  Comments: Thanks to Aytaç for his hospitality, responsibility, good communication skills, good personality, perfect location of home and many many things. He is a person that should be met in life. I consider staying again. Location is in a perfect place and very close to public transport stations. Also so close to restaurants and pubs. Please don't forget that this place is his home, not a five star hotel and he is offering very reasonable price.

  Comments: You cannot ask for a better location as this place is right in the hub of Besiktas where every thing is so accessible: Bahceshir university, ferries, busses, shops and cafes of all types, banks, even a mall and a mosque, all literally around the corner within a short walking distance. The apartment is clean and the small balcony in one of the two bedrooms, overlooking a nice garden, is a definite plus. The large comortable bed was the main feature of the bedroom. I was unable to get the TV going and a small desk and chair would be a useful addition in the bedroom if it was to be used by a student. a couple of extea pots and pans in the kitchen would'nt hurt either.

  Comments: Aytac was an excellent host since the beginning. The place might not be the nicest place in Istanbul, but it serves it's purpose really well. Aycan also cared enough as I have issues with smoke (most people in Istanbul seem to smoke). Aycan was kind to move to another area in the house so smoke wouldn't get into my room. Really recommended for anyone who needs a quick cheap place to stay

  Comments: Aytac is a really nice guy. He replies to messages quickly. My check in to his house was really smooth even though I arrived late at midnight and he still ordered pizza upon my arrival. He recommended me great places to go in Istanbul. He is always up for a chat and could talk just about anything. Aytac’s place is really convenient to get to places around Istanbul. Just a few meters outside his place, there are a lot of eateries and cafes which open up till late. There is also a grocery store about 3 mins walk from the house. The neighborhood seems safe. The house is clean and the room is spacious. Hot water for the showers running 24/7. The bed is comfortable and the room has a heater.

  Comments: Well Aytac has a good heart and tries to help as much as he can. I arrived late and he was kind enough to receive me. The apartment is well located close to everything. The room well.... has to work a bit on it. I can understand his lack of experience but im sure he will get better with future guest.
