  Comments: La casa es exactamente como aparece. Tres dormitorios dobles y dos sencillos más dos camas en el salón. La cocina estaba completa y además hay una terraza grande. El barrio no está en pleno centro lo que lo hace más tranquilo (y con comercios y restaurantes sensiblemente más baratos). Desayunamos 6 personas por menos de 8€ y comimos por menos de 40. En todo caso el metro está a menos de 4 minutos andando. La casa es amplia y cómoda aunque la estructura del edificio es antigua. A nuestra llegada teníamos sábanas y toallas para cada una de las camas aunque no íbamos a usar todas las habitaciones, también teníamos productos de limpieza, y vajilla completa. Nos parece una casa perfecta para pasar unos días en Oporto, sobre todo para ir varias parejas o grupos grandes.

  Comments: El apartamento es genial. Enorme, bien ventilado e iluminado, decorado con buen gusto, cómodo, dotado de todo lo necesario para vivir unos días en Porto. La ubicación no es del todo céntrica, pero en 15 minutos paseando se llega al centro de la ciudad y, además, está al lado del metro.

  Comments: We had a really nice stay with a group of 9 students. The appartement was very big and we had all the space we needed. There were 10 beds available and even an extra mattress. The dishwasher was a nice surprise too! Even tho we had some delay in reaching the appartement, the owner tried his best to give us the keys as soon as possible.

  Comments: Definitely would stay here again! Frederico uses the Porto Concierge who is a company that helps you check in and answers any of your questions. They were very helpful and sent us a list of things to do and transportation options before we arrived. They let us pick up our keys earlier than check-in time. They even offered to keep our bags until we could check-in or to get the keys and go to the apartment earlier to drop off our bags even though the housecleaners were still cleaning the apartment! We arrived to a very big apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The neighborhood is a little loud because of a neighbor's dog but the apartment itself was perfect. Fairly close to public transportation and center of Porto.

  Comments: The apartment does really correspond with photographs. It is big, renewed, very confortable for 6-8 people. Very clean and well equipped. With big Tv, wifi, netflix, etc. Bathrooms (2) brand new and clean. Kitchen enough and well equipped with cocking tools. Location close to the center at walking distance and very quite neighborhood very representative of the city. There are many nice & cheap restaurants nearby and a supermarket. We had a very nice time at Porto, and we definitely will recommend this apartment for friends or a family trip.

  Comments: Piso muy grande con muchas habitaciones. Antiguo pero reformado. A 20 minutos andando del centro.

  Comments: Piso muy amplio y cómodo en una zona tranquila a unos 15 o 20 minutos a pie del centro, y con el metro a la vuelta de la esquina. Es un 2º piso sin ascensor, bien equipado aunque sin lujos, y con un portal de entrada algo deprimente. Pudimos aparcar en la calle dos coches durante una semana sin ningún problema.

  Comments: Nice and very spacious apartement with a cute balcony to eat. Quite close to the city center (about 10-15 minutes walk). Everything was uncomplicated but we did not meet the host and the handling was done by a concierge service. A lot of additional services have been offered - nice if you need a ride from the airport, for example.

  Comments: Appartement spacieux pour 10, bonne literie, à proximité immédiate du métro, dans un quartier calme. Par contre, niveau propreté notamment la cuisine il pourrait y avoir des améliorations. La communication est également à améliorer.

  Comments: Malgré une gestion par un service de conciergerie, le logement n’était pas propre voire sale. La literie est moyenne. Heureusement le prix n’est pas excessif étant donné le nombre de personnes que ce logement peut accueillir.

  Comments: Eine tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz! Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, Stadtmitte sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, U-Bahn Station in der Nähe. Wir waren 5 Personen aber die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden trotzdem für 10 Leute bereitgestellt. Die Betten sind bisschen hart, wir haben dann die übrigen Decken benutzt als zusätzliche Unterlage. Die Zimmern von der Straßenseite sind laut, auch nachts, man hört die Autos hoch und runterfahren auf dem Pflaster. Eine Kaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst in der Küche, aber das ist vermutlich nur bei den Deutschen Touristen wichtig :). Der Consierge war sehr hilfsbereit, reagierte sofort auf die Anfragen, ein dickes Dankeschön an ihn für die Nützlichen Tipps für die Ausflüge! Ein Tipp für die Reisenden: nützt die Zimmern die in den Hinterhof gehen, da hört man die Autos nicht, nur ab und zu den Hund von dem Nachbarn oder das Geschrei der Möwen. Netflix ist auch verfügbar wenn man einen Account hat.
