  Comments: Nous avons passé un long week-end entre filles à Porto chez Patricio José. L'accueil a été parfait! Nous avons vraiment adoré l'appartement : tant au niveau de l'espace pour 6, que de la qualité de vie ( cuisine bien équipée et magnifique terrasse), que de la propreté et de l'état des locaux ( magnifique appartement avec beaux plafonds et pierres apparentes..) Et le prix est très raisonnable, surtout pour sa situation ( 15-20 minutes à pieds du Douro). On recommande +++

  Comments: Superbe accueil, José était la pour nous accueillir et nous a donné beaucoup de conseil de visite, l'appartement en duplex est juste superbe et très bien placé et au calme. Plusieurs salles de bain sont disponibles ce qui est un vrai plus en groupe. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et très propre. On se sent comme à la maison.

  Comments: The host was really nice. He showed us everything about the house and also what to do downtown. We really liked the house and it was well located. The beds were comfortable. Also, there was everything to cook so we had two diners there. Really fun! The only thing is that the house is a stone house so it is pretty cold. You have to wear shoes and maybe a hoodie. Otherwise, we really recommend this flat.

  Comments: Jose was heel vriendelijk en heeft ons veel goede informatie over Porto gegeven. Hij wou ons een zo aangenaam mogelijk verblijf geven. Porto is een heel mooi stadje en het appartement heeft een goede ligging, op ongeveer 15 min wandelen van het centrum en de rivier. Er is geen zetel of living, maar wel een grote tafel.

  Comments: Un espacio muy amplio, bien equipado, limpio. Casa antigua histórica. El trato y recibimiento muy bueno sin problema alguno. Céntrico a 10 minutos de la plaza del ayuntamiento. Puedo recomedar el sitio.

  Comments: Dit is echt een aanrader als je met een groep naar Porto wil gaan. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig in het appartement, het was schoon, en de bedden lagen lekker. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum, op een fijne locatie, vooral voor de prijs die je betaalt. Jose is een hele vriendelijke man, die alle vragen beantwoord en tips geeft over de omgeving. Het appartement was alleen een beetje koud, dus een trui is handig om mee te nemen.

  Comments: Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de José. Celui-ci est tout à fait conforme à la description, très lumineux et bien équipé. Sa situation est bonne, nous avons juste eu du bruit le soir mais jusqu'à une heure correcte pour des vacanciers (23h). José est sympathique et nous a consacré du temps pour quelques conseils dans la visite de la ville.

  Comments: We had a lovely weekend in this apartment. Jose welcomed us very friendly and was very helpful. The apartment is clean and light, with enough space for a group of 6. Location is good as well, about ten minutes walking to the centre of town.

  Comments: Ravis de ce séjour à Porto. L appartement est idéalement situé. Proche de la station de métro Trinidad (accès direct à l aéroport) et proche du centre ville à pied. Le logement est fonctionnel, propre, identique aux photos. La petite terrasse est un vrai plus. José est très gentil et nous a donné d excellents conseils et astuces pour parfaire notre séjour. A réserver sans hésiter.

  Comments: Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Nous étions 6 adultes + 1 bébé et tout était parfaitement aménagé et conforme aux photos. Le métro est à 10 minutes à pied (pratique pour rejoindre l'aéroport) mais tout peut se faire à pied. José nous a très bien accueilli et nous a procuré de nombreux conseils. La terrasse est très agréable!

  Comments: L'appartement dans lequel nous avons logé une semaine à 7 (toutes de jeunes étudiantes) était très agréable, spacieux et lumineux. Un seul défaut, l'insonorisation laisse à désirer, mais le temps d'une semaine, cela ne pose aucun problème. Il y a 4 lits à l'étage, très cosy. Et deux chambres en bas. L'absence de salon est largement compensée par la terrasse très bien exposée où il fait bon petit déjeuner. Immeuble très bien situé, près du centre, et calme.

  Comments: Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en Oporto, el apartamento es perfecto para pasar unos días, muy bien situado en la ciudad y muy cerca del centro. Todo está en muy buen estado y se corresponde con lo que se puede ver en las fotos. La información que recibimos por parte de José Patricio, nuestro anfitrión, nos ayudo mucho para el resto de los días que estuvimos en Oporto. Es un apartamento muy recomendable para pasar unos días en Oporto, se corresponde muy bien con lo que estabamos buscando, La zona dónde está situado es muy tranquila y se puede andar sin problemas de ningún tipo. Felicito desde aquí a los anfitriones por el trabajo realizado en el apartamento y agradezco una vez más a José Patricio por su curso acelerado sobre los vinos de Oporto y de Douro.

  Comments: Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans le logement de José, nous étions 6 filles, c'était très bien. L'isolation phonique est minime, donc attention au bruit, on entend les voisins, qui nous entendent aussi...José est très gentil, il nous a attendu à l'appartement et nous a conseillé sur les restos et les visites. Quartier calme, pas loin du Métro (10mn), et du Marché, ça monte quand même...Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

  Comments: Jose был очень гостеприимным: помог решить проблему с букинком, отправил нам карту метро, и маршрут от метро до квартиры. На месте хозяин рассказал нам о местах, где можно вкусно поесть (и мы ходили туда каждый день!), супермаркетах, а также ресторанах, которые нас интересовали. Квартира находится в хорошем тихом районе, и при том недалеко от исторического центра и основных достопримечательностей. Поэтому мы пользовались транспортом только в том случае, если нужно было ехать далеко. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию: большая, просторная, светлая и чистая. Есть все необходимое, а также прекрасная терраса. Если еще когда-нибудь мы еще раз посетим Порто, то обязательно остановимся здесь.

  Comments: Apartamento muy espacioso y confortable, muy cómodo y cuenta con suficientes baños. Un poco frío pero soportable gracias a los aires acondicionados instalados. La conexión a internet muy rápida, la ubicación cercana al centro y la atención con el dueño muy fluida y muy atenta a todos los detalles.

  Comments: José est très accueillant et donne de bons conseils pour la visite :-) Porto est une très belle ville. 3 jours suffisent pour en faire le tour. Points positifs du logement: spacieux et bien situé par rapport à la ville et au métro. Points négatifs: les 2 chambres du 1er étage sont bruyantes une à cause du traffic de voiture et l'autre de la cour du voisin qui résonne quand il parle dehors! Pour période d'hiver: Maison froide malgré les 2 airco chauffants (décembre 2015). Un seul truc manquant: un fauteuil dans la maison! Merci José

  Comments: We enjoyed having the entire house for ourselves during our stay in Porto. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, which is pretty close to the downtown. The house was clean and with the necessary amenities. The terrace was lovely and was our favourite spot for relaxing during the hottest hours of the day. The upper salon with 4 beds was quite small so we had to cosy up there. Jose was very helpful, sending us detailed directions to the place and answering all our inquiries. All in all, Stone House 2 is pretty awesome.

  Comments: La casa de José es aún mejor que en el anuncio. Tiene todas las comodidades que se necesitan en un hogar y perfecta para vivirla y disfrutarla como si fuera tu propia casa. La amabilidad y atención de José fue espectacular. Nos dejó mapas, explicó sitios y lugares que ver, dónde comer, comprar.... Todo! Está a 5-10 minutos del centro, en una calle tranquila, pero en las calles de al lado tiene todo lo que se necesita: supermercado, tiendas, bares y cafeterías... 100% recomendable. Una experiencia inolvidable.

  Comments: Our stay at the Stone House was perfect! The host Jose was a very friendly person who gave us a warm welcome. He explained where we could find all the nice spots of Porto. When we had any questions during our holiday he was always ready to answer them. The location was really close to the citycentre and we recommend this residence to all of you.

  Comments: L'appartement de José est superbe, avec des vieilles pierres apparentes, une jolie cours intérieure, je trouve que les photos ne lui rendent pas hommages, il est plus grand et plus sympathique que ça a quoi je m'attendais ! José parle bien français et a pu nous aiguiller sur les bons coins de la ville de Porto. Nous avons séjourné à 5 dans cet appartement sans problème, nous ne nous sommes quasiment pas servi de la cuisine vu le prix des restaurants en ville mais elle contient tout ce qu'il faut ! José a été très flexible sur notre horaire d'arrivée puisqu'il n'y avait personne à n'y avait personne avant nous et a même pu s'adapter à la dernière minute au retard de notre avion. Attention tout de fois pour la chambre du haut, les escaliers en colimaçon sont assez raides et étroits. Je recommande cette appartement à qui veux découvrir Porto !

  Comments: La casa de José es una maravilla para visitar Oporto si es que vas en grupo, como fue nuestro caso. Es tal y como la describe y se ve en las fotos. Solamente falta un sofá para descansar y charlar jeje. Además, José es un propietario World 0, servicial y atento que se preocupa por sus huéspedes en todo momento, y al que se le puede preguntar cualquier duda durante la estancia.   Comments: José a été super acceuillant, malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive il a passé du temps avec nous pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison et nous donner quelques tips sur Porto ! La maison est top ! Parfaitement clean, tous les équipements de base sont là, les pièces sont assez grandes et agréables. Le gros plus c'est la terrasse qui a été très appréciée lors de notre séjour. Le bougainvillier est vraiment magnifique, JE DOIS LE DIRE ! OBLIGADA José :)

  Comments: 6 of use stayed here for a long weekend. The patio is beautiful and a great space to hang out in. It is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Porto, and about 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket. Jose had some great recommendations and was always on hand to answer any questions!

Generous toiletries and kitchen equipment with some basic food and spices available and the knives were sharp!! Very easy access to a bakery, shops and the metro.   Comments: This restored stone house is comfortable and chic. The terrace is private and relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are great. There are easily enough kitchen dishes, pots, etc., to cook and feed 4 people. We didn't use the upstairs but the spiral staircase was very sturdy. We felt safe, being all ladies, in this neighborhood. You can easily walk to tourist sites, transportation, bank machine, groceries and restaurants. We found it to be a great base for our Porto visit.
