needed for family of 5 adults. Tendency could not have been more accommodating and responsive. They really take pride in making sure our experience was the best possible. Apt was clean, neat, and airy. Would highly recommend.

We are family of 4 adults (Parents and 2 daughters) We were welcomed very nicely, on time, by very nice hostess and got All the relevant information we asked. The apartment is located on a great location, very close to plaza de Catalonia . Exactly as mentioned on air b&b. The apartment is as beautiful as seen in the pictures: one double room, and 2 more rooms with 2 beds each. It is well equipped for everything we needed including the kitchen. Although the apartment is in the center, it is completely silent , no sound from the outside, which was great. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend it. Thank you for making our stay in Barcelona even better. We will surly come back to this apartment again!

  Comments: This apartment exceeded our expectations! Such a beautiful space inside an elegant building. Plus it is right in the middle of everything. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants and shops or grab a cab if you need to. The day of check-in, we were greeted by a representative who walked us through the apartment and answered all of our questions. We spent a lot of mornings and evenings sitting around the living room chatting and laughing. So many great memories made in that room. Cannot recommend this apartment enough.

The apartment is on the opposite side of the bustling street below and it is in a lovely residential building so it was very quiet, which we loved. The beds are extremely comfortable and the master bedroom shower is amazing. It was fantastic to have a clothes washer and dryer. We made this reservation at the last minute while we were in Barcelona and the quick and excellent customer service we received from this establishment was fantastic. I highly recommend this accommodation!

  Comments: This is my favorite Airbnb. It was such a nice space. My family of 5 had lots of room, it was stylish and clean and the master rain-shower was wonderful. The location is fantastic, about 3 blocks off of Placa Catalunya, surrounded by restaurants and stores. The kitchen was really well stocked. It was also very quiet.

The apartment is very nice, with great living spaces and bedrooms. Third bedroom is very small but we didn't need to use it so did not matter for us.

  Comments: The location is amazing but there was only one towel to use the entire week per person. The washing machine did not work and no hot water. The worst part was trying to open the main door. Every time it was stuck and even locals that tried to help us could not get in. I had to call for help every night and on the last night it broke off. Very disappointing. But honestly the location can’t be beat and the building is beautiful.

  Comments: An excellent location. Very clean apartment. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags at the apartment until check in time. Communication by the host was also excellent. We were in the middle of 3 weeks of travel so having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment was a treat. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of five. It only has one wall of windows that look out to the back of other apartments but they are not close. Two bedrooms only get natural light from windows opening into a light well. The bed linen and towels are a bit threadbare but that won’t concern everyone. Overall good value.

The only thing to note was the stove was a bit hard to manage but we did at the end after the host sent us video instructions. Highly recommend!
