Space: The apartment has a beautiful kitchen has a huge countertop, oven & stove, microwave and has all the basics for cooking and eating at home. We also a Nespresso machine, which you can use to whip yourself espressos. We'll be leaving a sleeve of capsules for you. Some other amenities provided or available: large smart tv with Netflix, Youtube, etc, hair dryer, fresh linens and towels. Last, but not least, the balcony has newer furnitures than the ones in the picture. There is a love seat and an Acapulco chair now, so it will be much more comfy than the wooden chairs you see in the picture. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. Neighborhood Overview: The apartment is located in the best part (ok it's hard to be objective :)) of Williamsburg. You are close to the center of activity on Bedford street (about 15 minutes of walking or 2 stops on the subway), but you are remote enough that you have a quite space for yourself and a more spacious apartment. The neighborhood is an old Italian neighborhood, so you will have traditional Italian grocery stores, restaurants (il passatore is awesome) and pasta shops. You are also close to the best ramen places in Brooklyn like Okonomi or Suzume, or great Korean food in Greenpoint (Little Dokebi).

Notes: The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so guests will have to go up 2 flights of stairs.

Transit: The apartment is 5 minutes away from the subway (L line), which goes into Manhattan in 3 stops. So getting to downtown Manhattan doesn't take longer than 20 minutes. If you want to take an Uber / Lyft to anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn that will also be a decent option. Street parking is very easy in my neighborhood. Guests with cars have not had any trouble finding a spot.

Access: Either I meet you or I leave the keys for you in a lockbox out front. I send you the code prior to your arrival. To assist check in and check out, guests can arrive and depart anytime of day or night I usually give a quick orientation to the space and the neighborhood. I am always available for advice and recommendations for dining, shopping and other services.
