  Comments: Excelente experiencia. Apartamento muy acogedor, tranquilo, decorado con gusto. Magnifico. Es mejor apartamento y más amplio de lo que aparece en las fotografías. Tiene de todo.   Comments: Excellent séjour à Porto chez Manuela. Nous sommes arrivés à quatre français, Manuela parle français et nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Appartement propre, plutôt luxueux et calme dans un quartier résidentielle mais à 2 stations de métro du centre. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue donc un plus encore pour les voyageurs en voiture. En bref je recommande, hôte très sympathique et appartement agréable à vivre.

  Comments: The apartment is much bigger than the photos suggest. It was perfect, very spacious and very clean. It was only a five minute walk to the metro. Manuela was so friendly and waited for us despite our flight being delayed. She gave us some great information about Porto and some delicious suggestions for places to eat. Her 'extra' touches such as toiletries, coffee, fresh fruit and treats from the bakery were a really nice touch. We had an amazing time here and highly recommend. FYI we ate the most amazing meal at Moules & Jugs, you have to try!

  Comments: Manuela has been really generous and open minded from the first moment of our contact. She prepared the apartment nicely for us and gave us lots of tipps and information which inspired our plans. The location of the apartment is very convenient, either a nice walk through 'real porto' away from the historical city centre, or just a few stops by metro.   Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Manuela's home. She is a great host and very worm person. She was so kind to wait for us to check-in until midnight because we missed our connecting flight. Apartment is clean and spacious, kitchen is well equipped so you can cook if you want. Manuela even left us some food, coffee and tea. She gave us all important information about Porto, what to see and how to get there, what to eat and drink and even suggestions where to go at night. If we ever come back to Porto we would stay at Manuela's place again for sure. :)

  Comments: Where can I possibly begin... Manuela was the most incredible host. She was kind, gracious, attentive and made herself available if anything was needed during my stay. Nothing was needed, as everything was provided at the onset. Upon my arrival, she greeted me warmly, even arriving early to reserve a space for my car directly in front of the apartment building. She gave me tour of the flat and provided information about the city, how best to get around it and what hotspots to check out. The apartment was quite charming; it was spacious with a sweet balcony overlooking the street. Manuela was kind enough to stocked the fridge with juice, water and milk and left pastries for the morning. The flat is very conveniently located just 2 blocks from the Metro, which will take you immediately into the "Sao Bento" city centre. You absolutely will not go wrong booking this space. I look forward to returning to it and Porto soon!

  Comments: Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Manuela gab viele nützliche Tipps für Porto. Sie ist eine umsichtige Vermieterin, sogar ein Leih-Regenschirm stand zur Verfügung. Danke! Wohnung ausgesprochen sauber. Küche komplett eingerichtet mit Grundausstattung (Salz, Gewürze, Zucker, Essig, Öl u.s.w.). U-Bahn, viele Geschäfte, Cafés, Bäcker, einfache (und preiswerte) Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Mucho más amplio de lo que parece en las fotos, con zona de aparcamiento en la misma puerta, sitio que nos tenía preparado Manuela a nuestra llegada, al igual que detalles de pan, leche y algún detallito para nuestro peque.   Comments: Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour a Porto grace a Manuela. Elle nous a attendu jusqua 23h pour nous remettre les clés et nous donner de precieux conseils pour visiter la ville. L'appartement est tres lumineux, dans un immeuble de standing, probre, bien éauipé et la literie est bon. Il est proche de la station de metro Marques, qui est a seulement à quelques stations du vieux Porto. Je recommande vivement l'appartement de Manuela.

  Comments: Manuela's apartment is so spacious and a convenient trip by train to the city center. She arrived just in time to greet us as we arrived, and she took the time to show us around the apartment and provide some recommendations for things to see and places to eat.   Comments: It's a large apartment with all the home comforts you would expect. There is plenty of wardrobe space. The welcome included a comprehensive insight to sight seeing and restaurants, the one we visited were spot on. There are lots of leaflets in the apartment relating to visitor attractions. The location is excellent, Marques metro station is literally a 5 minute walk and there are lots of shops and eating places in the square. 6 days isn't enough to enjoy what on offer in and around Porto.

  Comments: The apartment of Manuela was conform to the description. We decided a time to meet at the apartment but I was very late. Yet, Manuela was very understanding and welcomed me and my father very warmly. I'm French and Manuela speaks French very well, even though she never lived in France. Manuela is very nice. When arriving at the apartment, she took all the necessary time to explain everything about the apartment, and she also gave us advice about the places to visit in the city. Manuela left in the apartment several maps, guide books or magazines and also lent us 2 Porto transportation cards to use for buses, metro and tramway. In the apartment, Manuela left also in the kitchen some drinks and some bread. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and rather quiet, except for some cars which pass in the street during the night. Thank you Manuela !

  Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manuela's place. Manuela really went the extra mile as a host with lots of suggestions on restaurants, a well stocked fridge and toiletries. Manuela was charming and very responsive -helping with a taxi, how to buy metro tickets and checking in with us to make sure all was well. The apartment was quiet and located only a few minutes from the metro. We have stayed in Air BnBs in 10 countries and Manuela is the best host. We think Manuela can provide seminars to other hosts!

  Comments: Os dias que passamos no apartamento de Manuela em Porto foram ótimos. Manuela sempre atenta, responsiva, cuidadosa e atenciosa. Apartamento corresponde as descrições e fotos, localizado numa rua tranquila do bairro, próximo a Praça Marquês onde havia estação do Metro. Duas estações já era a Estação Trindade que agrupava todas as 6 linhas do metro. O apartamento todo arrumado e finamente decorado. Banheiro espaçoso, banho com água quente, chuveiro forte. Tinha secador e demais produtos (sabonete líquido, shampoo, condicionador, etc). As toalhas no entanto poderiam ser maiores e mais macias. Mas estavam limpas e cheirosas, nada que tenha atrapalhado. Cama grande, boa, confortável. Infelizmente para nós que somos do nordeste do Brasil a temperatura estava bastante fria, e um dos dias no meio da noite o aquecedor parou de funcionar. Por sorte o quanto estava aquecido e tínhamos cobertores no armário. No dia seguinte Manuela rapidamente providenciou o conserto e disponibilizou um aquecedor elétrico de reserva. Nossa salvação! Sugiro que já deixe avisado que tem um outro aquecedor de reserva! Ao chegarmos, além de toda paciência e amabilidade nos dando todas as informações de restaurantes, (no próprio bairro tem alguns), pontos turísticos, transportes, etc. A wifi funcionou super bem! Como choveu muito e fazia muito frio não deu para conferir a distância de ir até o centro caminhando como é dito no anúncio do apartamento. Manuela ainda nos deixou com alguns mantimentos na geladeira, pão, frutas (maçãs e laranjas), cápsulas de café, chá, água mineral, além de uma garrafa de vinho, e que não consumimos, pois ao sairmos pela manhã já comíamos fora e chegávamos tarde após já termos jantado. Bairro bem servido com farmácia, padaria, restaurante, lojas, e fácil acesso a transportes tanto ônibus, como metro e também taxi e uber. Não fica muito distante do aeroporto nem da Estação de Trem Campanha. Usamos todos os meios de transporte da cidade com bastante tranquilidade. E para completar toda a hospitalidade e o acolhimento de Manuela, ela ainda deixava seu carro estacionado na frente do prédio segurando vaga para nosso carro, quando fomos pegar na locadora e voltávamos dos passeios bate e volta para Braga, Guimarães e Aveiro... Uma observação: a indicação do local para comer a Francesinha, nós particularmente, não achamos que valeu o custo benefício. Entretanto o restaurante indicado por Manuela em Matosinhos, valeu nossa ida até lá, mesmo no frio, só para almoçar. O único ponto que realmente eu daria nota baixa , no nosso caso foi a falta de elevador, pois como já não somos jovens após um dia de andanças pela cidade chegávamos exaustos de cansados e ainda tínhamos que enfrentar escadas. E com malas grandes, o que salvou foi meu marido ser forte e carregar as malas pra cima e pra baixo. E se tivesse um computador ou notebook para livre acesso dos hóspedes seria perfeito... E ao final da hospedagem ainda nos deixou uns docinhos folhados deliciosos que comemos na estrada. Enfim, foi uma hospedagem que recomendo e espero voltar, mas não no...

  Comments: 숙소는 노란 (Hidden by Airbnb) marques 역에서 가깝습니다. 근처에 mini preco 마트도 있구요 ^^ 3월에 리스본과 포르투 3주 있었는데 포르투의 3월이 춥고 비가 마니오고 바람도 많이 불어서인지 집이 춥습니다 . 목욕할 때 따뜻한물이 오래 나오진 않아요. 여자분들은 아마 샤워오래하시다보면 찬물 나올거에요. 수건은 한사람당 두개 주셨는데_ 알아서 세탁기돌려서 사용하라고 하시더라구요. 주방요리기구가 후라이팬이랑 냄비가 좀 오래되고 막 써서 그런지 바닥이 벗겨져있었어요. 조명이 어두워서 낮에는 괜찮은데 밤에는 좀 어두워요 집이. 그 외에는 집도 넓구 호스트분도 정말 친절하시고 지내기에 불편함 없었습니다. 호스트분이 추천해준 식당 맛잇어요 _ tri로 시작하는 가게인데 매일 포장해와서 저녁에 숙소에서 먹었습니다 ^^ 여행하며 지내기에 좋은 숙소였어요 ^^

For the kids, we had the baby bed and feeding chair, which was great. In the kitchen we had everything we needed. However, the apartment could be renovated - everything was a bit old, the bath tub as well, the balcony door could hardly be opened.

The Flat itself it’s big , have lots of space , modern and clean . We had everything what we needed during our stay . Manuela , the host it’s what to describe a “ perfect host “ very nice , friendly and always smiling , she welcomed us with snacks and cooled drinks , she gave us plenty of tips where to go , eat and where to shop . El apartamento de Manuela está situado, en nuestra opinión, en un lugar ideal: próximo al centro y muy cerca de la parada del metro y autobuses. En un calle tranquila, donde dejamos el coche aparcado a la puerta de forma gratuita durante toda la estancia.   Comments: My husband and I drove to Porto and we needed a parking space during our stay. I let Manuela know beforehand, and she told me she would ‘reserve’ a space for us. On the day when we checked-in, we parked exactly in front of her place’s entrance, it was because she parked her car on spot the night before so when we arrived, we could take her spot. I was very touched. Manuela is a very nice and friendly host, not only did she get all the things we need as guests, but also the info we need as tourists! Her place is located near the Metro, bus stops, and some local restaurants. Anyone who would like to experience Porto as a local, Manuela’s place is a good place to start with.

  Comments: Perfect hospitality with some really nice touches such as a fresh bun from the local bakery. Sitting in the local park having a cool beer at the end of the day was a real treat. The flat is ideal and you can access anywhere in the city but remember Porto is hilly. As with any city accommodation you may need to get used to the city noises. There is no air conditioning so at the height of summer it may be a touch hot in the flat. We really enjoyed our stay and for 2 people it's far better than a hotel room having much more space and the kitchen is well attired for cooking

  Comments: Es war alles in allem sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und für eine Reise mit Kind gut ausgestattet. Wer Lärmempfindlich ist sollte sich Ohropax mitnehmen, da die Straße recht stark befahren ist. Zu Fuß ist man innerhlab von 15-20 Minuten um Zentrum und die Anbindung an die Metro ist direkt um die Ecke. Gemütliches Appartement.

  Comments: Manuela is a very friendly and caring host. She even made sure everything was all right during our stay. She gave useful tipps for sightseeing and places to eat. The apartment is nice and clean as expected. It may be a little bit cold in the winter time, so one could not be wrong to bring a pair of extra socks, but there is also a mobile radiator. The apartment is very close to the Metro Station. I can recommend a stay at Manuela's place.
